Just a shortie I couldn’t stop thinking about hehe 😄

S.Coups: He tends to stand with a hand wrapped around your waist, not gripping you tightly but just enough to hold you close and show everyone else you’re his. He likes doing this because he can angle you to look in your eyes or so you’re at the ready to receive a little head smooch.

Jeonghan: Almost always has a hand at the small of your back. He can use it to guide you as you walk, but mostly Jeonghan likes to run his hand up and down your spine, occasionally running his nails down it too to see your reaction.

Joshua: When you get out of the car to walk together, he offers you his arm like a true gentleman, smiling as you link yours with his, your other hand landing on his upper arm. It’s close but classy, nothing that would make people uncomfortable. Would probably give your forehead the occasional smooch too.

Jun: Tries to act normal and cool and not be all over you, but you’re so cute he can’t help it 😔🤙🏻 his favorite is to squish and cup your cheeks, sometimes even making you make funny faces to giggle at when you guys are bored! Then he can peck your silly fish lips too if no one’s watching :3

Hoshi: This man will ALWAYS have a hand on you, just saying. If you two are seated, he’ll have a hand resting on your knee or thigh. If you’re standing, you’ll be holding hands at minimum, trapped in a loving tiger back hug at maximum >:3 he’ll get a little shy afterward, but will kiss you in public hehe

Wonwoo: PDA isn’t really his thing, so he won’t totally kiss you in public or have his hands all over you, but if you do or say something cute he can’t resist pulling you into a hug 🥰 also finds your hands under the table to quickly grip and swing, smiling at you from across the way.

Woozi: Definitely not one to be all over you, but he makes the little moments very intimate. When he drapes his jacket over your shoulders, you’ll see his hands give you a little squeeze. When you go to playfully smack him, he’ll just grab your hand and hold it for a few moments. If the place you walk is unsteady he’ll hold your side or your hand to guide you.

DK: PDA fan big time. But nothing that would make people uncomfortable! Seokmin’s favorite PDA is to surprise you with a sneaky kiss on the cheek when you aren’t expecting it! He also likes playing with your hands when you’re standing or sitting together, lining them up and playing lightly with your fingers.

Mingyu: If you guys are standing around, he absolutely LOVES standing behind you and draping his arms over your shoulders, letting them hang down and hoping you take them in yours. He rests his chin gently on your head, too. You guys won’t stay like that forever, just enough for a quick embrace, unless it’s cold or you’re bored in a long line. He’ll also kiss your cheek 😌

The8: When you guys are sitting next to each other, his hand will gingerly rest over yours. Every now and again, you’ll feel Minghao’s grip tighten just a little bit, giving you a reassuring squeeze.

Seungkwan: He fusses over you a lot, then tops it off with some affection. You’ll just be standing around somewhere and Seungkwan will start straightening your clothes, getting something out of your hair, rubbing your hand between his to warm it back up. Afterwards he’ll give your shirt or jacket a pat that leads to a little kiss, run his hand through your hair, or hold your hand.

Vernon: He’s not the biggest PDA person, not out of disdain but just because he doesn’t think to do it. However, he does have the habit of falling onto you when you’re laughing, his hands playfully shoving you away before they fall into your lap or grip yours. You’re the only person he does that to, so it’s a little sign when you’re hanging out that you guys aren’t just friends.

Dino: He slings his arms over your shoulder in classic hey baby 😏 fashion. It just never fails to make Chan smile when you melt into his touch, and if you really snuggle in 이찬.exe will stop working.

cheol - would beg for a daughter, and spoil her greatly, anything she wanted was hers. he's her biggest fan and would sign her up to so many sports, making sure to never miss a match. he'd make banners to hold up for her to cheer her on, he's so intense he almost got thrown out when he started arguing with the ref. they would have nightly gossip sessions where she could rant about her day. he would be her rock, someone she could always go to for anything

jeonghan - borderline dangerous with children because he would swing and throw them around. thinks that kids should be free to do what they want (within reason) and just asks them to come home for dinner. he trusts his kid a lot and is a very chill parent but when they start acting out he does NOT let them get away with it and is very judgmental "this is what you do with your time? do something better with your life..."

joshua - babies his kid forever and they're always an angel in his eyes. constantly says "remember when you were this big? time flies" and always reminisces. you catch him looking through photographs late at night, especially the night before their birthday. cries at every milestone and is so touched when they handmake anything for him. loves them so much, he is so grateful for them

jun - a very playful dad who is a big kid himself really. enjoys playtime as much as they do (maybe even more) and is often the one to ask them if they want to play. as they get older he teaches them everything he knows. he just really enjoys doing activities with them! teaching them to cook, to play the piano, to paint. there's mini juns running about all over the place

hoshi - the jokester, the comedian, the free entertainment for the whole family. his fav sound is his kid's laughter and will do anything to hear it. when he tucks them into bed he gives them kisses down their arms and on their feet. he can't help rolling around on their bed attacking them with kisses. (and ofc he constantly roams around his house as a tiger. paints both their faces as tigers, his tiger cub <3)

wonwoo - quite bashful around his kid but the little things he will do for them and go out of his way for show how much he loves them. he would do whatever they say and happily watch them do what they want because they're so cute. they know they have him wrapped around their tiny fingers and he does not care one bit. is definitely giving them lifts everywhere when they're older so they don't have to pay taxi fare

woozi - plays the piano and sings to get them to calm down and stop crying and it works every time. loves recording their baby voice and lets them make their own music tracks even though it stresses him out letting their grubby hands touch his stuff. he composes a lullaby for them (edward cullen style). never seen him as happy as when he's with his baby

dk - buys so many outfits because he cannot go past the baby section without dying of cuteness at how small and cute all the clothes are. photographs every little thing and is very protective, always there to catch his baby incase they fall or stumble. definitely the embarrassing dad who tries to be funny around their friends if they come over

mingyu - has mini dates with his daughter, getting her ready himself and doing her hair (badly). they go to see a movie together and a cafe after, sharing cake and a milkshake. househusband is naturally a great father and his heart bursts when she clings to him, following him around while he does chores. he buys matching aprons so they can cook together, the kitchen ends up a mess but the amount of giggling makes up for it

minghao - he's so nurturing and in tune to what children need and treats them as mini adults, respecting their space and emotions. the only thing he wants his kid to be is kind, constantly teaching them to respect others. his fav part of the day would be bedtime, he would stay with them until they fell asleep, stroking their hair and telling them stories

seungkwan - will fight children. if his kid gets bullied he will storm into the school to find who hurt his baby and he would get banned from the premises. (tbh he's terrified of children tho they're scary) he also teases his kid a lot and only stops once they start doing it back but he's glad that they learnt to fight their own corner from the very best. definitely a soccer mom

vernon - thinks his kid is so funny and laughs at whatever they do (lovingly). constantly plays music for them in hopes that as they grow up they'll have the same music taste. i think he would be the more submissive dad who lets them do makeup on his face and put stickers and fake tats on him, and would be the patient if they played doctor. when they got older he would take them bowling and to the arcade

dino - nothing he's achieved compares to being a father, he loves his kid so much, such a proud dad. has a photo of them in his wallet and shows it to everyone he can. feels like he'll explode every time he comes home and hears "daddy!". he would take his kid to the dance studio with him so they could make cute choreo together. although he would love for his kid to follow in his footsteps, he urges them to find what they want to do and would be so supportive no matter what.

on no less than fifteen occasions, you've managed to startle jeonghan awake because you yelped too loudly or jostled the bed too much in your haste to get up because of something or other. and that was saying something, because jeonghan was a decently deep sleeper. supports you in all the weird hobbies you suddenly wanna pick up, watches in interest as you water your plants diligently for an entire month before suddenly gaining a new fixation. (he's looking after your potted plants rn btw.) won't go on spontaneous trips with you, tho. sit down and think about what you wanna do first, then he'll join in

you've gone on many a spontaneous trip with joshua bc a) he can never refuse you and b) he's often as impulsive as you when it comes to these things. sometimes they go well, sometimes they don't, but he's there to laugh with you and calmly navigates the situation, so that in the end your memories of the trip won't be all negative. thinks the sudden noises you make are really really cute. laughs when he thinks one is particularly funny, and loves to imitate them until you're rolling your eyes and pinching him on the shoulder for being annoying. his mischief backfires on him tho, bc now he sometimes unironically makes those very same noises

LOVEESSSSS it so much. you're so cute!! so vivid and happy and smiley and you look so lovely when you're gesturing animatedly and it makes him blush a little bc you??? are in love with him???? that's actually insane. he loves the little noises you make whenever you remember something, bump into something, successfully complete a task, anything. giggles into his hand and looks at you with stars in his eyes every time. not as much of a big fan of spontaneous outings (it makes him nervous) but he's always there to support you when you suddenly wanna know how to finger knit

hoshi

he's your energizer, and you're his energizer too. your bright, bubbly nature has most definitely helped him out of a slump where he wasn't feeling himself on countless occasions, and he very seriously tells people that he wouldn't be where he is right now if it wasn't because of you. yelps in surprise when you suddenly exclaim loudly, which in turns makes you yelp even louder in shock and it carries on back and forth between you two before one or both of your dissolve into giggles. loves you with his entire being. your brightness, your vivid nature and the way you never fail to make him smile means that he's staying by your side till the end of time

wonwoo

you two work, like, perfectly together. your spontaneity has led him to experience things he's ended up adoring, and allows him to get out of his room and actually into the real world. he loves it a lot. he'll jokingly complain to junhui and hoshi that you're always so messy and he's having to pick up your things after you, but he really likes it. you live so vividly, and he can practically see you living your life everywhere he turns—from your socks next to his table, your unfinished mug of tea balanced precariously on his couch arm rest, to every other possession of yours that has somehow managed to find itself lost in his living room. it's nice. it makes him feel a part of the brilliant, colourful life you lead.

woozi

pretends to roll his eyes and tsk at the random things you keep leaving in his studio, but he always makes sure to stack your sweaters and the blankets you leave into a neat pile so you can pick them up when you return. literally thinks you're the loveliest, sunniest person in the entire world, and that's saying something because he knows seokmin. but for him, there is nothing sunnier than your infectious laughter over the new, weird ideas you get and the way your eyes twinkle and then soften when they land on him. it's the most beautiful thing in the world.

minghao

it makes him a little dizzy, actually, how quickly you can jump from one thought to another, but he thinks it's endearing. he'll never say it out loud, of course, and more often than not, people will be able to hear him berating you for talking to quickly, telling you to take a breath and calm down for a moment. but your spontaneity, your vividness is accompanied by endless optimism, and minghao adores seeing you smile. he comes with you on any sudden trips you decide to make, and he's the one who makes sure you actually get to where you want to go, and get to do all the things you actually want to do. he's like a gentle enabler, of sorts.

mingyu

is patiently trying to teach you how to clean up after yourself. it's not working tho, bc he's Forgetful and only remembers every other month, so when he tries to get you to clean your room it basically turns into an entire spring cleaning session, and you despise it so much that you vow never to clean it again. looks at you weirdly every time you come to him with a new hobby you're into, but he genuinely cried when you knitted him a sweater for his birthday last year. goes with you on all the trips you want. you're gonna have to book something other than budget flights tho bc last time he went on one, his knees were basically squished to his chest the entire flight

dokyeom

you're!!! just like him!!!! he gets you so bad. you finish each other's sentences. you go off on tangents that apparently you both get instantly. you guys can talk together for hours and never get bored. he adores you so, so much. thinks you're the funniest person ever. he's adopted mannerisms bc you have them, and you've adopted mannerisms bc he has then too. also, though, your house is kind of a mess? minghao cries every time he steps through the front door, but it's an organized mess, xu minghao, we know where everything is! (you don't. just last week you declared your last pair of white socks lost to the void forever.)

seungkwan

you may or may not have given him mini heart attacks several times whenever you suddenly cry out as a new thought comes to you, bc he literally thinks you're being attacked or something. puts a hand to his chest while he pats your head with the other hand, telling you not to scare him like that. still thinks it's cute, though. keeps all the watercolour paintings you made from this one time that you were fixated on the art form, looks over at them fondly and treats them as if they're national treasures. gently pokes your cheek and smiles at you to get you to focus back in on a conversation when he sees you zoning out while his friends ramble on around you

vernon

you're like an excitable puppy, and vernon is like your endeared, chill owner. he lets you do literally anything you want. cheers you on with basically everything you do. looks at you mystified whenever you randomly make finger guns at him while reciting your flashcards for revision, but hesitantly makes finger guns back, and it always makes you laugh. doesn't go on your spontaneous outings with you tho, bc one time he agreed to go to a roller rink bc you really wanted to go to one at that evening and he accidentally managed to get himself drugged and had a mild concussion after. makes you go with either josh or cheol and has you text him every hour bc he wants to make sure that you're okay

chan

goes along with literally everything you do. joins in on any random hobbies you pick up. awwed and ahhed over your new helix piercing when you spontaneously decided to get one, and then held you in the night when it grew too painful for you to lie down on. stares at you in surprise whenever you make a weird noise with a weird gesture, before promptly making the same gesture that you had and amplifying the noise 10x so that you end up laughing and punching him lightly on the arm. tells you very sincerely, when you have worries about not knowing what you're doing with your life, that it's okay not to know, as long as you're having fun just like you are right now.

idol series: accidentally mentioning you on weverse live

tags: idol!svt, gn!reader, non-idol!reader, established relationship, carats don’t know about you yet, him or another member accidentally mentioning your name on weverse live

seungcheol: this would truly be an accident on his part. he’s usually really good at hiding you from the public, since he doesn’t want to be the reason why your privacy gets invaded! he’d be on live with the other 95z, and jeonghan accidentally teases him, saying, “what, do you miss y/n?” seungcheol’s eyes would immediately go wide and glare at his friend who quickly realized his mistake and covered it up by giggling. (josh pretended like he didn’t hear it.) he would turn off the live with a tight-lipped smile. even if you were okay with it, he would lowkey hold it over jeonghan’s head for a while.

jeonghan: he would be doing a mukbang of a home-cooked meal. he never mentioned who cooked it, though carats could kind of hear someone washing the dishes in the background. chan dipped into the frame and tried to take a bite, but jeonghan immediately protested while saying, “hey, stop… you can’t have any, y/n cooked it.” both of them freeze, and carats can hear coups in the background saying, “end the live!” you thought it was really funny, so jeonghan didn’t mind that much afterwards either.

joshua: during his birthday live, he’d be going through the gifts he got from the members, from friends, from family, and also from you. after he said it, his immediate reaction was to go, “ah!” and stare at the camera. he said while laughing, “sorry y/n,” and kept going. (it was his birthday, after all.) when he ended the live, he immediately texted you to say sorry again. he spends the next weeks trying to make up for it by being extra sweet, even if you reassure him and tell him it’s okay! he’s so cute!

jun: honestly, he wouldn’t even realize he said it until after it was way too late… and after saying your name many times. jun just loves you so much, and it’s more natural for him to be talking about you that he doesn’t even notice he’s doing it half the time. after mentioning your name so many times, he opened the door of his hotel room for seungkwan to tell him, “hyung, stop saying y/n’s name! you already said it so many times.” jun would apologize to carats and end the live early, hoping you wouldn’t be too mad about it.

hoshi: he was doing a live with booseoksoon when a carat asked them all to do the horanghae. seungkwan and dokyeom both jokingly refused to do it to tease your boyfriend. hoshi dramatically whined and said, “y/n wouldn’t do this to me.” he realized his mistake as soon as he made it, and his younger bros laughed at him. seungkwan turned to the camera and said, “i guess we have to end it here today.” he turned off the live for everyone, leaving carats to speculate.

wonwoo: he thought he turned off the live, but it hadn’t actually ended yet! he just walked away from the camera and started talking to you behind the camera. even worse, it was a surprise live! so, a staff member was not behind the camera like they usually were. “y/n, i’m done with the live. what do you want to eat?” the both of you were not making a move to end the live during your conversation, so hybe staff had to shut it down for the both of you. carats had a great time circulating your cute conversation, though.

woozi: he was in his studio with hoshi and vernon. they were having fun making a song together when vernon got a text from you asking what he wanted from a restaurant + the others (whoever was around) if they wanted anything! vernon asked, and woozi answered with his order. when he asked who was getting it, vernon responded with, “y/n.” woozi went over to tell vernon, “tell y/n to use my card then. tell them not to pay with their own card since i’m eating too.” vernon and woozi continued to talk about you off-camera. hoshi was looking at the weverse live camera with a lost face, not sure what to do since his members forgot the camera was on.

dokyeom: he would join someone else’s live, not knowing it was a live. when the cameras are rolling, sometimes they’re doing a pre-recorded video that’s edited later on. he walked into seungkwan and dino’s live to say hi, since he was in a good mood. he said hello to the carats and proceeded to tell his younger bros about how he bought his significant other’s christmas gift already and how much he was excited to give it to you. seungkwan would be looking at him confused, eyes going between him and the camera. dino would keep trying to interrupt him, but dokyeom was insistent on finishing. dino told him, “hyung… this is a live.” dokyeom would immediately panic, saying, “it’s a live?! i thought this was pre-recorded?” seungkwan, confused, said, “you greeted them when you walked in, though?”

myungho: carats would be flirting with him and jun on live. just to make fun of him, jun would read some of them out loud to myungho… who obviously rejected every carat’s flirting. immediately. then, he said, “ohhhh, is this how you’d respond to y/n too?” silence. deafening silence and a ‘boi what the fuck’ look (the way he looks at mingyu when he eats “one bite” of food) on his face. jun’s side eye at the camera. even more silence. the manager ends the live.

mingyu: he would slip up while showing fans some pictures in his camera roll. affectionately talking about his members, his significant other, his family’s dog bobpul, WAIT. his significant WHAT??? he would pause, look at the camera with his ‘oh no i messed up’ face and at his manager behind the camera with the same look. his options were: (1) try to cover it up by emphasizing the friendzone and risk hurting your feelings, (2) admit you were his significant other and make it an even bigger mess, or (3) turn off the live and die. he went with the third one. his manager was laughing behind the camera the whole time.

seungkwan: he is usually great at this. his work-life boundaries are pretty clear, so he would hate for his time with you to be cut off due to his work! it would be during a weverse live at his place, where seungkwan told his members in the background softly to wrap it up since you were coming over soon. they all thought it was safe until another member read the chat and noticed all the comments from the carats asking, “who’s y/n?”

vernon: he swipes his finger across the top of the screen during the middle of the live. literally just says “oh i got a text from my significant other.” and then he moves on. if other people are in the room, they’d be all ????? but vernon…. doesn’t care. welp. i don’t think he realized the weight of the consequences of his actions until after the live ends where someone told him and he started freaking out then.

dino: he was usually okay with teasing from his hyungs (just livin’ that life), but he drew the line whenever they mentioned you. he was a protective boyfriend, and naturally, his instincts popped out over his logic. jeonghan and seungkwan were teasing him, asking him how he grew up so fast and making fun of him being of drinking age. because they were all drinking, jeonghan slipped up and made fun of him having a significant other, to which dino immediately cut him off. “don’t talk about my significant other.”

When TXT & Seventeen met Bora

The news spread like wildfire around HYBE. Soobin had heard it by eavesdropping on his manager’s conversation and mentioned it to Yeonjun, who then mentioned it to Seungcheol who mentioned it to Woozi who mentioned it to The8 who mentioned it to Vernon who then mentioned it to Taehyun who then mentioned to everyone else.

Kim Bora was coming to HYBE.

The new arrival, the Bangtan Baby, had arrived a month ago much to the excitement of every member of staff or idol group in the building. They had watched from a distance at the early days of Grace’s pregnancy, right up to the point where she could no longer perform to when she went on maternity leave.

Everyone was told the news of the baby’s arrival by Bang PD when he called two separate meetings - one for the staff, one for the idols.

BTS had arrived back at work a week after the birth, Seokjin joining in two weeks after that and Grace wouldn’t be a full participating member until her daughter was a year old but they knew that wouldn’t stop BTS’ female member from bringing the new addition to the company.

The newborn was in the arms of Bang PD when Seventeen and Tomorrow by Together were called into the room. It was funny to watch a thirteen-member idol group and a five-member idol group try to squeeze in, all trying to be quiet but excited at the same time.

They were all incredibly polite, over-polite really, bowing to everyone and being respectful. Even though the three groups had known each other for years and as much as they were told to knock it off, manners automatically kicked in.

“She’s so small,” Hoshi whispered which caused BTS to glance over. He immediately shut up and bowed, causing everyone to laugh.

“PD-nim, I think everyone else wants to say hello now,” Grace grinned as she tucked her legs underneath her, accepting the blanket brought over by Namjoon.

The large man sighed heavily, took a good look at the baby girl in his arms and handed her off to her father who was already waiting. The new parents exchanged a look and Grace nodded, knowing what her partner was asking.

“Soobin, come on over.”

The leader of TXT quickly looked up and pointed to himself, stumbling over when he got a nudge in the back by several hands.

“Yes you,” Seokjin laughed and waited until the younger man was in front of him. He gave him light instructions and then watched as the leader cradled the baby in his arms. “There you go. Go on, show her off.”

Soobin slowly turned and as quietly as he could, he walked over to where seventeen young men were waiting for their turn. However, she stayed in Soobin’s arms as everyone gathered around, cooing over the smallest BTS member.

“Well, good to know we’ve got plenty of babysitters,” Seokjin grinned as he sat down, accepting the iced coffee.

Bora no longer had six uncles, but another set of eighteen uncles who would fight over to be first in line for whenever Grace or Seokjin needed someone to take Bora off their hands for five minutes.

She would grow up to pick her favourites and gravitate to those in particular, which were Soobin, Yeonjun, Mingyu, Woozi, Vernon and Wonwoo.

askjhajs this was a fun silly thing to do!

S.Coups ❧ He finds you the most adorable thing in the world. He teases you for the first couple minutes but when the hiccups just won’t stop, he gets worried. Honestly if it lasts long enough he’ll start thinking about talking to a doctor or something. He sulks when you get frustrated with him after he keeps asking if you tried this and that method to get rid of the issue. Miraculously, after you snap at him, there are no more hiccups but there is a pouty Seungcheol that can't believe your body would betray him like this. He lies on your chest that night and keeps muttering grumpily that he doesn’t deserve this.

Jeonghan ❧ He keeps cooing about how cute you are but when you complain that it’s starting to hurt, there's no way he can watch you struggle and not help. Yet he disappears on you, and you very reluctantly search the house for him, hiccuping every couple seconds. And when you just begin thinking he must've gone out without telling you, he jumps from behind you and scares you half to death. Jeonghan’s plan doesn't work and now you’re both hiccuping and hyperventilating. He quickly gathers you into his arms with soft apologies. At least you get some cuddles and pampering as a compensation.

Joshua ❧ He's on his phone the second it seems like your hiccups won't just stop. He scrolls the net for solutions. He goes through them with you one by one, constantly rubbing your back for support. He's smiling at you softly which truly helps with your rising panic that this is your life now. He brings back a glass of water - it got you the closest to freedom before. He doesn't make you drink it but instead threatens to pour it over his head if your body doesn't get it together. Needless to say, even your body knows better than to mess with Shua.

Jun ❧ He laughs at you. He even has the nerve to imitate the way you jump with each hiccup. His amusement quickly fades into worry and guilt when it just won't stop, though. He follows you around and keeps checking if you're okay yet. He makes you drink enough water to make you sick, yet it doesn't have the desired effect. So he settles for being your moral support and keeps apologizing for making things worse. You end up cuddled up in Jun's lap, watching some movie that's boring enough to make you fall asleep. Still, you don’t hiccup anymore so he will count that as a win.

Hoshi ❧ After a while, it just gets funny to him that you keep hiccuping, but after a longer while, it's not as fun anymore. At least he has the decency to look sheepish when you call him out on his earlier teasing. Nothing seems to help, and he can see you're getting annoyed, so he changes his attitude and tries to make you laugh. He cuddles you and returns each of your hiccups with a little roar. You roll your eyes at him but it is cute. And it does take your mind off the issue at hand. For a bit. After that doesn't work anymore, you're left with clingy Soonyoung threatening you with doctors - and promising to hold your hand the whole time.

Wonwoo ❧ You're just so grateful for Wonwoo's patience and the small, reassuring smile he gives you wherever you apologize for disturbing during the movie. The idea was that maybe you'd get scared or shocked or just distracted and the hiccups would stop on their own. No such luck. He's a champ though, and he rubs your arm as you curl into his side in defeat. Sometimes, out of nowhere he speaks up and comments on the movie - which is highly unusual but seeing how distressed you are thinking you're disturbing him, he's gotta at least try to help. Even though it doesn't cure the root of the problem, at least he sees you relax again.

Woozi ❧ Let’s be real, the constant hiccuping isn’t annoying only to you but to him as well. Mostly because he gets startled each time you suddenly jerk with the strength of that particular hiccup and that’s embarrassing. Jihoon is a man on a mission as he reads article after article on hiccups, how to deal with them and what causes them. Somehow he ends up on a forum for mothers with children with dozens of crazy ideas. You try a couple that seem kind of alright and the third time's the charm. You laugh at some of the ridiculous ‘hacks’ but ultimately you make him keep the link saved. Just in case.

The8 ❧ At first it's a little cute but when you keep hiccuping after all this time, he gets concerned and decides he must help you. He guides you through several breathing exercises and tries not to crack up at the random hiccups shaking your body and echoing in the otherwise silent room. Minghao will pet your hair gently and reassure you that he'll still love you even if you hiccup for the rest of your life or if you turn into a worm. The shock of those words coming out of his mouth is enough to cure you. He has a victorious smirk on his face but doesn't take it back - it’s honestly an all win situation for you.

Mingyu ❧ He giggles almost as much as you hiccup. It's so cute to him - you're his precious grumpy sweetheart and it's so fun to tease you. Karma is free though, so for all his laughing he soon begins hiccuping as well and suddenly finding a cure that will work is a team effort. When you resist his pout and tell him he's on his own, Mingyu argues that it's gonna be embarrassing if he keeps hiccuping during recording. Somehow you cure your hiccups but the same thing just isn’t working for him. He's still happy for you but very dramatic about "sacrificing" himself for your well-being.

DK ❧ You’re an efficient person and you’ve read that surprise or sudden scare might cure your problem. Sure, you’re feeling bad for your boyfriend for what you’re about to do but you know he will understand. You creep up behind Seokmin quietly and then - as you expected - you hiccup. He shrieks and jumps, catching you off guard with both because you never know when to expect him to turn into a dolphin. He’s just about to scold you for scaring him but then he notices you’re looking at him like he just saved your life and he gets really worried until you explain. Then he dies laughing because, like, this never even happened to Mingyu so how unlucky you have to be??

Seungkwan ❧ He's scolding you like this is your fault even as he holds you and fusses around you. It's his first time ever seeing someone hiccuping for so long, so excuse him if he's a little concerned and dramatic. He will ask his mother for tips. He follows you everywhere, trying to be sneaky, but you catch him every time and he only gives you a smile and asks how you are feeling. It breaks your heart seeing Seungkwan's worried puppy eyes and the wrinkle between his brows. Eventually, the hiccups do stop and he just drapes himself over you, feeling so relieved he might cry. He'd get flashbacks any time you hiccup in the future.

Vernon ❧ You will strangle him, seriously. You would if all this wouldn't be the thing that finally got you rid of the endless hiccups. The this in question being currently the 35th minute of Vernon reading you some bizarre hiccups stories off the internet now that he's run out of medical theories behind what exactly hiccups are and how they happen. He doesn't even notice you're cured. You blame some obviously fake story about a guy who popped a lung due to hiccups. You had a good laugh over that one. Your boyfriend seems to be having a good time still so you curl up into his side and fish for more internet gold with him.

Dino ❧ He's a sweet and supportive boyfriend. When he notices the hiccups just won't go away, he tries to help and looks for more suggestions of cures. He's very wholesome and you're so grateful for him. That is until there's a wave of quickly following hiccups rocking your body and all he has to say is "drop the beat". Seeing your deadpan expression, the seriousness of which is undermined only by another hiccup, he bursts out laughing and you chase him around the house, the hiccups ceasing in the process. Chan is very proud that in the end he was the solution to yet another of your struggles.

scoups- he had been looking forward to this for days. it got him through long practices and times when the boys were bugging him. when he needed to go to a happy place he would just think about being cuddled up to you and finally finding out what happens to your beloved protagonist. the second the spoiler left your lips his heart sank and his lips poked out in a pout. “wait, you watched it without me?” he of course sat through it with you but he pouted the entire time.

jeonghan- he knew you did but that wasn’t gonna stop him from making you feel terrible about it. “babe! are you serious! i was looking forward to finding out what happens with you! i’ve been waiting all week.” it was absolutely a lie. as soon as he saw the little red bar across the episode thumbnail, he knew exactly what you had done and immediately watched the episode. he wasn’t about to let you know that now, not when you were making his favorite dinner and then sat down to cuddle him while watching the episode. you kept giving little kisses of apology… until he spoiled the episode himself. “oops?”

joshua- he honestly doesn’t care. our unbothered king only really waits because you care about it so much but he knows with his schedule and how impatient you are that he may not always get to watch episodes with you. he’ll tease you a little about your impatience but at the end of the day he just loves spending time with you so he watches it with you anyways.

jun- he’s not mad… just disappointed. one of his favorite things about watching shows with you is seeing your reactions because you’re so expressive. sometimes you immerse yourself so much in shows that you’ll take things personally and he finds it adorable. now he doesn’t get to see your reaction to probably one of the best moments in the season. it’s nothing that some cuddles can’t fix though.

hoshi- our tiger is OFFENDED. you spent the entire season reminding him not to watch episodes without you, you’d send texts and scold him, only to not even listen yourself. it doesn’t matter how many times you apologize, he still sits on the sofa with his arms crossed and his lips in a pout. he’ll talk about it even days later and it took a LOT of convincing to start a new show together again.

wonwoo- he honestly thinks it’s funny. it’s amusing to him that you’re so impatient that you can’t wait and he’s still just excited to see what happens even if you already know. he loves the way you can hardly contain yourself with the big plot twist and loves the way you glance over at him to see how he’s going to react.

woozi- annoyed. he knew it would be a while before you could see the big finale of your show with his work schedule but you promised him. he also knows how upset you’d be if he did the same to you and honestly he just wants the same kind of respect.

dk- ooohhh he’s pretty irritated but our sunshine isn’t one to be too confrontational so he keeps it to himself. he gives you a warm smile and tells you it’s ok but man, is he side eyeing you HARD while he’s watching.

mingyu- mingyu is PISSED. he can’t believe you’d watch it without him after you two had invested so much in the season. you knew how much this show meant to him and how much he loves watching it with you and you just couldn’t help yourself. but with some aegyo apologies and lots of kisses, he’ll learn to forgive you.

the8- to be honest, you and minghao have VERY different tastes in shows so when you finally found one you could agree on it was nothing short of a miracle. when the final episode came out he told you it might be a few days before he could come watch it with you and you were disappointed but you understood. minghao wasn’t so upset that you watched it without him, it was more that you didn’t say anything when you did and pretended like you hadn’t seen it. it kinda felt like you were lying to him and he HATES lying. once the two of you talked it out though you were all good.

seungkwan- he made a BIIIGGG deal about it. he was ranting and raving for a good thirty minutes and you just let him. it was your fault after all but once he got it out of his system, he sat down and watched it with you. he also side eyed you for a while but once it got to the good stuff he was so shocked you two feel right back into your usual dynamics. you still had to make it up to him somehow though.

vernon- another unbothered king. he was watching this show mostly for you and knew you probably couldn’t wait anyways so he almost expected it. he chuckled a little and asked if it was good but you refused to spoil anything for him. he agreed that it was good but he’s so lowkey, he never really gives you any sort of crazy reaction. your reliable vernon.

dino- another one who was disappointed but he’s so in love with you it doesn’t really matter what you do. you can do no wrong in his eyes. while he was a little sad, he still sat down with you and enjoyed the show. he also enjoyed the kisses to make up for your mistake.

jeonghan - he didn't realise what you said and would reply as if nothing had happened. that is not in your usual vocabulary so it went straight through him but in the middle of the night he would wake up in a cold sweat muttering "bro.. she called me bro?" and would text you right then at 3am to never call him bro again. creepy asf.

joshua - would suddenly look up at you with those big eyes and confused smile ("huh?") which made you super embarrassed because why is he looking at you like you have committed terrible crimes and now you are running away and oh god he's chasing after you

Episode 4 - It's been another exciting day!

Autumn is in full swing!

Where is SEVENTEEN going, away from the forest?

10:00 pm

«I'm so full!» - Daisy said displeased as she looked at the sweet potato she was holding, but could not eat since Mingyu had prepared a dinner not for 13, but for at least twice as many people. «Me too! We don't have to have guilt, though. We are here In The Soop, the diet will come later!» - Seungkwan continued, licking the tip of his chopsticks. «Exactly. Daisy eat that potato or I will!» - Scoups indeed did not want to stop eating all this delicious food, and Daisy, without being told twice, directly gave her dessert to the leader. «Do you want to work off the alcohol/digestion by playing? We can play ball games, there's even a volleyball net over there!» - Dino proposed, remembering that he had seen Seungkwan playing there during the afternoon. «Volleyball?» - «Volleyball!»

[ Opening SEVENTEEN's "In The Soop 2 volleyball competition ]

«Okay, let's split into two teams!» - Mingyu tied his hair in a pigtail, dragging Daisy by one arm to make her join them. But she was already feeling sleepy, and preferred to sit with Hoshi to count the points. Four hands are better than two, right?

«Joshua Team, are you ready?» - Hoshi shouted pointing to the team leader followed by Dino, Wonwoo, and Woozi. «Ready!» - They shouted back as well. «Mingyu Team, and you?» - This time shouted Daisy toward her right where there were Mingyu, Seungkwan, and Dokyeom. Even from here it seemed obvious who would win.

«Game.... Start!» - The two referees started the game, which was interrupted already after 30 seconds when Woozi instead of hitting the ball, fell to the ground against the net. «Woozi are you okay?» - «Yes everything's okay! I was taking a knee!» [Making fun with a patented ceremony]. «Ooh got it, our team is fun» - Wonwoo wouldn't stop laughing, and they were only on the first serve.

« I have a proposal: Hoshi joins Joshua's team, they need help» - Daisy saw that, that team was doing nothing but suffering defeats, and would suffer just as many if there was no one else to help them. «Ughh Okay» -Hoshi snapped in the air removing the beanie from his head.

[Starts the game again].

«Ready? Hoshi can you serve?» - Joshua asked him now that he joined his team. «I watched hakyuu» [ Volleyball learned from an anime in real life ]

Daisy felt her fingers freezing from the night chill, but she couldn't get distracted or put it in her pocket, she had an obligation to keep score, and if she got it wrong she would be up against both teams. «Okay 3-1» - She kept her eyes wide open staring at the ball flying from one side to the other uninterruptedly.

«Wonwoo...how could you...» - Wonwoo looked like a sloth, despite shouting his name to make it clear that he would catch the ball, his legs were moving late when the ball was already on the ground. «Wonwoo is the star of today's game» - Daisy laughed at the funny situation as a spectator.

«Okay serve!» - DK threw the ball and Hoshi managed to catch it in time, passing it to his teammate, Woozi, who knocked it out of his hands. «Hey!» - «Do you remember being on the same team?» - Joshua was keeping up the shouting, slapping his forehead, realizing that he had already lost or at any rate, that he could only rely on himself. [same team but strategy is a secret]

[1:6] «Guys it's match point be careful» - Daisy didn't even have time to say that Dokyeom, pulling first, scored a point, leading Mingyu's team to victory. And as they already expected, the winners began to huddle together jumping in a hug and teasing the losing team, still imitating Woozi's fall at the beginning of the game.

11:00 pm

The volleyball team seemed to have regained energy playing ball, energy to stay awake. A little less was the energy to move so much. So they decided to get ready for the sauna they had already been eyeing on the first day. «Wonwoo why did you say that we were coming here in the groupchat? We'll never all fit in here» - Daisy felt suffocated not only by the hot air being given off and the small space of the sauna, but especially because Wonwoo, sending a picture of the sauna on Kakaotalk, made 4 other people join them. They looked like canned sardines.

«If you want we can go to the truck outside? They've set up a booth for us to take pictures» -Dino felt sweat drips all over his forehead, and although he was relaxing like never before, he felt the longing to breathe in the fresh air and night breeze.

«I'm in! Thanks guys for the fun! It was a beautiful day again today! Love you!» - Daisy quickly removed the towel she kept on her hair and hurried to open the door to leave, sending flying kisses to her members. «Good night!»
