When TXT & Seventeen met Bora
The news spread like wildfire around HYBE. Soobin had heard it by eavesdropping on his manager’s conversation and mentioned it to Yeonjun, who then mentioned it to Seungcheol who mentioned it to Woozi who mentioned it to The8 who mentioned it to Vernon who then mentioned it to Taehyun who then mentioned to everyone else.
Kim Bora was coming to HYBE.
The new arrival, the Bangtan Baby, had arrived a month ago much to the excitement of every member of staff or idol group in the building. They had watched from a distance at the early days of Grace’s pregnancy, right up to the point where she could no longer perform to when she went on maternity leave.
Everyone was told the news of the baby’s arrival by Bang PD when he called two separate meetings - one for the staff, one for the idols.
BTS had arrived back at work a week after the birth, Seokjin joining in two weeks after that and Grace wouldn’t be a full participating member until her daughter was a year old but they knew that wouldn’t stop BTS’ female member from bringing the new addition to the company.
The newborn was in the arms of Bang PD when Seventeen and Tomorrow by Together were called into the room. It was funny to watch a thirteen-member idol group and a five-member idol group try to squeeze in, all trying to be quiet but excited at the same time.
They were all incredibly polite, over-polite really, bowing to everyone and being respectful. Even though the three groups had known each other for years and as much as they were told to knock it off, manners automatically kicked in.
“She’s so small,” Hoshi whispered which caused BTS to glance over. He immediately shut up and bowed, causing everyone to laugh.
“PD-nim, I think everyone else wants to say hello now,” Grace grinned as she tucked her legs underneath her, accepting the blanket brought over by Namjoon.
The large man sighed heavily, took a good look at the baby girl in his arms and handed her off to her father who was already waiting. The new parents exchanged a look and Grace nodded, knowing what her partner was asking.
“Soobin, come on over.”
The leader of TXT quickly looked up and pointed to himself, stumbling over when he got a nudge in the back by several hands.
“Yes you,” Seokjin laughed and waited until the younger man was in front of him. He gave him light instructions and then watched as the leader cradled the baby in his arms. “There you go. Go on, show her off.”
Soobin slowly turned and as quietly as he could, he walked over to where seventeen young men were waiting for their turn. However, she stayed in Soobin’s arms as everyone gathered around, cooing over the smallest BTS member.
“Well, good to know we’ve got plenty of babysitters,” Seokjin grinned as he sat down, accepting the iced coffee.
Bora no longer had six uncles, but another set of eighteen uncles who would fight over to be first in line for whenever Grace or Seokjin needed someone to take Bora off their hands for five minutes.
She would grow up to pick her favourites and gravitate to those in particular, which were Soobin, Yeonjun, Mingyu, Woozi, Vernon and Wonwoo.

Bangtan Baby: Easter Bunny

Bora was 10 days from turning one year old and the Easter weekend had arrived with sunshine and warm weather, meaning she could be released in the small garden that belonged to Grace and Jin’s home. While South Korea didn’t go all out when it came to Easter, that didn’t stop Grace or her mother from going all out for what was going to be Bora’s first Easter.
A family meal had been planned for Grace’s parents, Seokjin’s parents, his brother and his wife with their two sons and obviously Grace and Seokjin with Bora. But for now, Grace was trying to get the little one into her baby bunny costume.
“Don’t pout, JK,” Seokjin gently teased as he took the fluffy bunny ears that were on a headband and stuck them on the young man’s head.
“I’m not pouting,” Jungkook grumbled while straightening the ears.
“There we go,” Grace sighed as she pulled the hood over Bora’s head and grinned, taking a step back to look at her daughter and then her adoptive son.
“My two baby bunnies.”
Seokjin snorted to himself and hid his smile behind his hand, relishing in the sight of a flustered golden maknae and his young daughter who had no clue what was going on as she reached to touch the ears that were flopping into her vision.
“What are we doing?” Jungkook asked, ignoring the both of them in favour of picking up his baby sister and trying not to smile when he saw her reach for his headband.
“I’ve done a little easter egg hunt for her in the garden,” Grace said as she handed over the basket. “Go and be a nice big brother and help her look for them.”
She was expecting more of a fight but Jungkook did nothing other than sigh, take the basket and turn to open the sliding doors, letting in the warm Seoul weather. Off they went, with Bora holding tightly to Jungkook’s tattooed hand as she took slow and unsteady steps along the grass.

Namjoon & Bora: Sweet Alyssum
It had become a tradition ever since Bora was born that Namjoon would buy her a book and a plant every birthday. The book collection had outgrown the plant collection but there was always one plant that kept coming back stronger each time - Sweet Alyssum.
Namjoon had planted it in a large pot on his balcony which then had been transferred to Grace & Jin’s place, where it continued to grow with his care. But now it was time to teach the little one to care for the plant that had been bought, cared for and grown in her name.
He helped Bora pull on her kid-size gardening gloves and made sure her clothes were well protected, her hair pulled into pigtails that suited her six-year-old face. Hazel eyes curiously looked over the tools that Namjoon had brought along - adult size and kid size.
“So, Bora, we’re going to take a look at your plant since it needs a bit of pruning and sorting out,” he said as he plonked Bora on his lap with the large plant pot in front of him. “You hold this,” he added as handed her a pair of kid-size garden scissors.
Little fingers held on tightly but she was paying attention, watching as he pointed out a branch of the plant that had obviously wilted in the Seoul heat. “We’re going to cut that off and then another branch will take its place next year,” Namjoon explained and watched as Bora carefully cut the branch off. “Perfect.”
They began to deadhead some of the flowers, those ones that look wilted and dead, brown and crispy rather than the purple that they should be. Bora carefully followed every instruction her Uncle Joon gave her, learning how the plant started from a seed then grew to this large plant, just like she would do soon as she was only six but within four years she would be ten and then it wouldn’t be long till she was a teenager.
That was a horrible thought to Namjoon as he watched the little girl that Bangtan had fallen in love with the moment they knew about her existence. Of course, most of them had gone to start their own families but she was the original and the first Bangtan baby. So she held a close place in all their hearts.
“You okay, Uncle Joon?” she asked, taking the glove off that was covered in soil and pressing a hand to his cheek where he realised he had been crying.
“I’m fine Bora, just thinking about you growing up and how you’ll be too old to do this with your uncle.”
She gave a smile, one little dimple popped up on the left side of her mouth. She looked like Jungkook when she did that but that dimple looked like Namjoon. She was the complete embodiment of BTS in one little body.
“I’ll never be too old for my uncles, especially you Uncle Joon. After all, who is going to help with my homework?”

What are Bora's favorite moments with each Uncle?
Good morning Anon! Apologies for the delay but there has been a lot going on! I'm going to think of Bora's POV from a child-teenager.
Uncle Yoongi
Quiet moments when all they do is listen to music and eat tangerines
From a child to a teen, Bora knows she can go to his studio at any point to do homework and there would be no need to talk.
If he’s available, he’ll give a hand and talk through what problems she’s having and give sound advice.
She always looks forward to studio days where she can sit on his couch, get a book out and read because there’s nothing expected of her.
Uncle Hobi
It’s a mix of dance, fashion and days out.
She never knows what to expect when Uncle Hobi comes calling but she likes these moments that are spontaneous.
One moment he’s teaching her some new choreography he came up with or their doing a dance challenge.
Next day, he’s taking her to the most expensive store in Seoul to have a mooch around because they can.
Uncle Namjoon
Namjooning days
Days out to the museum, art gallery, zoo, wherever and whenever. Even if they’re in a different country, Namjoon is making sure Bora has at least one visit.
And she knows she can ask him anything on these trips whether it’s about science, nature, life, love, anything. The book is open for her to pick from.
And there’s no pressure on these days out – there were times where they went to the local park and gave random names to plants just because they could.
Uncle Jimin
Another one for quiet moments but out and about.
If they’re in another country, Jimin is getting her out of the hotel for a quick walk to the local café where they’ll grab a hot chocolate or tea and something sweet, sit for an hour and just relax
Movie nights are a standard, every month there’s a new movie to enjoy with popcorn and snacks
Uncle Taehyung
Fashion days
While she’s not into fashion and clothes and make up, she loves it when it’s her and Taehyung and they’re going to latest fashion show because not every kid can do that.
He’ll talk her through the process, who is who, what is what. He has an eye for things and styles
Has a dedicated wardrobe just for clothes for her to wear for things like this.
Uncle Kook
One to one moments.
Like Grace did with Jungkook, where they would spend one hour a day with each other.
Jungkook wanted to do the same for Bora, no matter what was going on or who he was with. He might be out with the rest of the 97’s and he’s Facetiming Bora, asking how her day is.
He’s also not critical of her thoughts or issues. She knows she can go to him with whatever problem she’s having, even if he is a bit overprotective.
Twins in every sense of the word, especially when she’s older.

You could write the first day of Bora at school. I believe that Bora would be super independent, entering without crying and the country together contained all crying.
😂 I technically did write about a day in nursery but obviously school is completely different

Hi it's me, purple heart anon!!!💜 How are you? I hope you have recovery well from the flu. Sorry for being MIA these past weeks, it's been a bit chaotic for me.
A while ago you asked if someone could write you a Bora, Seokjin and Jungkook story, sooooooo... I decided to write you one 🙊 , since I don't have those amazing writing skills you have been blessed with, and english it's not my mother language, it has taken me ages. I'm really hoping you like it 🙈

Fishies, s'mores and tiny hands 🎣
• It's 4am on a Friday and little feet belonging to 4 year old Bora can be heard paddling around the house, excitement running through her little body because it was her first proper camping/fishing trip, previous ones were made in the past, but she was too small to proper enjoy it.
• Jungkook sneaks in the food bag marshmallows, chocolates and crackers.
• Clock marks 5:30am and 'super tuna' is blasting through the speakers (Bora's request) and both men are going mental.
• Almost an hour later, they arrived safe and sound at their destination, just in time to watch the sunrise.
• Getting the tents ready takes a little longer than usual because Bora wants to help.
• Bora insists on dressing just like her father in his 'super tuna' video, white t-shirt and denim overalls, along with her favourite lilac raining boots and RJ bucket hat.
• A proud Seokjin looks at his daughter, who stands by the river shore, catch a small fish with her tiny hands, squeals coming from the little one as the fish attempts to scape from her and a happy Jungkook filming the moment.
• After watching the sunset, Jungkook teaches his little sister how to do s'mores by the campfire as Seokjin is in charge of grilling the fish .
• As bedtime arrives, Bora is fast sleep in her pink sleeping bag, tired after a day full of fishing and games.
• As a comfortable silence sets over the campsite, the adults enjoy the night with a couple of beers.
• The next couple of days are filled with laughs and adventures, Bora enjoys running by the shoreline and fishing with her dad; and catching fireflies at night with Jungkook.
• Time goes fast when you have fun and now it's time to go home.
• Bora happily looks at the sunset through the car window as they leave, lovely memories made that weekend that she will remember as she grows up
• Seokjin smiles as he looks at his daughter through the front mirror, warm filling his heart as she meets his eyes and smiles back.
• It was a good trip.

I think as parents, Grace and Seokjin, probably wouldn’t her too much in the public eye growing up till she was at least seven or eight when she could make the decision herself
I’m sure during practice Bora would be up there and I’m sure she would feature during a VCR
