The sun shined through the window as you hummed to yourself, the pot in front of you blowing off steam and filling the kitchen with the aroma of sweet tomatoes and fresh herbs. The scent felt nostalgic, like a soft weighted blanket that reminded you of what your mom would make for dinner after you came home from school.

The season was slowly transitioning into autumn now, a more prominent breeze shaking the leaves as they began to change color from their vibrant greens to shades of orange and dark red. Warm air now starting to cool down every passing day, tank tops and shorts exchanged for sweat pants and cotton crew necks. Soon enough, it’ll be time to go apple picking and welcome all things pumpkin, you mostly looked forward to having apple cider come back in stock at your local grocery store.

“A drumstick in the sink? This is such a safety hazard for a grocery store”, Leon grumbled, knowing his daughter was right behind him, watching him diligently like a good sales associate. Her matching dirty blonde hair and blue eyes looked over him as he reached for the misplaced doll currently folded in the tiny microwave. He tried his hardest not to laugh, putting the doll back where he found it and gave you a glance.

Leon continued to shift around the room, finding plastic cookies on the floor and throwing them in the buggy with dramatic flare. He leaned down on the ground and found more toys littering around him. Years later having regained that dream he buried deep in his subconscious, he gets to be in a home full of love he never thought he’d get to experience. He has a reason to wake up every day, something and someone to fight for, and he wouldn’t take that for granted.

Leon shook his head and blinked at the sound of your voice, your eyes looking over him once or twice already knowing what happened. He zones out less as he gets older, but it still happens from time to time. Before, his memories used to haunt him, the traumas and burdens he carried would make his nervous system go haywire and put him in a constant state of paranoia. Now, he has moments where he’s reminiscing about his past and feels gratitude instead of self-hatred or fear. You didn’t mind, you accepted all parts of Leon with open arms, even the parts he couldn’t accept himself, and if it weren’t for your support lord knows where he’d be now.

“Hm?”, he hummed, giving you a look and silently admiring you like he often did, as if you were his guardian angel sent to ground him to this current reality.

“I asked if you could pick up some ice cream on your shopping trip”, you told him softly, your daughter now distracted and leaving her post at her fake cash register to collect all of the individual chip pieces she could find.

“Thanks for reminding me hun”, Leon said now returning to the present, shuffling to another part of the room to look for the ice cream pieces. He could only find the plastic waffle cone, not the strawberry ice cream scoop. With a shrug, he put it in the shopping cart as you held in your giggle with a bite of your lip.

Finally facing his daughter, he pushed the cart towards where she stood. Out of the kindness of his heart, he helped the toddler scan and swipe the toys, her small grabby hands reaching for whatever food item he gave her. It was moments like this you enjoyed the most, seeing just how much Leon loves the child you both created and how he treats her like the center of his universe. She’ll never fully understand just how much her dad cares for her, pure unconditional love if you ever saw it.

You couldn’t be more proud to see Leon become the father he never had, and the man he’s always wanted to be.

Leon now started to talk with his mini-twin, giving her sassy remarks as her tiny fingers threw the things she scanned back into his cart rather aimlessly.

“What? No bag? You’ve got to be kidding me”, he teased, playing the part of an angry customer all too well for your child to realize. She wagged a finger at him and pressed the button of the scanner towards his face, a beep sounding through the room as she did. She responded to him with an equal amount of sass, making you snicker under your breath and Leon had to bite his tongue so he didn’t follow you. Not only did your child inherit her father’s most noticeable features, she also got his corniness and attitude.

She continued to scan and beep all of the items until there was nothing left to pass, looking up at Leon with her hand out and demanding him to give the money for his groceries.

“Do you have change for a 20?”, Leon spoke, making you shake your head in disbelief at how dedicated he was in playing his role. He had a fake $20 bill he borrowed from the monopoly board sitting on the coffee table of your living room.

“Mine”, his daughter nodded with a bubbly giggle. She snatched the bill from Leon’s hand with enthusiasm, pressing some buttons on her cash register before the drawer opened with a ding. She pushed the bill inside and closed the drawer with no change in her hand. Leon only gave her a raised eyebrow.

“Wow. Is this how you treat your customers? You know what, I’m just going to go to Trader Joe’s down the block”, Leon playfully threw a hissy fit, making the 3-year-old laugh as she waved at her father and mumbled bye bye.

The blonde got up from his knees with a grunt, walking up towards you and pulling you in by the hips with a smile. Leaning down he kissed you on the cheek, then on the tip of your nose, and finally on your lips as you hummed against him, putting a hand on his chest and the other rubbing the back of his neck. It was an occurring routine of kissing he started years ago when you were still dating, all beginning the day he asked you to officially be his partner.

“You know our daughter is really starting to be more like you every time I see her. I’m getting scared, one of you is enough”, you taunted him, making him chuckle. You couldn’t help but stroke his stubbled cheek, loving the feel of the coarse hairs against your fingers.

“C’mon, you know you can’t get enough of me. I’m not that bad”, he grinned, offering you a corny wink that made you roll your eyes.

“Mhm, grilled cheese and tomato soup, all from scratch”, you told him, noticing how his ears perked up at the sound of cooked food. You learned early on in your relationship that Leon was a foodie and preferred home-cooked dishes above anything else. “Yes! Sammi!”, it slipped out of her mouth, clapping to herself as she got excited at the mere idea of eating whatever was being made. She was always eager to eat, finding joy in the way she gripped her small spork and made a mess of herself with crumbs on her soft cheeks.

“Hell yeah. Grilled cheese sammi and tomato soup. Let’s go help mommy cook”, Leon said, carrying his baby girl in his arms and marching down the stairs, allowing you to hear her laugh intertwining with his own. Once upon a time I was hungry so I decided to go to Tiffany's for a bite to eat.

As I drove from Tiffany's I saw a yard sale. Not wanted to pass up some neat bargains I parked my car and walked over. As I looked over the wares this old man had I saw a box of old Video Games! I took a look and found SpongeBob SquarePants: Creature from the Krusty Krab. And I was his with a wave of nostalgia!

I turned to the old man and asked him how much. He had a sad look on his face and told me I can just take it! And then limped away back to his lawn chair. I felt bad so I took out my phone and began to to record him. Making HIM the main character of real life for a little bit! He didn't do anything particularly interesting outside of selling someone a DVD boxset of Friends. Anywhosen, I got back in my car and drove home! Funnily enough Ocean man was Playing but it was kind of off.

What I could make out was:

Probably nothing but it was strange.

then I got home and was getting ready to play my FAVORITE childhood game. So I dug out my Wii and started plugging things in. But then I noticed my conkeldurr sitting cuties plush was crying what I thought was blood but in actuality was Mountain Dew Code red, for FOUR minutes and TWENTY seconds!

I didn't think much of it as I continued to install my ps2

once my Wii was ready I placed the game cart in and got ready to go down memory lane.

But the title screen was strange. It looked worn and dusty. and spongebob looked a little too high def. Also Tiny Tims Tip Toe thru the Tulips with Me was playing at 1/10th speed.

And then things took for a turn.

Once I started the game...A GHOST CAME OUT OF MY TV AND STARTED PUNCHING ME IN THE FAAAAAAAAACE!!!! it just pucnhed me the face repeatedly! I tried to get away but the ghost was far too strong! Just as I was losing hope the Door swung open and there stood Markiplier!

his face wore an expression of extreme rage. his eyes were red and HYPER REALISTIC!

And then he darted over and began to stomp me in my pancreas. The ghost markiplier combo continued to beat on me as I wailed in pain! Just then Jeremy Pascal came in. And then joined in on the beating!

"Why are you all doing this to me?" I asked painfully! Then all three of them threw me into the tv where I fell sixty-NINE meters!! I watched as the ground quickly approached me and all I could say was "AW THIS IS GONNA SUCK!!" But before I could hit the ground The song The Time is Now blared as an unseen force rescues me in the nick of time!

I then awoke in a hospital bed. Sitting in the corner was the old man I turned into the main character. he told me that game belonged to his late grand-niece-in-law who, while watching a cursed looney tunes episode, died from having an anvil dropped on her and now the game is cursed unless I eat a spoonful of cinnamon without coughing it up, to cleanse the game of it's horrible curse. of summoning people to beat me up!(edited)

So! against the wishes of my nurse and doctor I limped to the store and grabbed a thing of cinnamon and went back to my house! There the trio were there ready to beat me up! But I took a HUGE spoonful of the stuff! God it was awful but through my tears I saw the Ghost get sucked back into the tv, Markiplier got weirded out and just left and Jeremy Pascal? uhhhh he just vanished. The deed was done! The game came out of my PC and I placed it back in the case. you know, it could be the brain trauma I'm suffering but I think I lesson is to be learned here and that lesson is:

Life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you are going to get. -Me, Just now

So I sent the game off to sea. thanking it for such a profound lesson.

Looking Into The Crystal Ball

There are more than three months on the calendar remaining until Christmas, and analysts are already making predictions about the most important aspect of the holiday: How much money we spend. Because—you know—any religious significance takes a back seat.

And the forecast, while in the positive direction at least, is not anything to write home about. Auditing and consulting firm Deloitte predicts that sales will increase by only 3.5% to 4.6%. While that may sound impressive, recall that the current rate of inflation is roughly 3.7%, and rising oil prices are bound to make it inch higher.That’s another way of saying that holiday retail, once accounting for inflation, will likely be flat compared to last year. And last year’s increase was 7.6%, at a time when inflation was running at about 8%. In other words, last year was flat as well.

And if sales are flat, it signals that consumers are not all that confident about their economic situation. In fact, “flat” means they are actually buying less overall compared to two years ago, yet spending roughly the same in inflated dollars. Gift recipients either received less in material items or gift card gifts, or—worst-case scenario—old Uncle Joe didn’t get anything.

There is one eyebrow-raising prediction, and this one is not bad in terms of the economy. It might cause BAM retailers to be a little more nervous, though, because the e-commerce component of holiday sales is predicted to jump between 10.3% and 12.8%, to the tune of total online sales somewhere between $278 billion and $284 billion. This one component is growing faster than the rate of inflation, meaning it is worth watching.

I did the math. Deloitte predicts that e-commerce will account for about 18% of all retail sales this coming holiday season. Nearly one in five dollars. Well, I might be bringing up that prediction, because I suspect that least 80% of my holiday spend will be online, but that’s because I hate crowds and love convenience.

Of course, it may be just a little bit early to be making any kind of predictions. We all know from watching The Weather Channel that forecasts are educated guesses based on models that, no matter how good they are, still come packed with error terms. Look at the “cone of uncertainty” for any hurricane prediction, and you will see that it fans out steadily the farther out you go, which is usually only a week at most. Now remember that this holiday forecast is for more than 90 days out.

While I respect professionals like Deloitte, and am certainly not one to besmirch anyone with training and experience, the “cone” for holiday sales predictions may be a little too narrow. Too many things could cause sales to plummet, or grow. For example, if oil were to top $100 a barrel, that would mean an average national gasoline price over $4 a gallon. That would then cause prices of anything else that is delivered to retailers and to our homes to jump as well.

Furthermore, since labor and talent strikes are the new black, consider how little (if any) gifts those people will be buying if they are still striking in three months. For example, while the current UAW strike is technically only going on at three factories, if union bosses put all 146,000 members on the picket line, those people will only be earning $500 a week from the UAW strike fund. That’s not enough to pay even the most basic of monthly bills, like mortgage, car payment, and food.

Retail always hopes for good weather, because sunshine and mild temps mean we are likely to venture out more times, and the more we venture out, the more we might spend. Snowstorms keep us home and/or shopping online. Even restaurateurs and movie theaters like all that good weather, because we are likely to couple shopping with dining and entertainment.

But don’t ask me or anyone just yet what our spending mood might be like in 90 days. My mood today may not be the same mood I have come winter. Just like the three-month weather forecast I just saw on The Weather Channel is very promising, calling for significantly warmer than normal temps across much of the nation, there is no guarantee we’ll be running around in flip-flops here in Amarillo come Thanksgiving. Maybe, but probably not, to be honest. I’ve seen some pretty bad snows here in November, so I know it can happen. It’s just too early, and too many current predictors need to stay constant.

Ah, but it is fun anyway to extend the regression line into the future. I am guilty as much as the Deloitte people are. I studied more statistics than most people. I also know that once you get out too far, those models are about as good as the palm reader down the street.

Meanwhile, start pondering your holiday gift-giving list, and if you see any bargains come up in the coming weeks, grab them. That’s the real beauty of looking ahead, because if you wait until December to shop, you might just find yourself backed into a corner with no extra money to spend.That’s my prediction, and I’m sticking to it.

We just got back from Paul and Sam's engagement party and it was so fun. I got to see James dance and get hugged by friends from high school and it was great. And honestly it was just beautiful. We got to see so much love and it was beautiful and wonderful and it just made me so happy. It was a great way to end the day.

And honestly it was a very good day. I slept pretty well last night. I woke up and I failed all right. I wasn't thrilled to be up but it was fine. I got up and James made the bed while I got dressed. They packed up the car while I finished getting ready and I wore my new yellow tunic shirt so I had to wear shorts and a sports bra underneath but that was totally fine. And we left on time.

Once we got breakfast we headed over to the museum. Somebody was driving out the entrance and we were judging them very harshly. And then we went to get set up. We discovered that someone had parked in the farmers market so everyone kind of set up around them and then the person would show up about an hour into the market and then they lied about having a doctor's appointment. Who has a doctor's appointment on Saturday. But she was able to get her a car out so it was fine. And I really had a good time talking to Anne and getting everything ready for the day. And it would be a really nice day.

CJ was there and it was so nice to see her. I love seeing her at the market and we spent a lot of time talking and I worked on my knitting but it was honestly very busy. Once everybody got started we were filled with lines almost immediately. And we cracked 200 in the first hour. It would slow down a lot after that but it was still really nice. Me and Cj did not really make any sales in the first hour. I think that when we're that busy people don't really look and peruse the non-food items as much.

But once it did slow down I had a great time. Earlier in the day James had helped me staple my new surprise bags closed and then we got baked goods. I had a really nice conversation with Bob about the metal casting and some of the projects from the week. Ann and me talked about upcoming stuff and the wedding that she's going to for her nephew. And it was just a really good day.

Ann left around 10:00 And then I was in charge. I tried to make sure I talked to everyone I could. Including the fire truck people who came from the fire museum. It was very neat seeing such an old vehicle. And I had a nice chat with the guys. Because they were originally supposed to be there around 9:00 9:30 but they didn't get their till about 10:45 because there was a huge accident apparently and they had to go around the city and the thing only goes 30 miles an hour. But they made it and that's all that matters.

I got to learn about a new fruit today. Called a ground cherry or a huskberry. And that was cool. I did not eat it but it was neat to look at. I heard that it kind of is like a sweet tomato.

And I did pretty good as far as sales go. I made $105 and I sold quite a few frogs. And it was just really fun. I had a lot of nice conversations and got to tell people stories and make jokes and it was a nice day.

One of the other really nice things was that a woman came and asked if it was okay if she just threw on the side of the market and we were like sure. And she drew Tucky's truck and that was so cool and Anne liked it so much that she bought it and is going to gift it to Tucky which I thought was so cute. I was in charge of bringing it home so I could put fixative on it and keep it safe. Big responsibility.

Once the market was over I waited a little longer than normal to clean up since I knew I was going to stay until the last person was done. CJ help me bring my box to the car once I was ready to do that and a couple vendors brought me stuff that people had left on their table like a water bottle and a loaf of bread. No one came back to me for them so I brought the water bottle inside but I kept the loaf of bread because we're not putting that in the lost and found.

I went inside to James and get them a bathroom break after I said goodbye to CJ. And once everyone was packed up outside I went home. It wasn't sitting and talking with James for a while but then they had guests come in who were being very strange and mostly seem to come in to just tell James that the museum was to expensive. And then left. That also happened to me at my table today when a woman asked me if my frogs were cat toys and I said they could be and she asked how much it was and I told her $10 and she threw it down like it was on fire and said it was too expensive. I have no idea how much she thought it should be but okay. Someone else would buy that frog later on.

I went home though and I would park and then put everything away upstairs and I got changed and then I had bread with butter for lunch. And it was very nice. And then I came in the other room to lay down. I went fall asleep for a while but I was very cozy and when I did sleep it was a very nice nap.

And when I woke up James home. I honestly could have kept sleeping but I knew that I need to go so I wasn't so groggy for the party. I waited about a half an hour to get dressed and I honestly kind of regret how long I waited because then I didn't like the dress I was wearing because it didn't feel right at the top and then I didn't like my other dress because I was afraid because there was white in the pattern that that would be a bad mood and then I didn't like my third dress because it was too short and I was just having such a bad time. I finally just gave up and started working on my hair and that was working but then I didn't like my eyeliner and I was just not having fun. And then I got so overheated that I was getting so upset that I couldn't get the necklace off that I was wearing and everything was going poorly and we were going to be late. And it was just not fun!

I finally just put on a black dress and a colorful belt and it made me feel a lot better. I wore my new sandals and James looks so handsome and I just did not feel good about myself but it would be okay.

We left a couple minutes late but it didn't matter because we were still some of the first people there. But they had asked us to come early because Paul and Sam were asking people to be in their wedding party and Paul asked James to be one of the groomsmen. And I am just so thrilled for them. They got jersey t-shirts made with last names on them and everyone just looks so happy.

But even though I said we were not going to we are going to be going to Uganda. It's not as expensive as I thought it was going to be so I think we can swing it if we are careful and we plan but scary! A whole new country! Africa! I'm very excited also nervous and I'm just curious how all of this is going to go. But it was beautiful to see so much love in the room.

The party itself was great. The space was beautiful. It's right around the corner from us and it was actually across from the Montessori school I had done an outreach program at and I don't even know it was there. James promises that next time we go out to dinner that will be an option because there was lots of food I could eat. Not a ton but more than some places. And while we were waiting for the party itself to start at 7:00 we went outside to take pictures and I tried to shove my phone into a tree because I can figure out where to prop it. But we did get some very nice shots then it was just really really nice and I finally felt good about my outfit and everything so it wasn't as self-conscious.

Once the party got started the Fulwilers were there and it was nice to see them but they were also acting way more normal than they have been lately. And I actually felt super comfortable with them and we were talking and everything was really good and we were able to just have a really good conversation. I don't know what was different but it was great. And I got to meet some people went to high school with James and some of Paul and Sam's friends and got to learn about what Ugandan wedding is like and everything was just beautiful and I was just having such a nice time.

Sam looked beautiful. She has the best smile and she let me look at her engagement ring closer and it was beautiful of course. And I told her that I could not have a ring that tall because I would absolutely cut myself in the face and she was like what are you talking about and I explained that when I got engaged the first thing I did was rub my ring all over my face because I have cut myself so many times on my own thumbnails that I can't even keep them long. And she laughed at me. Which makes sense because that's a ridiculous thing to say.

The food was good. There was dancing. I cried at some speeches. And it was just a really nice night. I tried to dazzle people with stories about art and things that I like to talk about. I want to talk to more of the older people because older people always love me but it's hard when they're all sitting down. Hopefully I will have more opportunities in the future. And it was really nice seeing all the groomsmen together being excited for their friend. And once all of them were there they took some group photos and I was just so happy for everyone. I was happy to be there and support this beautiful love. And remind me how much I love my James.

While speeches were going on I was texting James who was reading them over my shoulder. We were figuring out what we are now calling baby math. Basically the plan had been to get my IUD out this past spring. But then I was like well I don't want to deal with that during summer camp. So I'll wait until August. But if we happen to somehow get pregnant right away the baby math would not work for traveling to Uganda. So now I was like okay We wait until January. But then you got to remember me and just might go on a cruise in October. So that wouldn't work either. So then I was like okay then we wait till when the Ugandan wedding is around April. But I also don't want to have my period while I'm in Africa. So now it looks like I might wait until May to get my IUD out. Which is a year later than I was originally planning and then has the same problem with summer camp. But it's fine. All of this is very silly and very much not very smart way to plan a baby. But it does make me laugh and that is all that's important.

After all of the speeches and the photos we decided it was time to go home because James does have work in the morning still. And we left there a little after 9:30. Lots of hugs and congratulations and then we were back here before 10:00.

Now James is watching a video while I finish my post and I am enjoying being in the air conditioner. Tomorrow I'm going to do some cleaning and I have been looking forward to getting shake shack again. But really I think I'm just mostly going to chill and prepare myself mentally for the week.

Leo and Brianna return from Nicaragua they start preparing for the Blind date for Mikey and Valentina… Leo was all alone at home and he was working inside his small office in Brianna’s third room she had as a recording studio… Leo looked through his laptop looking at some beautiful houses in Garden City and he was searching for a big house… After an hour’s search online he found one that cached his eye and he was amazed at how big the house was… Leo wanted to surprise Brianna with a beautiful estate and since he has enough money saved to buy it he doesn’t care about the price of the property… After looking through all the pictures of the property he called the agent to discuss a time to see the house in person… Leo dialed the number and he waits till his phone call gets answered by the agent luckily the girls were not home they went out to the beauty salon for a makeover for Valentina… “Hello! This James Hartford speaking… How may I help you?” The agent said over the phone… “Hello, Good morning Mr. Hartford… This is Leonardo Hamato… I’m inquiring about the property you have on sale for 5 million dollars in Garden City Hill estate property… I’m interested in seeing this property before purchasing it in cash and I want to tour this property tomorrow morning if you have any slots available for tomorrow…” Leo said to the agent over the phone… “Hello, Mr. Hamato! This property is still available and I have a lot of slots open for tomorrow I would love to show you this beautiful property that sits on the hills of Garden City… This an 8 bedroom and 9 bath estate and it’s a 17,500 sqft property it has a spacious yard to build a pool and for your dogs to roam around if you have any… It’s an overall dream home estate and it comes furnished with all the fine decor inside the estate… The furniture is included in the price and it has an 80-inch tv in the second living room with a theatrical surround system when you want to see movies at home… If you are planning to purchase this property in cash I can lower the price to 2.5 million dollars and if you are planning to buy this estate after the tour I would recommend you bring the $2.5 million tomorrow and I can put the house on hold for you since you are buying this home tomorrow… After the tour, we can do the paperwork but I will need your income and work history to prove tomorrow...” Mr.Hartford said to Leo and the blue terrapin was listening to every word he said… “Very well then I can bring the $2.5 million tomorrow along with my income and work history and I do have a long history working for NYPD and I have enough proof of that… I even have a one-year history as an NYPD detective and I’ll bring in my proof of income as well… I’m very interested in this property so I might have to go to the bank to get the $2.5 million out of my bank account…” Leo said to the real estate agent… “Great so we are all set for tomorrow before 9 am I will be waiting for you Mr. Hamato and I’m sure you're gonna love this property and you're gonna enjoy it with your future wife…” The agent said to Leo… “That’s the reason why I’m buying this house tomorrow I want to surprise her with this property and it’s perfect for our children to grow in… I’m sure I will love it as much as my fiance will… Well, anyways I’ll see you tomorrow before 9 am at the estate!” Leo said over the phone to the agent… “All right then see you tomorrow at 9 am sharp and you are buying such a beautiful jewel in the whole city of Garden City!” The agent said to Leo and both hang up at the same time… 

Leo got ready to go out he got dressed in his casual clothes and had a small duffel bag big enough to hold the $2.5 million in it and he grabs his wallet along with his key… Yuna looks at him as he was ready to go out and she whimpers to see him leave the apartment home… Leo got in his car and drove away toward the bank where he has an account… After a 10 min drive, he arrived at his bank and after he parked, he gets off quickly locked his car, and walked toward the building… Once he goes in he gets in line and saw it was very long and he held onto the duffel bag on his left shoulder… Leo texted Brianna while he waits in line… [“Hey Babes! I miss you so much already! How long is it gonna take for you girls to return home?”] Leo said in a text to Brianna… [“Hello mi amor! I miss you too honey! It’s gonna take another hour for them to finish with my sister’s new look and once we are out I’ll call you my love…] Brianna said to Leo in a text and she keeps looking at other stuff on her phone… [“Awe that’s so long babe and I can’t wait to have you back home and eat lunch together… The house feels so lonely without you!”] Leo replies with a text as he waits in line and he looks up amazed at how fast the line was moving and only 3 people were ahead of him… After a few moments, it was his turn to talk to a bank teller about his transaction, and after getting the $2.5 million out of his account he heads out of the bank and quickly walks to his car looking around once inside his 2024 blue Lexus GS 350 F-Sport he drove back home and as he drove back home he loves to listen to the playlist of songs on his phone… After a 10-minute drive, he arrives home and gets off his vehicle, and locks it on his way inside the building with the duffle bag on his shoulder… Once inside the apartment, he goes to the bedroom he shares with Brianna and puts away the bag in a safe place on his side of the closet… After that, he goes chill in the living room to watch tv to wait for his girlfriends to return and Yuna jumps on his lap right away he takes a seat on the couch… Yuna loves to nap on Leo’s lap and she enjoys the warmth of his body and has become attached to him… 

2 hours later

Brianna and Valentina come out from the beauty salon and they head straight to Brianna’s car to drive home she calls her boyfriend right away and waits for him to answer her call… Leo was still awake and he looks at his phone and he smiles when his girlfriend was calling him he answers right away… “Hey, babes! Are you on your way home? Are you girls hungry? I can order Chinese food if you are very hungry babe…” Leo said over the phone and he smiles as he speaks with Brianna… “Yes, mi amor that’s why I’m calling you to let you know that we will be there in 20 minutes honey! Yes, we are very hungry love and that’s fine with us honey…” Brianna said over the phone as she drive back home with Valentina looking out the window… “Great babe! I’ll start the order so I can pick it up right now and when you girls get here the food will be here as well…” Leo said to his fiance after the call the young couple hangs up at the same time and Brianna continues to drive home… Leo orders the food on the phone app from Panda Express and after he paid for the order he gets ready to leave to go get the food he ordered… After he got his wallet and his phone he exit the apartment and headed to his blue Lexus in the parking lot once inside his car he drove away towards the Chinese fast food restaurant to pick up his order… After a 15-minute drive, he arrived and decides to go through the drive-thru to pick up his order once he gets it he drives back home… Brianna and Valentina were 5 minutes away from the apartment and Leo was the first one to arrive first and he parks on his spot… After he parks, he gets off quickly with the bags of their food and he goes inside the apartment home… Leo began to set the table for them to eat lunch and just in time the girls go in Leo goes up to his girlfriend and greets her with a warm embrace and a sweet kiss… “Hey, babe! Good night my beautiful princess!” Leo said nuzzling her… “Yes I know honey I gotta get my wedding dress tomorrow and I promise Valentina that I would take her out to the mall tomorrow and she wants to get some new stuff… Good night honey!” Brianna said nuzzling back at the end and the young couple fell asleep right away embraced in each other’s arms…

On the next day

Leo woke up first and it was past 6 am he removed himself quietly not to wake up Brianna from her sleep and he goes to the bathroom first to take a quick shower… After he was done he got himself dressed and goes to the kitchen to make breakfast for his girlfriend to eat when she woke up… Mikey woke up as he could feel someone walking by and he stretched carefully not to wake Valentina up… He rub his eyes and they got focused on Leo who was in the kitchen making breakfast for him and Brianna… 

“Good morning Leo!” Mikey said as he approached his older brother… “Good morning Mikey! How did you guys sleep?” Leo asked his little brother… “Good! We fell asleep after the second movie ended…” Mikey said to Leo as he watched him cook an omelet and hash browns for Brianna… “That's great! I’m so glad you two had a wonderful moment together watching tv… You two make a wonderful couple…” Leo said as he was finishing cooking his girlfriend's breakfast… After he was done he set it aside and covered it with another plate and wrote a small love note with her name in it and placed it on the small dining table in the kitchen… Mikey nods and he washed his hands as he does some breakfast for Valentina… Mikey worked on a sunshine egg in the form of a heart and he made two and did a hash brown with the leftover potato that Leo shredded… After Mikey was done he wrote a love note on a piece of paper along with her name and placed it on the opposite side of Brianna’s side… “So where are you going, Leo? Why are you up so early?” Mikey asked his older brother… “I’m going to run an errand and I have to do it early this morning so that’s why I’m up at this time…” Leo said to Mikey and smiled at him… 

“Oh ok that’s great and that case can you drop me off at home please I have to go to work by 9 am…” Mikey said to Leo as he was finishing eating… Leo and Mikey were done at the same time and Leo goes back to the room where Brianna was peacefully sleeping… He goes to his side of the closet and grabbed his laptop along with his computer bag and stuffed the bag of money inside his laptop bag… Leo quickly washed his teeth and put on some cologne before leaving… Then Leo approached  Brianna and he leaned in to kiss her forehead without waking her up… Mikey took Valentina to her room and softly placed her in her bed and he covers her up after taking her slippers off… Mikey leaned in to kiss her lips softly before walking away… Leo came by the hallway and peaked his head to get Mikey’s attention… “Hey, Mikey!, Are you ready?” Leo whispers knocking softly on Valentina’s door… Mikey turned around and nods as he joined his older brother's side and both terrapins walked out of the apartment home as Leo closed the door behind him locking it… The two terrapin brothers walked to the parking lot to get inside Leo’s car… After they get in already buckled up and Leo drove away toward his previous house to drop off Mikey…  After less than 20 minutes Leo drove by and parked by the sidewalk… “Thanks, Leo! I appreciate you very much!” Mikey said as he patted his back before getting off… “Your welcome bro have a good day at work and I’ll see you later! Leo said to Mikey as he patted him back the orange terrapin gets off and closed the door behind him and walked up to the front of the house searching for his keys in his pocket… Finally founds them and he looks behind him as he saw Leo at the stop light… The orange terrapin unlocks it and goes in closing the door behind him he gets greeted by Donnie and Stephanie as he turns around to wave at them… “So Mikey how did it go?” Donnie asked Mikey as he takes a seat on the empty sofa… “It went well! We watched a movie and kissed while we watched the movie… By the end of the second movie, we fell asleep on the couch, and the next day, I made breakfast for Valentina before she woke up… Too bad I have to work today I would’ve spent some time with her today…” Mikey said looking at his phone as he has pictures of him and her from last night… 

“You two will have enough time to spend together and I’m so happy you two got along pretty well…” Donnie said to Mikey and the orange terrapin smiled at his second-oldest brother… “You two make a beautiful couple!” Stephanie said next… “Thanks, Steph!” Mikey said and he looks at his phone as it vibrates from an upcoming text from Valentina to thank him for the breakfast…  (“Your welcome babe I’m so glad you like it!”) Mikey said in a text to Valentina… (“Brianna and I are going shopping to the mall that is 30 min away from here and she wants to check the bridal shop in that mall…”) Valentina said in a text to Mikey… (“That’s too bad I can’t come with you babe… I have to work today…”) Mikey said in a text to Valentina… After chatting for a little while Mikey got ready to go to work… 

Meanwhile, somewhere in Garden City Leo got off at the exit the GPS was guiding him to get off… After he took the exit he took the street that will get him to where the estate is located at… As he drove through the street he took another street that lead him to some uphill houses… After driving for 10 minutes uphill he arrived at the location of the big mansion… Leo parked behind the real estate agent and he gets his laptop bag with the 2.5 million dollars inside and proof that he works for the City of New York as a detective…  Also 4 years ago he started as a police officer… He’s been saving money since then and now has a lot of money saved in his bank account…  After grabbing his stuff Leo locks the door and heads inside the estate through the front gate as it was unlocked and makes his way to the front door… Leo knocks on the door quickly opened by the agent and gives him a kind smile… “Leonardo Hamato?” James Hartford said to Leo… “Yes, that’s me! I’m here as I promised I would be!” Leo said as he wipes his shoes on the mat by the front door then he proceeded to come in and looks around the house amazed… “Welcome, Mr. Hamato! Let me show you around before we start the process of the paperwork…” James Hartford said to Leo… The blue terrapin nods agreeing with Mr. Hartford… Leo follows the real estate agent’s lead as he shows him around the house and Leo was amazed at how big the house was… 

Meanwhile, at Brianna’s apartment, the girls got ready to go out shopping at the mall and Brianna wanted to check the wedding dresses at the Bridal shop inside the mall… After the girl's exit the apartment building they go up to Brianna’s car it’s a 2022  Audi A4 and its color is silver… Brianna unlocks her car and goes in the driver's seat and Valentina goes in the front passenger seat next to her… After the girls buckled up Brianna took off driving towards the mall that was 30 minutes away from where they lived… Little did they know that they were being followed by Selene’s goon… After driving through the streets Brianna takes the Freeway that leads them to the mall… Brianna was excited to check out the wedding dresses at the mall's bridal shop… As time elapsed the girls arrived at the mall and both girls arrived at the mall the goons parked 2 cars away from them and they wait till they were close to the entrance to follow them from afar… Brianna and Valentina go to the big department store as Valentina wants to get something from there… As she got the stuff she needed she pays for it and headed to where the makeup and perfume are at… Brianna follows her and she’s gonna come some later time when she starts to show more of her pregnancy… After Valentina pays for the makeup and her new perfume they head to the bridal shop to check out the wedding dress for Brianna… The goons keep following the two girls to the next shop and they keep their distance from the girls… Brianna goes in first and Valentina follows her sister she takes a seat in a nearby chair to wait for her sister… Brianna looks through the rack full of wedding dresses… Brianna grabs a few as she looks throughout the rack she had 4 of them… A saleswoman approached her and helps her with the dresses… “Hello miss if you need any help let me know… I see you got the best dresses we have on the rack you have good taste!” The saleswoman said to Brianna as she assigned a dressing room for her… Brianna goes into her assigned fitting room to try on the dresses… The goons wait for the moment to react they don’t want to cause a problem in the Bridal shop… 

Meanwhile in Garden City Leo finished touring the house and he follows the agent to work on the paperwork… They sat at the dining table and show the agent his working history with NYPD as a police officer for 4 years and his first year as a detective… Leo finished signing all the paperwork and the agent keep all the signed paperwork Leo signs all the paperwork for his copy of the packet… Leo keeps his copy and grabs the money in his bag and grabs the big sack full of cash and hands it over to the realtor to count the money first… After Mr. Hartford finished counting he gives a written receipt to Leo and hands him over the keys of the estate to the blue terrapin… Leo smiles kindly at the realtor and shakes his hand… “Congratulations Mr. Hamato now you are the official owner of this beautiful estate and I’m sure your future wife is gonna enjoy it very much!” Mr. Hartford said to Leo shaking his hand… “Thanks and I’m sure she will love it and we will enjoy it for many years to come!” Leo said as he finished shaking his hand…  Mr. Hartford was happy that he sold the house right away and he drives away happily for his successful sale… 

Leo was happy that he bought a big house with his hard-earned money working for NYPD and he can’t wait to tell his future wife about it… Leo exits the house with a big smile on his face and locks the door then he exits through the gate and locks it on his way out… Leo hops in his car and drove away home with a big smile on his face for his big purchase of a beautiful house for them and their children to enjoy… After a 30-minute drive, he arrived home and settled in the living room with Yuna sitting on his lap… Leo looked through his phone and texted his girlfriend to see how she is doing… [“Hey babes! How are you girls doing? I miss you so much..”] Leo said to his fiancé through a text… 

Meanwhile, inside the Bridal shop, Brianna was getting dressed and she heard her phone vibrating with an incoming text message from her fiancé… Brianna reached for her phone in her purse and smiled as she saw the text from her boyfriend… [“Hello mi amor! We are doing fine and I came to the Bridal shop with Valentina to check some wedding dresses for me to choose one for our wedding…”] Brianna said in a text to her soon-to-be husband… [“That's a great babe! Did you find one that you like to wear for our wedding day?”] Leo said over a text to Brianna… [“Yes I did honey it’s so cute it’s a ball gown princess style wedding dress… You will see it on our wedding day…”] Brianna said through a text to Leo… After texting with Leo she exits the fitting room and takes the wedding gown she gonna buy along with the accessories and everything else that goes with the wedding dress… Brianna bought the tiara and the veil along with the silver shoes that go with the dress… [“That's great babe! How many stores do you have to go to next till you’re done shopping with Tina?”] Leo replies to her last text After she was done paying she grabs her stuff and she can feel her phone vibrating again with an incoming text from her boyfriend… Brianna replied… [“We are going to another store honey and when we are done we’re going back home to have lunch together…”] Brianna said over a text and walks up to her younger sister… “Let’s go to another store Valentina and then we are heading home after the last store…” Brianna said to her younger sister… “All right let’s go! I was texting Mikey and he told me that he wants to hang out with me after he got off from work… He’s gonna come over to take me out tonight!” Valentina said excitedly to her sister… “Great Awe I’m so happy for you Tina! Mikey is a great mutant guy with a huge heart…” Brianna said to Valentina…

 “Yes he is such a sweet terrapin guy and he’s very respectful and also a good kisser!” Valentina said chitchatting with Brianna as they walk to the next store… Brianna and Valentina went into Victoria's Secret to buy lingerie and Brianna got the lingerie that goes under the dress so Leo can take it off on their wedding night… She grabbed a blue one for any occasion she wants to wear to add something spicy for any night they got in the mood to make love… After buying the lingerie they head out of the mall towards the parking… The goons follow them to the parking lot… After Brianna and Valentina put their stuff in the trunk Valentina closed the trunk they got ambushed by the goons who attacked them from behind covering their mouth two witnesses record the moment that the girls get ambushed Brianna couldn’t react on time she even tried to use her ninpo on the goon it didn’t work because he was too heavy for her to lift him… Brianna and Valentina screamed with their mouths covered as they were taken to a van two cars away from her car… Two witnesses we’re hiding to record the outcome… After the goons put the girls into the van… They drove off and the witnesses recorded the license plates as it took off… The security officers couldn’t stop the van as they saw two girls being abducted… One of the witnesses send the video to Channel 6 news and the police were called to the scene… Captain Cameron called Leo as the new case arise of the two abducted girls and Leo was in for a surprise that the two girls Brianna and Valentina were abducted… Leo drove 30 minutes to the mall where Brianna and Valentina were abducted… As he arrived at the scene he saw Brianna’s car surrounded with police tape and his world came crushing as he could recognize her car… Her purse and Valentina’s purse were on the floor… Leo got off from his vehicle with his badge and gun on and had his bulletproof vest over his NYPD T-shirt… As he got off from his car he got a call from Donnie… “Hey, Leo did you see the news Brianna and Valentina got abducted, and two witness record everything and it’s all over the news now…” Donnie said to Leo over the phone and Leo had so many mixed emotions… “Yes I’m at the scene where they got abducted and when I saw it was Brianna’s car at the scene I couldn’t believe my eyes it's a nightmare and I know who’s behind this! Leo said to Donnie and both brothers hang up the call… Leo put it away and put on his látex gloves and go through Brianna’s purse first and he was heartbroken when he saw his girlfriend's belongings on the floor… Then he went through Valentina's purse with a broken heart… Captain Cameron approached Leo…

“Do you know these two girls detective?” Captain Cameron asked Leo… “Yes I do Brianna is my fiancé and Valentina is my little brother's girlfriend… I know who’s behind all this and it’s an ex-girlfriend who wants to take my girlfriend away from my life and she will pay for what she did to my beautiful princess!” Leo said with tears in his eyes… “I’m sorry to hear that my son but I’m sure we will find them as soon as the day ends… As we were checking on the license plate it seems that they belong to a lab 30 minutes away from here…” Captain Cameron said to Leo… “Let's make a plan on how to arrive at that lab!” Leo said and his phone vibrated with an upcoming call from Brianna’s phone… Leo answered right away thinking it was Brianna… “Babe it’s that you?! Where are you?! Please tell me you’re ok!” Leo said over the phone… “Leon darling it’s me Selene I have your precious Brianna along with her younger sister! Since my last plan didn’t work I have to take Brianna from your life completely…” Selene said over the phone to Leo… “Don’t you dare harm my beautiful princess or lay a hand on her and Valentina!” Leo said with tears in his eyes… “If you value her life come alone and don’t involve the police at all…” Selene said over the phone to Leo… “Did you forget that I’m an NYPD detective and I can arrest you for harming my future wife…” Leo said as he felt so many mixed emotions… “Whatever do as I say!! If not I’ll start stabbing Brianna first!” Selene said as she tortured the girls and they scream in pain as they were tased… “Don’t you dare touch them at all!! I’ll get you for harming them!” Leo said over the phone to Selene and he had tears in his eyes as he hears Brianna and her sister getting tortured… “Come along to this address that I’m about to send now!” Selene said as she grabs her phone and texted Leo the address… Selene hangs up the call and Leo was heartbroken and worried about losing Brianna tonight… 

“The call was intercepted and we will leave as we retrieve the car back to your girlfriend's place… Do you have the address detective?” Captain Cameron said to Leo… “Yes, I do I currently live with my girlfriend at the moment…” Leo said as he writes it down on a sheet that his Captain provided… After Leo was done he hands the clipboard back to his Captain… After the scene was cleared Leo took the keys with him after placing the purses in the trunk and he closed it as he felt pain in his heart… Brianna’s car was taken back to her place and they start to plan on how they are gonna approach the lab… Leo drove out first and the NYPD vehicles follow him to where the girls are held, hostage… 

Meanwhile, somewhere in a lab, Brianna’s blood was withdrawn to inject into her sister mixed with the green ooze that Valentina was being injected with… “I want to see how your little sister will turn into as we inject your blood mixed with the green ooze!” Selene said to Brianna… “Don’t you dare touch my little sister you evil bitch!” Brianna said hissing to Selene… “What did you just call me?!” Selene said as she opens Brianna’s cage and grabs her by the face… “You're an evil bitch!” Brianna said hissing and spitting into Selene’s face… “How dare you spit on my face you little brat!!” Selene said to Brianna and stabs her sides with two daggers she had in her hands… Brianna screamed in pain as her sides were punctured… “Once Leo gets here you will be dead! Finally, he will be mine again!” Selene hissed at Brianna and stabs her a second time on her sides as she goes lower… Brianna passed out from the triggering pain from the stabs that Selene did to her…Valentina was screaming in pain as her body was taking a new shape and her limbs stretched inside her body she felt a burning sensation as her body texture changed into a luscious reptilian skin and a different color shade of green than her older sister… Her hair color remained the same and her boobs grew a little as her hips were a little wider with toned legs… A long tail appeared with a luscious texture… Valentina kept her petite body and her height was still the same as Mikey’s… “What!? You turn to look like almost your sister only with a different tone of green… Shit! I thought you were gonna look ugly but no! You look pretty as your older sister… Fuck the experiment did not work at all!!” Selene hissed madly… 

After a 30-minute drive, Leo goes in first into the building parking lot… NYPD Vehicles stayed outside the building hidden from the camera but they still were seen since the vehicle was big to be noticed… “Detective Leo you got this and please be careful we will go in till you give us the signal…” Captain Cameron said to Leo… “Copy that Captain!” Leo said as he opened his trunk to get his mystic katanas… Leo put on his sword sheath over his bulletproof vest… After he was done he heads inside the building attacking every goon in the building… After he attacked the last goon he looks for the lab where the two girls were at… “Leon we had a deal you let me down by involving NYPD and I can see one of the vehicles outside the building! Too bad your precious princess will perish right now as we speak!” Selene said over the Inter-come through the building… 

Selene did a third stab on the bottom of the second one and Brianna screamed with pain… Then the fourth stab on her thighs and Brianna's screams of pain were heard through the Intercom over the whole building… Leo growls at Selene and his heart ached as the love of his life was stabbed multiple times… “You will pay for this Selene and I’m coming to where you are!!” Leo said as he held his gun in one hand and his Katana in his other hand… Leo quickly drew a portal with his sword and lands inside the lab where Brianna is badly wounded and Valentina is a mutant lizard just like Brianna… Leo froze when he saw his precious princess all stabbed and she was losing a lot of blood now… Selene did a surprise attack on Leo and Leo blocked her attack… Leo fights heatedly with Selene as he was mad at her for touching his precious jewel and he loved Brianna with all his soul… “How dare you touch my future wife!!” Leo snarl at Selene… “Why do you love her so much?! What do you see in her that you don’t see in me!” Selene said hissing as she fight with him with her sharp tessen fan… 

“Brianna has shown me the meaning of true love and she’s very sweet… She has won over my heart with the love she has given me… She’s an angel and she would never cheat on me! Brianna is different from you! You’re an evil witch! You lied to me and cheated behind my back… Good thing I catch you cheating on me with another mutant in your bed and that make me stop loving you and you broke my heart! It took me a year to get over you and now you want me back into your life which I would never leave Brianna just to go back with you… Brianna helped me mend my broken heart with her love and I love her for so many other things and qualities that you don’t have!” Leo said as he defeated Selene and he managed to handcuff her and tie her to a chair he call the NYPD crew to come in and he turn around to get Brianna out first and his heart ache to see her all wounded… “Leo! Honey! you came to rescue me and if I don’t make it please take good care of Yuna for me!” Brianna said weakly as she has lost so much blood… 

“Babe please don’t say that, of course, you’re gonna make it!! I need you so very much and I can’t live without you! Please don’t pass out on me keep talking to me!! Babe, please don’t close your eyes!!!” Leo said sobbing uncontrollably as he held his future wife’s body and sirens of an ambulance were heard… NYPD crew enter the building and Selene was taken into a police truck… “Remember honey that I will always love you no matter what and I’ll be around watching over you!” Brianna said cupping his face she passed out from all the blood she had shed and her pulse was getting weak… “Babe!! Babe!! No, don’t close your eyes beautiful!! I need you!! Please come back to me!!!” Leo said sobbing uncontrollably into the crook of her neck and kissing it softly… One of the crews help Valentina out and she kneel next to Leo and placed her hand on his shoulder… “I’m sorry Leo this is all my fault!” Valentina said to her brother-in-law as she cried uncontrollably… “No Valentina! It’s not your fault! It’s my fault for meeting Selene first she’s the one to blame for this and she has hurt me by injuring my precious princess…” Leo said sobbing with pain… 

Brianna's soul walks through a white tunnel and at the far end she could see a figure of a woman at the end of the tunnel… The woman was highlighted with a turquoise color she was a soul living in the outer plains of existence… Brianna walked up to the lady waiting for her… “You must be  Brianna Menjivar! My great grandson's future wife… You are so beautiful to die like this and it’s not your time yet… I’m Karai Leonardo’s great great grandmother… Has talked to me about you a few times through meditation and he has also told me that you have the ninpo abilities too…” Karai said to Brianna… “Yes that’s me and it’s great to finally meet you and he has talked to me about you..” Brianna said vowing to Karai… “Welcome to the family and thank you for loving my great-grandson!” Karai said as she approached Brianna and gave her a soft embrace… “Thank you so much and you're welcome I will love him for an eternity and I will sacrifice myself to save him from any danger that may arise soon…” Brianna said as she let go of Karai… “It’s time to go back to your body and don’t leave my great grandson crying he needs you more than anything in this world… You two have a life ahead together surrounded by mutant children… Your gonna have a total of 12 children! You’re gonna make Leo so happy by giving him so many children!” Karai said to Brianna… “That’s great and we will need a big house for so many children! Brianna said and she vanished in mid-thin air as her soul returned to her body… 

Brianna moved in Leo’s arms and she open her eyes slowly feeling weak from all the blood she had shed… “Leo! Honey! I’m back to stay with you forever and I talked to Karai your great great grandmother and said so many good things about our relationship!” Brianna said cupping his face softly… “You came back babe and I’m so happy to hear that… That’s great that Grandma Karai said that to you… Let’s talk about it later babe… Right now you need to worry about yourself and the little ones growing inside you…” Leo said as he hugs her tightly close to him and after they share a meaningful kiss he lets her go as the paramedics took her out of the building and Leo follows them along with Valentina… Captain Cameron congratulates Leo for completing the mission… “You did an excellent job, Detective Leo! We will talk tomorrow…  Go to the hospital with your fiancé she needs you more! I hope she gets well soon… Get some rest!” Captain Cameron said to Leo… “Thanks, Captain I appreciate that and I’ll see you tomorrow for sure!” Leo said looking at his Captain and at Brianna who was being placed in the ambulance… Leo and Valentina got into the vehicle quickly and Leo drove off following the ambulance from a safe distance as they head to a nearby hospital… After a 15-minute drive, the ambulance went into the emergency driveway of the hospital… Leo found a parking spot and he got off first and Valentina got off next… Leo locks his car and Valentina follows her soon to be brother in law… Leo open his car's trunk and took off his gear he placed it in the trunk wearing his NYPD shirt and took his badge and ID with him… 

Leo’s phone starts to ring as an incoming call was coming from Mikey… “Hey, bro I saw the news at work, and is Valentina there with you?! Let me talk to her and I’ve called her phone and she doesn’t answer…” Mikey said over the phone to Leo… “Hey, Mikey! Yes, she is! I know but I managed to rescue both and right now we are heading to the hospital Brianna got badly wounded by Selene and it’s a good thing that she’s behind bars as we speak… Leo said to Mikey over the phone… “Great let me talk to Valentina… “ Mikey said to Leo and he passed over the phone to Valentina so she can talk to Mikey… “Hey, babe are you ok?” Mikey said over the phone to Valentina… “Yes, I am ok darling I just got a new appearance… I’m a mutant now and I look very similar to Brianna only my skin color is different from my older sister…” Valentina said to Mikey… “I need to see how you look now I bet you look, gorgeous babe! I can’t wait to see you I’m coming to the hospital soon with the rest of my brothers…” Mikey said over the phone… “Great I’ll be here waiting for you darling…” Valentina said over the phone to Leo after she said her final words to Mikey… “I’ll send you the address of the hospital so you guys can come over…” Leo said as he goes up to the nurse to check in and Valentina took a seat in the waiting area…  Luckily Leo had a copy of Brianna’s driver's license as he took a picture at the crime scene… After checking Brianna into the hospital’s database he goes to take a seat next to Valentina… “What did they say about my sister Leo?” Valentina asked her future brother in law… “They are gonna call me if she needs a blood transfusion since she lost a lot of blood they might use your blood to close her wounds…” Leo said to his future sister-in-law… After a few moments, the Blue terrapin's name was called by the nurse to the front desk to sign some paperwork to authorize blood withdrawal from a relative to Brianna… Valentina goes up to the front desk as Leo signals her to come over… “I’m Brianna’s younger sister and we have the same blood type I’ll donate my blood to her for her surgery…” Valentina said to the nurse… “Great fill this sheet with your personal information and put in your driver's license if you know it by memory…” The nurse receptionist said to Valentina… The nurse gives them a pass to go to the other waiting room where they gonna see the patient after surgery… Leo and Valentina follow the nurse to the other waiting room… 

2 hours later

Brianna was out of danger and the surgeon came out looking for Brianna’s family… Leo and Valentina go up to talk to the surgeon… “How is my fiancé doing doctor?” Leo asked the surgeon… “Luckily the stabs she received didn’t fracture any vital organs inside her and the fetuses inside her were not harmed at all… She’s out of danger now and she’s gonna be taken to a room right now and this is the room number…” The surgeon doctor said to Leo… “Thank god she’s out of danger! We will go see her as soon as she goes in her room…” Leo said with joy hugging his sister in law… “See I told you that she’s a strong woman! We, Nicaraguan women, are born to be strong!” Valentina said to Leo as she hugged him back as her brother and they backed away slowly… After a few moments, Brianna was taken to her room… Leo and Valentina go to Brianna's room and they wait for her to wake up… After a few moments, Brianna open her eyes slowly as she moved a little in her bed… “Leo is that you? Where am I, honey?” Brianna said to Leo as her vision got focused on Leo and her younger sister… “Yes babe it’s me and Valentina is here with me… Leo said taking her hand in his… “I’m over here Bri!” Valentina said taking her free hand next… “What happens to you, little sister?” Brianna asked Valentina… “ I got mutated while you were being tortured by the evil witch and during the process of my mutation you passed out after Selene stabbed you for a second time…” Valentina said to Brianna… “I remember now and it was terrible the way she tortured us and I don’t want to go through another ordeal like that…” Brianna said looking at Valentina and looking at Leo with loving eyes… “Don’t worry babe she’s no longer a threat to you and she’s in jail as we speak…” Leo said as he leaned in to kiss her lips softly… “I’m so glad she is in jail love and happy to know she’s no longer a threat…” Brianna said to her fiancé… 

“That’s correct babe and we will live peacefully at our new house that I bought today while you two went shopping…” Leo said to his girlfriend… “What?! You bought a big house?! What city did you buy it in honey?” Brianna asked her soon-to-be husband… “Yes I did babe and I bought it cash… It’s in the hills of Garden City… All I can say is it’s bigger than the one you have in Nicaragua!” Leo said excitedly… “That’s great I can’t wait to see it! I’m sure it’s gonna be a dream home!” Brianna said smiling at Leo… Mikey peaks inside Brianna’s room and he smiles when he saw Valentina in her new form… Valentina gives some privacy to Leo and Brianna and goes with Mikey to the waiting area… “Look at you, babe! You look gorgeous!!” Mikey hugged Valentina tightly and she hugs him back holding him close to her and they kissed affectionately and her tail twitched with joy as she kissed Mikey…  Valentina and Mikey parted away and they held each other close as both were the same height Valentina leaned in to nuzzle him…  “Well well at last I meet my younger son's girlfriend!” Master Splinter approached the newly formed couple… “You must be Valentina and your  Brianna’s younger sister… Mikey has talked to me about you!” Master Splinter said to Valentina… “Yes I am and I’m so happy to hear that Master Splinter!” Valentina said to Mikey’s father… “Welcome to the family my child and you can call me father too…  “Master Splinter said to Valentina… “Thank you so much Father it means a lot to me and I promise to make your son so happy!” Valentina said smiling kindly at Master Splinter… They all waited in the waiting room for their turn to see Brianna and after everyone saw her they went home… “Go home Valentina and get some rest I’ll stay with Brianna…” Leo said to his sister-in-law as he hands over the keys from Brianna’s car… “Thanks, Leo your the best boyfriend ever, and no wonder why she’s crazy for you…” Valentina said to his future brother-in-law and grabs the keys from his hands… Valentina walks away and heads out of the hospital… Brianna was sleeping now and Leo sat by her bed guarding her and he even started to feel sleepy and he leaned down placing his head between his arms crossed… Leo snoozed off right away as his eyelids close completely… 

In the middle of the night, Brianna woke up and she sits up slowly then she looks around her room noticing Leo deeply asleep as he rest his head between his arms… Brianna wanted to go to the bathroom and she got off slowly carefully not to fall on the floor she found her balance to walk… Brianna goes in the bathroom successfully and does her needs… Leo wakes up and he starts to panic as he doesn’t see Brianna on her bed… “Babe! Where are you?! Please tell me you’re in here!!” Leo said looking around… Brianna hears him and she turns on the light in the bathroom… “I’m over here honey! I won’t go anywhere don’t worry love!” Brianna said to Leo… “Oh thank god, babe! I thought you were taken from here…” Leo said as he walks to the bathroom and Brianna was done with her needs… Brianna washed her hands and Leo approached her and takes her in his arms… Brianna smiles at him and when she was done she dried her hands and turns around to face him and wrapped her arms around his neck she gazed deeply into his eyes… “You don’t have any idea how I felt when I saw you all wounded babe and I was afraid to lose you to that evil witch she’s no longer a threat to our relationship… Soon we will move to our new home… I’m so sorry you had to go thru that ordeal babe and it’s all my fault for that and for meeting Selene first and I regret meeting her I wished it would have been you, babe…” Leo said to Brianna as he hunched down to nuzzle his snout with hers… 

“It’s ok honey! I’m glad she’s no longer a threat to our relationship… Brianna said smiling at him… Then he leaned in to kiss her lips softly and Brianna responds to his kiss… The couple kiss in a passionate yet affectionate way…Brianna moaned softly enjoying the kiss and she clings to his neck… After a long kiss, the couple parted away slowly and Leo glued his forehead on hers… “I love you so very much babe! I can’t live without you… I would have been lost without you!” Leo said nuzzling her softly and she nuzzles back… “I love you more honey and you're the love of my life… I feel lost when I’m not with you and I felt lost when we were apart for a week remember…” Brianna said as she gazed deeply into his eyes… “How sweet of you babe and yes I know I remember too, I can’t wait to take you home with me soon that way we can start packing out stuff to move into the new house… The house is already furnished and we only need to take our clothes and personal stuff along with our electrics…” Leo said to his girlfriend and smiled at her… 

“That’s great honey I can’t wait to see our new house!” Brianna said with joy and she smiles back at him… “Once you healed up we will start to move in and I have to get the rest of my stuff at my family’s house…” Leo said as he held her in his arms and he sweeps her off her feet and carried her back to bed… Brianna giggles as he sweeps her off her feet and once he takes her in his arms she held on to him by his neck… Leo placed her gently on the bed and he tucks her in next as he leaned in to kiss her lips softly… “Good night babe! Sleep well!” Leo said between kisses… “Good night to you too love and sleep tight!” Brianna said with sleepy eyes as she responds to his kisses… “Thanks, babe! How sweet of you!” Leo said and he backed away slowly as he makes his way to the couch to sleep… Brianna fell asleep instantly and Leo watch her sleep from the couch his eyes were getting heavy so he fell asleep next… 

On the next day

Brianna woke up first and she felt nauseous that she got up from her bed and speed walked to the bathroom to puke… Brianna kneeled and held onto the toilet… Leo wakes up by intuition and he saw his girlfriend hurling into the toilet and goes by her side to comfort her to help her hold her hair back… Just in time, the nurse came in and she got worried when she saw the bed empty but she can hear someone in the bathroom puking… The nurse approached them and she shyly peek to see what was going on… “Is she ok? What’s wrong with her?!” The nurse said to Leo… “She’s having morning sickness and since she’s one week pregnant it’s normal for her to have morning… Leo said looking at the nurse and then at his fiancé… “Oh yes, that’s right… Well in that case I have to get her some tea that will help with her nausea… I’ll go get it right now and I will be right back…” The nurse said as she backed away slowly… 

“Thank you so much that’s very kind of you…” Leo said as he smiles kindly at the nurse… She nods and walks away to get Brianna’s tea… Leo helps his future wife and cleans her mouth with toilet paper as he helps her stand up he flushed the water… Brianna was feeling dizzy that she held onto Leo and leaned her head on his plastron keeping her eyes closed for a bit… Leo sweeps her off her feet and carried her in his arms back to her bed… Brianna open her eyes and saw that they were walking back to bed… Leo placed her down gently and leaned in to kiss her forehead and tuck her in… “How are you feeling babe?” Leo asked her as he gazed deeply into her beautiful green hazel eyes… “I still feel a little dizzy from puking so much but from the stabs, I don’t feel any pain anymore and my legs don’t feel dumb no more…” Brianna said to her future husband… “Great that way you can come home with me today and tomorrow we will get ready for the move… Leo said to his girlfriend… 

After a few moments, the nurse came in the room with the tray of Brianna’s food and her tea… Brianna smiles brightly at the nurse as she has her tea and her food… The nurse sets it on Brianna’s bed table and Leo hands over the tea to his future wife… Brianna grabs it carefully and began to drink it slowly enjoying the minty ginger tea… “Wow, you have a very attentive boyfriend, Miss Brianna! It’s hard to find someone who is like that and your lucky to have him…” The nurse said to Brianna and Leo blushed at the nurse’s complement… “Thank you and yes I’m so lucky to have him and I won’t let him go he’s mine forever…” Brianna said smiling at the nurse saw her face boyfriend blushing with many shades of red… “Good and take good care of him and he’s worth keeping for an eternity…” The nurse said to Brianna and Leo blushed, even more, the nurse walks away to leave the couple alone… 

Brianna drink her tea completely and she was hungry… Leo help her sit up as he put pillows on her back but was careful not to crush her tail… Once she was straight he helps her eat and he offered to feed her… Brianna smiles at him and she let him feed her… “Open wide for me babe!” Leo said to Brianna and she obeyed him as she open her mouth big… “Thanks love that’s so sweet of you to feed me…” Brianna said blushing a little… “Your welcome babe! I’ll do anything for you princess and I’ll spoil you as much as I want because you’re my princess you will always be my princess you know that babe…” Leo said to Brianna and she blushed as she nods chewing her food… “That means a lot to my honey and I appreciate that… How sweet of you to say that and that’s why I love you for so many things I love about you… You will always be my Prince Charming and my love for you will never change at all! I love you too for so many things l love about you to honey…” Brianna said and she took her last bite from the fork slowly… After she ate lunch the doctor came by to give her good news and he waits for their attention… “Congratulations! Miss Brianna, you can go home today and there is no need to keep you here for more days… You are a healthy young woman and your wounds are healing so well… I’ll bring the sheet of your dismissal from the hospital so you can have a signed copy… Please take good care of yourself and your little ones growing inside you! I will be right back!” The doctor said and he walks out of the room… “See I told you they would let you go, today babe!! I’ll take you home and then tomorrow we will plan our move… I’ll take you today to see our new home after I get off from NYPD headquarters…” Leo said to Brianna with joy as he hugs her tightly… “I love the plan honey and I can’t wait to see the house later today!” Brianna said as she hugs him tightly…

After a few moments, the doctor came by with Brianna’s dismissal form he signed her copy and the couple walk out of the room making their way out of the hospital… Leo guides her to his car and once in front of it, he opens the door for her to go in… Brianna gladly goes in and buckles up right away and she leaned back enjoying how comfy the seat of her boyfriend’s car is… “Your car seats are so comfy honey!” Brianna praised him with joy… “Thanks, babe but might get an SUV soon before the little ones are due and we can both drive the SUV if that’s ok with you…” Leo said to his soon-to-be wife… “Your welcome love!… That sounds great honey and I can’t wait to go purchase it with you since we are both driving it!” Brianna said with joy as she watched her boyfriend close her door… Leo goes into his driver’s seat to start driving away home… The couple chitchat as they head home and Brianna was feeling safer now knowing Selene is behind bars now… 

After a 30-minute drive, Brianna and Leo arrive home and he parks next to Brianna’s car… When Brianna saw her car she remembered that she and Valentina left their stuff in the trunk and she was gonna ask her if she took it out… Leo helps her get off from the vehicle and Brianna was thankful to have such an attentive future husband… “Thanks love and I can’t wait to see Yuna I missed her so much!” Brianna said as she walks with him towards the apartment building… “Your welcome babe and I am sure she missed you so much too…” Leo said as he held her close as they walk inside the building towards her door… Once they reach the door Leo unlocks it and she goes in first… When she goes in all 3 couples jump from their hiding spot blowing confetti and blowouts noisemakers… 

“WELCOME HOME!!” All 3 couples shouted at the same and Brianna smiled at them and she didn’t expect this… Yuna runs up to Brianna and pranced around her and she stands on her hind legs wanting to be carried by her… Brianna kneels to get her and takes her in her arms… Yuna yelps with joy to see Brianna back home and she licks her chin softly making Brianna giggle with joy… Leo stands next to her and he smiles sweetly at her as she wraps an arm around the back of her waist… “Thank you so much everyone and I’m so happy to see you all here…” Brianna said to all the 3 couples… Valentina signals to Master Splinter to let her parents come out now… Once Brianna saw her parents she had tears of joy… “Hello, my dearest! We are happy to know you are ok! We were so worried about you… It brings me great joy your gonna get married soon and Leo is been a gentleman with you sweetheart…” Lucia said next as she hugs her daughter along with Leo… “Thank you so much Leonardo for taking good care of my little girl for me and you’ve been the best boyfriend she could ever have…” Javier said to Leo as he hugs him from his side tightly and Master Splinter goes up to them… “I’ve told them about you my son!” Master Splinter said to Leo as he joins in the hug and hugged his thigh… 

Leo blushed and he smiles with joy… “Thank you so much and I can see it’s getting crowded in here so let's all head to my and Brianna’s new estate home it’s bigger and we can continue the reunion party there… Let’s all get ready to go to our new place!” Leo said as he held Brianna close to him and kissed her head… The rest cheer with joy… Brianna placed Yuna down as she follows Leo to help him pack her stuff in their luggage… As Brianna was packing her stuff she saw her wedding dress still in the black garment bag along with her accessories and she puts those away while Leo was in the bathroom getting their stuff out of the bathroom… Brianna had everything in her luggage by now… They took all the picture frames they recently took… “Let’s just take our stuff for now babe and tomorrow we can come back for our electronics in the third room…” Leo said to Brianna… “I’m fine with that honey! I don’t mind at all!” Brianna said to Leo as she grabbed her jewelry and perfumes on the vanity table along with her makeup bag… The couple was all done packing their personal and Leo took both luggage out of the room… I’ll pack Yuna’s stuff babe just take a seat on the couch while you wait for me, hun…” Leo said to his girlfriend Brianna sat next to her mom and Lucia sat next to Brianna… “So have you bought your wedding dress sweetie?” Lucia asked Brianna… “Yes Mom I already purchased it and it’s in my luggage and I don’t want Leo to see it yet…” Brianna said to her mom… 

“That’s a good sweetheart and you know it’s bad luck that your boyfriend sees your wedding dress before the wedding day…” Lucia said to her older daughter… “Yes I know Mom and I’m so happy I got it sooner I bought it one size bigger just in case my tummy grows a little more in August… Because I and Leo are planning to get married on the first Saturday of August…” Brianna explained to her mother… “That’s a splendid idea sweetheart and have you planned where the ceremony is gonna take place and the party I’m sure it will be at your new home since it must be a big house…” Lucia said smiling with joy at her daughter… “I’ll plan that soon before July to book a nearby chapel to get married at and yes we are having our wedding party at our new home…”Brianna said to her mother… “That’s good thinking princess!! I’m so proud of you sweetie!!” Lucia said as she took her daughter in her arms and hugs her tightly… “Thanks, Mom you’re the best and I can’t wait to give you lots of grandchildren! Soon I will have my first 4 babies!”Brianna said with joy as she hugs her back… “Wait you are having quadruplets!” Lucia said amazed… “Yes I am a mom and I can’t wait to meet them!” Brianna said with joy… “That’s wonderful I’m gonna go crazy with all 4 running around the house when I get to babysit them!” Lucia said with joy… Brianna goes up to Leo as he calls her to come over to him… “Hey, babe having fun talking with your mom?!” Leo said as he greets her and kissed her lips taking her in his arms… “Yes we are honey and she told me that she can’t wait to meet the little ones!” Brianna said to Leo… “That’s great babe! By the way, have you seen Yuna’s shampoo and her grooming brush?” Leo said to Brianna… “It should be in the guest’s bathroom and I always shower her inside the tub…” Brianna said to Leo as she grabs Yuna pawing her legs… “All right I’ll look in there love and I’m almost done packing and we should leave soon…” Leo said to his girlfriend who was grabbing Yuna off the floor into her arms… “Ok, honey I’ll wait for you in the living room…” Brianna said as she pecked his lips and walks away with Yuna in her arms… Brianna took a seat on the empty love sofa… She was listening to her mom talks to Valentina and Mikey… 

“We are happy to know that you two will soon follow Leo and Brianna!” Lucia said with joy hugging Mikey along with her daughter Valentina… “Thanks, Mom for accepting my relationship with Mikey!” Valentina said with joy as she was being hugged by her boyfriend… “You have an amazing daughter Mrs. Lucia and I promise that I’m gonna take good care of her and I will love her for an eternity no matter what we may argue for but my love for her will never change!” Mikey said as he hugs Valentina close to him as they were being hugged by Lucia… Brianna chuckles to see her mom hug Mikey along with Valentina… “Mikey is such a sweet boyfriend and he has treated me so well all these days since we started dating and I can’t wait to take our relationship to the next level…” Valentina said nuzzling Mikey’s cheek and he blushed to hear her sweet words… “Thanks, babe! I love you so much!” Mikey said as he nuzzles back and Lucia let them go as she claps with joy… “Now I have you for the holidays coming up and I don’t have to celebrate them alone anymore!” Valentina said with joy as she kissed his cheek and hugs him tighter and her tail twitched with joy… 

“Same here babe and I have something planned for the holidays I’m gonna give you a surprise and you will see till then what it is…” Mikey said with joy as he kissed her back and this time he pecked her lips softly… Lucia smiles with joy to see her younger daughter being happy with Mikey… “You two make such a beautiful couple and I can’t wait to see the babies you make!” Lucia said with joy… “Don’t worry Mom you will see them next year after we get married…” Valentina said between kisses… “That’s great I can’t wait to see you get married, my little princess!” Lucia said with tears of joy in her eyes… Brianna looks at Leo and grabs everything that belongs to Yuna… Once he was done he joins her and sits next to her as he wrapped an arm around her shoulder and brings her close and kissed her cheek… Brianna smiles and she kissed him back on his lips and they kissed softly… 

After a little while, the entire family left for Leo’s and Brianna’s new home to continue their celebration… Leo goes in the driveway first followed by Donnie’s SUV and Mikey’s car next and last to come in are Brianna’s parents driving their Mercedes SUV… Leo got off quickly to open his fiancé’s door and he helps her step out of the vehicle with the puppy in her arms… Brianna was amazed at how big their new estate was… “This is the house you recently bought honey?!”Brianna said with joy… “Yes, babe I did and bought this for us to enjoy with our first 4 children that we are gonna have and soon we will have even more… Part of my hard-earned money went into purchasing this beautiful estate for us babe!” Leo said as he walks with her to the front door and gives her the honor to unlock the door… Brianna smiles with joy and she throws into his arms and grabs the key… Brianna was nervous about it and she managed to open the door and placed Yuna down she ran yelping with joy to see how big the house was from the inside… “Wow, it’s even bigger from the inside honey! It’s beautiful! I love it!!” Brianna said with joy as she looked around the house amazed… “I’m so happy you love it babe and I’ll show you around!!” Leo said hugging her tightly and kissing her forehead he turns around and saw the rest of the family by the door…

“Please come inside everyone and feel free to look around this also your home as well!” Leo said before going up the stairs with Brianna to check their room and the rest of the rooms upstairs… The rest of the family look around the first floor and they all settled in the second living room which had a big tv and theatrical sound system for them to enjoy watching movies… Mikey grabbed the control remote and turns on the tv as all the 3 couples sat there to wait for Leo and Brianna… The older couple sat chitchatting in the first living room with Master Splinter… Yuna was happy running in and out of the house through the doggy door by the glass door that leads to the backyard patio… Yuna stayed outside running around the big backyard and she played in the grass rubbing herself onto the fresh green leaves… Leo and Brianna came downstairs and Leo gave her a tour of the first floor she saw how big the second living room was and she waved at the rest of the couples who were watching tv then he guides her to the back yard and she giggles when she saw Yuna being playful and she was amazed how big the back yard perfect to build a pool outside… Then the couple goes back inside the house and Yuna follows them next as she shakes herself clean… Leo close the glass door once Yuna came inside… He guided his girlfriend to check the kitchen… Brianna gasped with joy to see how big the kitchen was and perfect for them to cook together… Brianna checked the fridge and saw that it only had complementary champagne and apple cider for them to drink for those who couldn’t drink any alcoholic beverages… 

“We might go shopping for food tomorrow after I get off from work babe… But for now, I’m gonna order some Italian for all of us to eat right now and I’m gonna place a catering order so we have some leftovers for tomorrow before we go shopping for food to fill up this fridge…” Leo said to his girlfriend as he watched her check out the fridge… “That’s great honey and tomorrow I need to get some other stuff from the apartment and I need to bring in my car for next week I have to go back to work…” Brianna said to her boyfriend she looks at him and she closed the fridge and leaned in to kiss his lips… “That’s fine with me babe and let’s go chill in the living room with the rest to watch tv while I order food online on my phone…” Leo said to Brianna as he takes her hand and leads her to the second living room… Leo and Brianna walked into the living room and they sat next to Donnie and Stephanie… “Congratulations Bro for getting this beautiful house and I’m sure you spend almost your hard-earned money on this house…” Donnie said to Leo and he smiles at Donnie… “This house was listed for 4 million dollars but the agent discounted it to 2.5 million dollars since I was gonna purchase it in cash and yes I spend some of earned money I have in my bank account since I started working for NYPD as a police officer… Since those 4 years working as a police officer I saved enough money til now that I’m a detective…” Leo said to Donnie… “2.5 million dollars!!!” The 3 boys yelled amazed… “Wait how much do you have earned right now since then?” Raph asked feeling a little envious of Leo… “I have a little close to $300 million and I’ve been saving since my first paycheck and other hard missions that I’ve done for NYPD when I started my training as a detective…” Leo explained to Raph… “Oh yeah thats why you almost get paid close to 800K now that you are a detective and since your good to solve crimes thats why they pay you that amount…” Donnie said next as he understands why he have so much money saved… Mikey was starteled and he smiles with joy at his older brother and he was happy for him for acomplishing his own dreams… “That’s right Donnie and if I want to apply as an FBI agent its gonna be more for me but in order to apply for the FBI I have to have at least 5 years as a detective with NYPD for me to move up to the Federal Bureau Investigation department…” Leo explained to Donnie… “So how much do police officers get paid as they start working as solo officer?” Raph asked Leo… “Thats awesome and I really love working with NYPD as CSI agent and I also work on the lab anylising the crime scene evidence and since its my expertise I get paid 300K a year…” Donnie said next smiling at Leo and he smiles back at him as he hears Raph’s question… “Police officers get paid close to 200k a year as solo officers but as time goes by they get paid more depending how dedicated they are with their work…” Leo explianed to Raph… 

“That’s not bad at all and I’m thinking to join if my dojo gets a little slow later… Do I have to do any courses before joining the academy?” Raph said smiling kindly at Leo… “It’s 200 hours in total to complete the course including the academy and after that, you can start your training working with another fellow police officer, and then after that, you can work as a solo officer…” Leo said as he smiles back at his older brother… Mona Lisa smiles at Raph and encourages him to follow his dreams and she supports him in becoming a police officer… After a while of chatting between them, it was time to pick up the food… Leo took Brianna with him and Donnie and Stephanie decided to come along with them… The two couples exit the house and they all went in Leo’s car… The blue terrapin drove to the nearest maggianos restaurant to pick up the order he placed online… Leo and Donnie get off from the vehicle to get the bags of the small catering order… Stephanie and Brianna stayed inside the vehicle chitchatting as Leo left the car on… After 15 min Leo and Donnie came out with their hands full of bags of the food order he placed online… After placing the stuff in the trunk both brothers go inside the car and Leo drove back home… Brianna was a little thoughtful when Leo mentioned becoming an FBI agent 5 years from now. She knew that they travel a lot when they get called for special investigations in other states and some other countries looking for an ex-convicted criminal… “Babe, are you ok? You seem a little quiet right now… What’s wrong?” Leo said as he touched Brianna to get her attention as she was looking out the window thoughtfully… “I overheard you say that you want to apply to become an FBI agent in 5 years but if you do apply we won’t have much time to spend together since your gonna be busy as an FBI agent going to other states working on some special investigations…” Brianna said to Leo feeling a little mad that Leo is not gonna be around much after 5 years… 

“I see why you were a little quiet with me babe… Don’t you worry about that when I become an FBI agent we will still have time to spend together when I get a lot of days off and I’ll work only on-call duty and help with an extensive investigation or help capture a convicted criminal… Please don’t think wrong about that babe I will be faithful to you no matter how much I start working as an FBI agent… I will make time for you and the kids during that time love…” Leo said as he took Brianna’s hand and put it close to his lips and kissed it… Brianna’s doubts melted away with his kiss and the way he clarified to her made her feel at peace and smile at him as she watched him kiss her hand… “If you put it that way I don’t mind that you become an FBI agent and I know how extensive some cases can get but I know you will always come home to me after a long week or if it’s local it’s gonna be a whole day… I promise that I’ll be faithful to you… During that time I’ll be busy with the kids and my vet clinic nearby so I wouldn’t mind at all I respect your goals and your dreams to go up in your career in criminal justice…” Brianna said to her boyfriend… “Thank you for trusting me babe your the best and I knew you would support me to become an FBI agent 4 years from now… That’s very sweet of you to say that to me babe and I promise you too that I will always remain faithful no matter what…” Leo said holding her hand as he kept driving… Brianna smiles at him and she felt much relieved with all he said to her and she had to take it out because it was ganna ruin her wonderful moment together… Donnie and Stephanie chitchat and they didn’t pay any attention to what Leo and Brianna were talking about… After a 15-minute drive, the two couples arrived back at the estate… Leo and Donnie got off to assist their girlfriends out of the vehicle… Once the two girls were out they closed the door and the two boys went to the trunk to get the bags with the food in it… Brianna follow Leo inside the house and Stephanie walks next to Donnie as they go up to the entrance and Brianna took Leo key to open the door… Brianna goes in first and Leo was second to go in and Donnie let Stephanie to go in first as he was last to go in and closed the door behind him as he locks it… Leo Placed all the food on the Island counter and Brianna assisted him and Donnie placed the second portion of bags and he also helped Leo along with Stephanie…  After the two couples set up the food on the island  counter the rest of the family make their way to the kitchen to grab a disposable plate from the counter and they began to grab their food portions… 

After everyone grab their food it was time for Leo to open the Champaign and Apple cider for Brianna and Stephanie to drink… Leo served the apple cider to Brianna first and then lastly to Stephanie… After opening, the Champaign Leo served Donnie some champaign as he also served the rest to his brothers, Mona Lisa, Master Splinter, Valentina, Brianna’s, and Valentina’s parents… After he served everyone the drink to make a toast… “Thank you for everyone joining me and Brianna to our new home if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have ever made this step in my life possible… Thanks for everything babe you are the best girlfriend I could have ever wished for and you have given me the meaning of true love in my life as every day is full of precious colors of your love… You are also very comprehensive and I adore so many qualities about you Brianna your my only true love!” Leo said referring to the guests around the table at first and then he reverts his attention to his girlfriend in the second part of his speech… Lucia was happy about how her future son-in-law expressed about her older daughter and she was happy with the word he said about her… Brianna was speechless and she had tears of joy hearing the way he expressed about her… “Thank you, honey and we will cherish it for so many years to come and soon we will be together for eternity I can’t wait to become your wife soon!” Brianna said raising her glass next to her fiance’s glass… “Eternal happiness for both of you!” Master Splinter said and the rest joined… “Thanks, Father. I appreciate that!” Leo said to his father… “You deserve to be happy Leo!” The 3 brothers said next… “Cheers to your happiness Leonardo!” Valentina, Mona Lisa, and Stephanie said at the end… “Cheers,” Everyone said at the same time as they clashed their glasses together… After everyone eat lunch they head to the second living room to watch tv but the Older couple had to leave as they got stuff to do in their company… Brianna and Valentina said their goodbyes to them and also the 4 brothers said their goodbyes and Master Splinter was last… Brianna and Leo escorted the older couple to the door and they stood by the door as the older couple drove away in their luxurious SUV… Once they were out of view the young couple closed the door and they held hands as they walked toward the second living room… 

After a long afternoon full of fun watching movies in the entertainment room it was time for the 3 brothers to go home Valentina decided to go with Mikey as he was gonna spend more time with her in the apartment and Mikey was gonna help Valentina move all her stuff into Brianna’s room… Both sisters have talked about the move before and Valentina was happy since she was gonna move to the bigger room and she was gonna be busy washing all the bed sheets along with the covers and with the pillows… After everyone left it was time for the young couple to unpack their clothes in the big master room and while Leo worked putting all their hygiene items in the bathroom Brianna took her wedding dress out of the luggage and she puts it on her walking closet hiding it from Leo’s eyes… Also, she placed the accessories that go with it close to where her wedding dress was at… Also her honeymoon lingerie she put away and only left the blue lingerie she gonna wear anytime they had a romantic night again… Brianna was almost done when Leo approached and takes her in his arms to hold her for a sweet passionate kiss… Brianna responds to the kiss as she wrapped her arms around his neck holding close to him… “I love you so very much babe and I will always do no matter what!” Leo said between kisses… “I love you even more my love and I will always do no matter what honey!” Brianna said next and after kissing for a while Leo unpack his stuff next… Brianna helps him unpack his stuff… Leo smiles sweetly at her for helping him put away his clothes into his big closet… After a little while his cellphone started to ring in his pocket as it receives a call from his Captain… Leo reached in his pocket and he answers the phone call… “Good afternoon Captain… Oh yes sorry I forgot about it and since my girlfriend got discharged from the hospital this morning and then we got home and my family had a surprise welcome party at Brianna’s house but since her place is small we continue the celebration into our new house…” Leo explained to his Captain… “It’s alright detective Leo you can come when ever you want I understand that your fiancé needs you the most and family comes first… You can take your time it’s not that important…” Captain David said over the phone to Leo… “Thanks Captain I appreciate that a lot from you and if anything comes up let me know but if I can I’ll stop today… I’ll be there tomorrow morning…” Leo said to his Captain over the phone… “We will see you then detective Leo and congratulations with your new home!” Captain David said to Leo on the other side of the phone line… “Alright Captain see you then and Thank you so much!” Leo said to Captain David and both hang up the call… 

After the couple was done unpacking their stuff they went out again to shop for the essential stuff they need to keep the house clean and tidy… Leo drove to a nearby Walmart to buy everything they need for their new home… Once the couple arrived at the store they went straight to the cleaning supplies and they grabbed all the cleaners they needed and cleaning tools… After that, they grabbed a big package of paper towels and toilet paper, lastly, the couple went to check out some vacuums for the carpeted rooms… When they were done the couple go to pay for the stuff and Leo goes to a cashier available… Right after they were done paying they head back to the car and Brianna walked next to her boyfriend as they head back to his car… “It’s fun going shopping with you, my love!” Brianna said as she clings to his arm and looks up at him… “Yes, it is babe, and tomorrow we are going grocery shopping together after I get off from work…” Leo said to his girlfriend… After placing all the bags in the trunk the couple go inside the vehicle and Leo drove off right away… “So right now we are going to your place first to grab the stuff honey that you have in your previous home?” Brianna said to her boyfriend as the placed her hand on his thigh and squeeze it softly she was being playful with him… “You’re looking for trouble babe and you're gonna get it when we get home and I won’t stop drilling into you so hard that I’m gonna make you scream for more!” Leo growled lowly at her as he felt a boner building up… “I don’t mind honey and I love that idea… I have a special surprise for you tonight and I’m also hungry for you honey I can’t wait to have a steamy night with you darling…” Brianna smiled seductively at her boyfriend as he drove to his previous home…

After a 25-minute drive, Leo arrived at his previous home and he gets off quickly to open his girlfriend’s door… Brianna gets off from the vehicle with his help and once she was standing next to him Leo closed the door they walk together to the front door and since he has the keys he unlocks it… Leo let Brianna go in first and the living room was empty… Leo can hear giggling coming from Donnie’s room as he goes in next and walks up to his bedroom door… Brianna follows him to his room… “Just take a seat on my bed  babe and if you like you can lay down while I pack the rest of my stuff…” Leo said to Brianna… “Ok honey if you say so…” Brianna said to her boyfriend and she takes a seat on his bed and she watched him gather all the stuff in his room… Brianna was looking around his room and he had interesting stuff in his room… After a little while of packing Leo was done packing everything in his room and he took the 3 boxes to his car and she waits for him in his room… After he was done putting the boxes in his car he goes to sit next to Brianna… “You look so beautiful on my bed babe and having you here in my room feels like heaven fell apon it!” Leo said as he leaned in to kiss her lips… “Thanks honey thats so sweet of you!” Brianna said to her fiancé as she kissed him back… Leo brought her down to his bed as they kissed passionatley and he hovers over her as they kiss feverishly… Brianna’s hands roam all over his front side and she ran her hands all over… Leo stopped kissing her to remove his shirt off along with his pants and boxers… Leo was completly naked and he help his girlfreind undress until she was comeplely naked… Leo’s hands roam all over her body and he touch every inch of her skin and he kissed her neck down to her tummy along to her inner thighs… He spend more time between her inner thighs and he brought a hand to her folds and touchd her to feel her moist…

After a 10-minute drive, the couple arrived at Brianna’s apartment… Leo helps his girlfriend come out from his vehicle and once she’s out she stands next to him… Leo closed the door and locks it, the couple starts walking towards the building holding hands… Leo and Brianna chitchat as they walk toward the door of her apartment… Once the couple reaches the door she unlocks the door and she can hear Valentina giggling and laughing hard as Mikey was next to her tickling her… Mikey laughed next when Valentina touched the ticklish parts of his body… Brianna goes in first followed by Leo and he smiles at his little brother… “You guys are here too?” Valentina asked the couple… “Yes, we come over to get all the stuff from the third room…” Brianna said to Valentina… “Go right ahead, sis! I and Mikey will be here having fun with each other!” Valentina said giggling hard and Brianna smiles at the younger couple… Leo was in awe to see his little brother happy with Valentina… Brianna and Leo go into the third room and they closed the door to give them some privacy while they gather everything… Brianna had the boxes in the closet and she grabbed them… Leo helped her place all the items from her desktop computer and picture frames of her when she was in college and new ones she took with Leo… She even had a picture of her deceased little brother who died at the age of 4 yrs old and she had tears she looks at the picture… “It must have been hard for you to accept that he’s no longer with you,” Leo said as he approached his girlfriend in tears and he took her in his arms to comfort her… “Yes it was honey and now he’s in a better place… I was thinking to name our son after my little brother… I want to name him Brandon if that’s ok with you honey…” Brianna said to her soon-to-be husband… 

“That’s fine with me babe! Since we are having 4 babies we can name one of the two boys Brandon and the rest we can name them differently…” Leo said rubbing her back softly and kissing her forehead to soothe her more… “Thanks for understanding me honey I appreciate that from you!” Brianna said as she placed the picture frame in the box and wrapped her arms around his torso and held him close to her… “Let’s finish up so we can go chill at our new home babe…” Leo said to Brianna and the couple continue gathering all the items in the small home office… Leo was already done since he had fewer items to pack and he helped his future wife gather her stuff… After the couple was done Leo took all the boxes to his car and put them on the back seat with the rest of his stuff… Leo did two trips to put the boxes inside his car and after he was done he came back for his girlfriend… Brianna was at the kitchen table removing the keys to the apartment from her keychain and placing the copies next to a fruit bowl… Leo goes up to her and gets his keys out and gave her his copy since they were not gonna live there anymore… “I have to take my car with my honey and I’ll follow you home darling!” Brianna said to her boyfriend… “That’s fine with me babe and I’ll keep an eye on you while you follow me!” Leo said to his girlfriend… “Thanks love you the best!” Brianna said to her boyfriend…       

Let’s get going now, babe!” Leo said as he leads his girlfriend out of the apartment and Brianna takes the keys to her car on her way out… Mikey and Valentina were too busy with each other to notice that Leo and Brianna walked out of the apartment… Brianna held onto Leo’s hand as they head to the parking lot to get her car and he rode with her to the front parking spot where his car is… Brianna stops for him to get off and waits for him to drive away with his car so she can follow… Once Leo goes in his car he instantly drove off and Brianna follows him… After a few moments, Leo took the freeway and Brianna follows him through the freeway… After a 30-minute drive, the couple arrived at their estate home, and Brianna parks next to him, and lo she got off to meet him up in his car… Leo gets off to join her and he takes her hand and leads her to the front door and locks the door with his free hand once he opens the door he lets her in first… The couple was greeted by the Shiba Inu pup… Yuna Yelp with joy as she pranced around her favorite couple… Brianna goes to the second living room to chill while her boyfriend brought in all the boxes once he set them in the downstairs office room he went to join her in the second living room… Yuna wagged her tail with joy to see Leo approaching and she sat on his lap once he sit next to Brianna… “She likes to be on your lap honey and she has become attached to you so quickly!” Brianna said to her boyfriend as she clings to his arm and noticed Yuna napping so peacefully on his lap that Brianna snuggles closer to her boyfriend… “Yes she does like me a lot babe and she’s such a sweet puppy!” Leo said to his girlfriend as he snuggles closer to her and with his free hand caressed Yuna’s head down to her tail as she peacefully lays on his lap… “Yes she’s a sweet pup honey and she didnt bark at you at all when she saw you the first time…” Brianna said as she leaned into his shoulder and looks at him and then at Yuna on his lap… Brianna fell asleep on Leo’s shoulder and he looks over to his shoulder and smiles as he lowers the volume of the tv and he leaned his cheek into her head and he closed his eyes as he was also snoozing off to sleep along with his girlfriend…

Lawyers in Japan say Unification Church is lying about not extorting donations from followers

TOKYO – A group of lawyers in Japan revealed on July 12 that it is still receiving consultations regarding the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification, commonly known as the Unification Church, extorting donations from its followers.

The National Network of Lawyers Against Spiritual Sales, which is working on compensation for damages, stressed that the Unification Church’s “explanation that there is no coercion of donations is a lie.” The lawyers said there has been a string of civil court rulings in recent years pointing out the illegality of the donations to the religious group and ordering refunds to former followers.

Tetsuya Yamagami, 41, a suspect arrested over the July 8 assassination of former Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and sent to prosecutors on suspicion of murder, told investigators that his motive behind the shooting was that his mother was a follower of the Unification Church and his family disintegrated due to bankruptcy caused by her huge donations to the religious group.

She donated about JPY 100 million (more than $ 718,000) to the Unification Church and spent time in Korea, leaving her children to try to look after themselves. Tetsuya Yamagami, who was a good student, had to leave university after his second year because the money for his tuition had been donated to the UC. His brother committed suicide. It is not known what happened to his sister.]

Tomihiro Tanaka, president of the Japanese branch of the religious group, countered that Yamagami’s mother’s donations were based on her own will, and explained that the group had “had donation trouble in the past, but we have been in thorough compliance since 2009. Now we do not force people to donate money.”

In response, lawyer Hiroshi Yamaguchi, who serves as a representative of the lawyers’ group, emphasized at a news conference on July 12 that the Unification Church “is still being pointed out by the judiciary for its illegal activities.”

Yamaguchi cited a February 2020 ruling by the Tokyo District Court in a lawsuit filed by a former follower demanding the return of donations she had made between 2012 and 2015, which ordered the religious group to refund approximately 4.7 million yen (about $34,200) on the grounds that “the demand for donations was made through an unfair method of stirring up anxiety and fear.” The ruling was later finalized after the Supreme Court dismissed a final appeal.

The lawyers also released a statement urging politicians to refrain from any actions that express support for the religious group.

In September 2021, the group of lawyers sent a protest letter to Abe, who had sent a video message to an online meeting of the Unification Church’s friendship group. In the letter, the lawyers protested that the video message would be an “endorsement,” and said, “We urge you to think carefully about this for the sake of your own honor.”

The lamplight in the Store gave a soft make-believe feeling to our world which made me want to whisper and walk about on tiptoe. The odors of onions and oranges and kerosene had been mixing all night and wouldn’t be disturbed until the wooded slat was removed from the door and the early morning air forced its way in with the bodies of people who had walked miles to reach the pickup place.

“Sister, I’ll have two cans of sardines.” “I’m gonna work so fast today I’m gonna make you look like you standing still.” “Lemme have a hunk uh cheese and some sody crackers.” “Just gimme a coupla them fat peanut paddies.” That would be from a picker who was taking his lunch. The greasy brown paper sack was stuck behind the bib of his overalls. He’d use the candy as a snack before the noon sun called the workers to rest.

In those tender mornings the Store was full of laughing, joking, boasting and bragging. One man was going to pick two hundred pounds of cotton, and another three hundred. Even the children were promising to bring home fo’ bits and six bits.

The champion picker of the day before was the hero of the dawn. If he prophesied that the cotton in today’s field was going to be sparse and stick to the bolls like glue, every listener would grunt a hearty agreement. The sound of the empty cotton sacks dragging over the floor and the murmurs of waking people were sliced by the cash register as we rang up the five-cent sales.

If the morning sounds and smells were touched with the supernatural, the late afternoon had all the features of the normal Arkansas life. In the dying sunlight the people dragged, rather than their empty cotton sacks.
