literally nobody has asked for this but,,, i'm currently writing a monster high fic!! It's an AU that's basically a mash of each generation -- because i feel like each generation has something to offer in terms worldbuilding and charcterisation ( yes -- even g2 loll).
It's gonna be Jackson and Holt centred + the main ghouls because i said so!! And I plan on doing alot of the worldbuilding coz i feel like the canon worldbuilding is so inconsistent?? Like do they live amongst humans?? or in an alternate dimension?? how do these relations works?? i want more monster politics and lore please!!
Also basically everyone will be some sort of queer because i am physically incapable of writing cishet ppl.
Would anyone be interest in reading smth like by any chance? or should i just leave it in the drafts lol

Finally did some fanart for my favourite fanfic 🙏
‘Broke The Mirror’ is basically a freaky Friday with Holt and Jackson in their attempt to separate using a potion. Stuck in each others body, they have to gather the ingredients needed to remake the potion to fix the mess, while trying to fool everyone into thinking they’re themselves.

Whenever I hear things to do by Alex G I think of Holt Hyde but like more specifically during Ghouls Rule because of how he wasnt always brought around because people liked his company but because they preferred to have him around vs. being around Jackson even though they both share the same body and are BOTH half normie and half monster and that Jackson just happens to be normie passing, and how quickly and easily it led to him almost dying over a false accusation about something juvenile and petty and how eager the police and normie school were to kill him even though he was CLEARLY a child and I-

I imagine that right after ghouls rule that the monsters slowly see Holt around school less and less, but somehow Jackson is still there going to class and it's because Holt doesn't know who to turn to about the attempt on his life so he just bottles it up and purposely like hides away like, when he hears music playing he runs away so then Jackson will be out instead and that Jackson literally has no idea what's going on because everyone already assumes he knows what happened until he accidentally finds Holt's diary and has to stage intervention because Holt's basically his brother and they almost died and no one told him and and, and, and- 😭

The first chapter of one of my fics because I'm having writers block

She looked over the book. The page where the ladybug and black cat miraculous combine. She looked at the small creature floating before her. “This combination can grant me a wish?” She rested a hand against the page. The small creature only nodded. “Any wish you want.” The small creature was curled up slightly. She only offered a small smile.
“No need to be scared, my wish won't harm anyone.” She closed the book. “Now tell me more about your powers.” The small creature only nodded.

The Guardian was sitting before the miracle box. The markings were glowing. He knew what that meant. A miraculous was being used for evil purposes. He put a hand on the glowing marks. The butterfly miraculous was in the hands of someone full of negative energy. He removed his hand and opened the box. Small drawers opened on the side while the top had small sections for different jewels. Two sections were empty, the peacock and butterfly miraculi were both missing.
He looked over every single one of the jewels. His eyes landed on a pair of earrings and a ring. He stared at the jewels for a moment. They were the strongest miraculous in the box. Together they could make a wish that could change the course of the world. The small god-like creatures that were bonded to these jewels were there since the creation of the entire universe, their siblings joining soon after.
If those jewels were put into the wrong hands then everyone would be in danger. Still they could be the only hope of fighting against the villain. The butterfly miraculous could create heroes or villains based on a person's emotions and the holder's motives. So he grabbed them before standing. He closed the box and walked to the door of his shop. Hopefully the battle will be quick and easy.
When he left the shop, two of the small drawers in the miracle box started to glow. A deep red and a light gray. Then the two miraculi left their drawers and left the shop. Flying through the air, finding their new holders. If Tikki and Plagg can have new holders then so can they.

It was the start of the new school year. The school was merging with another school. He couldn't remember the name of it as he ate breakfast. Once he was done, he went back to his room to get dressed into proper clothes and got ready for the day. He looked at the clock and froze for a moment. He had ten minutes before classes would start. He grabbed his bag and rushed back downstairs.
He couldn't see his parents anywhere, he assumed they must be in the restaurant. He rushed down the steps to the restaurant. He saw his parents in the kitchen. “Bye mom.” He quickly kissed her cheek. “Bye dad.” He did the same thing to his father. Then he rushed out of the door.
He only slowed down when he reached the curb. The sidewalk meter was red so he watched as the cars drove by. That's when he saw an elderly man crossing the street, he stared in confusion for a moment before he saw a car coming. The old man was going to get hit. He glanced around for a moment, no one else seemed to notice what was going on. He looked back at the old man and the car.
He bit his bottom lip before rushing to the old man and dragging him to the curb. The car drove by without any issues and the sidewalk meter turned to green. “Are you ok?” He looked at the old man in concern. The old man only gave a gentle smile. “I am alright young man, I guess my eyesight isn't as good as it used to be.” The old man gave a soft chuckle.
Hopper only smiled at that. “I guess well bye, I have to get to school.” Hopper rushed off to the school which luckily was close by. The old man only watched him, a smile on his face. He found the perfect ladybug miraculous holder.

Holt walked up the steps to the school, his brother told him that he'd cover for him. Which didn't last long because he could hear a car pull up. He looked at the car, his mothers assistant exited the car. “Holt, please come back. Your mother never gave you permission to go here.” The man's voice was full of concern. Holt only frowned at those words.
He rolled his eyes and turned around, his back to the assistant. That's when he saw an old man on the ground, reaching for his cane. Holt stared at the old man. If he helps the man then he loses his chance to go school. If he doesn't help the man then he'll feel like a shitty person. He looked at the doors of the school before turning around and rushing to the man. He grabbed the cane and helped the man up before giving him the cane. “Here you go sir.” Holt patted the man's shoulder. The man only gave a small smile. “Thank you young man.”
Holt only nodded before turning around. His mother's assistant stood near the stairs. He walked towards the man and got into the car with him. The old man watched as the car left, a smile on his face. He found the perfect cat miraculous holder.

Raven sat in the school library. Her school was now merged with their rival school. She didn't understand why but she was assuming it was to help with the budget. She only sighed as she looked over the book in front of her. She kept losing focus whenever she tried reading. She closed the book and leaned back in the chair. That's when she heard something hit the leg of her chair. She looked down and saw a small choker.
“Raven! Where are you!” Maddie's voice echoed throughout the library. She stared at the choker for a moment before grabbing it and shoving it into her bag. She can also put in the lost and found later. She got up from her seat and walked to the entrance of the library. “I'm right here.” She gave her friend a smile. Maddie only grinned and grabbed her wrist, dragging her out of the library.

Jackson was laying in his bed. He had a pair of headphones with his eyes closed. He had a massive headache so Holt gave him a pair of headphones to block out all of the noises in their house. Including the small creature Holt now had, sadly he doubted anything would cover the smell of the cheese the creature ate. So Jackson pulled his blanket over himself. It helped dull the smell. He got himself comfortable and relaxed.
That's when he felt something hit the back of his head. He groaned, he was close to falling asleep. He stuck an arm out from under the blanket and grabbed the object. That's when confusion hit him, it was a necklace. He doesn't wear necklaces and Holt doesn't share his jewelry. Jackson pulled the necklace under the blanket with him and stared at it for a moment. Without his glasses he couldn't make out much besides the fact that the string was pink and the jewel was gray.
He decided to shove it under his pillow and got comfortable once more. He could ask Holt about when he wakes up from his nap. Maybe it's an apology for forcing him to deal with two annoying things at once.

Romantic Snippets Tag Game
Thanks to @jay-avian for the tag!
Last time I did a writeblr tag game I used XXY, but right now the main ships outside of the Blues aren't really, like, in love with each other yet haha. Also I wanna give some appreciation to my to-be-released Monster High AU, so I'll do that here. Hope you're in for some Frankie x Holt/Jackson content! :D
For context, they're in the school's creepateria (yes, there's monster puns galore with the series XD) hanging out by a vending machine. My Frankie uses she/they pronouns as well. (I had that in mind pre-G3)
Frankie took his hand, taking an exaggerated breath before muttering, "...That one." She tapped on the glass to Mourning Dew.
"That's it?'
"Yeah…"
"And you thought I was gonna judge you for that?"
"Maybe?"
Holt knocked against the glass of the machine, causing the canned drinks to tumble down to the bottom of the machine. “Then you’ve got the wrong ghoul, Fine Stein.”
“Why do you call me that?” A deeper hue flushed across Frankie’s cheeks as they lightly laughed. “I don’t know what that means.”
Holt held out the can of Mourning Dew to her. “Oh, uh, ‘cause you’re fine, and your last name is Stein…It rhymes. I-It also sounds like Einstein, and, ah, you’re smart! Like—Like he is.” He mentally hexed himself. He stuttered in front of the ghoul he liked. Holt Hyde does not stutter! He thought to himself, trying to regain his confidence.
“Oh…Oh!” Frankie’s neck bolts sparked as she laughed. Now she laughed? There was no doubt in Holt’s mind; she thought he was a bigger idiot than Heath. And who could blame her? He probably was with how awkward he’s been throughout the afternoon. Jackson must’ve stolen all his ego for the day.
Frankie didn’t hesitate to open the can once they received it. “You mean attractive by ‘fine!’ That’s…Well, that’s the first time I’ve experienced someone finding me attractive…Well, aside from when I first met you and Jackson." They did the little critical-thinking face they did when analyzing social situations, sipping from the soda can.
This ship in general gives me brainrot haha I love them <3

I’d recently just revived my old fanfic called “Scarespray” back from 2014 on Fanfiction.net! I’d recently just added a fifth chapter (technically sixth if you count the casting list).

yo glad you like the au! I don’t have all the details set in place so sorry if things are a tad bit inconsistent but here we go!
(Also sorry for the late reply I didn’t see the ask rip)
Bullying
-I feel that both of the boys would get bullied but in different ways and for different reasons, Jackson would be pushed around since he’s quite nerdy, so I feel manny still wouldn’t like him. However holt would probably just be excluded from things, or have rumours spread about him, but due to him being prone to fighting back it wouldn’t be direct bullying like it is for Jackson.
Holts life in the monster world
-Holt would still Dj however he’d most likely do it whilst in a disguise of some form, (even if it’s just a mask or some make up) as many monsters don’t trust him. He doesn’t like the fact he has to Hyde his identity but the extra money comes in handy.
Triggers
-This may change in the future but my current plan is to have Jackson be triggered by extreme silence. So there has to be near to no sounds for him to appear. As such the headphones double as extra noise if necessary or as music. I also thought about him being triggered by piano specifically alongside the silence trigger.
Personalities
-Holt: He’s a bit of a joker and pretty immature, he likes to just chill and have fun in life. However he is quite hot headed and can have a short temper. This pairs to mean people don’t trust him too well and don’t want to mess with him (well not directly at least, no one minds the anonymous pranks or rumours just as long as it doesn’t tie back to them).
-Jackson: He’s more reserved than his counterpart, preferring to follow rules and structure, unlike holt’s ‘rules were made to be broken’ mentality, he prefers to stay out of the public eye, whether it be due to not wanting people to find out his identity or avoiding the bullying (since I haven’t decided if people know about him and holt yet). His quiet nature means he can be quite the push over at times making him prime for taunts and attacks from his peers.

Out of touch?
-I’m not too sure what you mean by this, whether it be out of touch with monster culture, or out of touch in the sense of being isolated from his classmates. Either way due to his DJ-ing and being a student at MH he’s picked up a lot of monster slang and culture. And as for friends, he’s known Draculaura since before MH and managed to meet Frankie on his first day, so he isn’t alone there. In the au I’ll still have him be friends with a lot of the usual characters (e.g deuce heath frankie etc with some exceptions)
Do they know?
-As of joining MH definitely yes, but as kids their mother tired to keep it secret, as she doesn’t get along with her Hyde, as such it was a shock when during quiet time at school he burst into flames. Holt was quickly pulled from the school, switching between a mix of homeschooling, monster schools and normie schools. Usually not lasting long at any of them, due to his temper and monster side.
A fic?
-Maybe??????? I’m not too great of a writer, but I might work on a one shot or really short fic about it….someday? If I have the chance and people are interested in it I might take a crack at writing lmao
