Hey y'all! This week's theme is powerful happy memories to ward off the evil creepy floating holey bed sheets that want to suck your soul. I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm having a hard time trying to find a memory that happy and strong that could ward off a hoard of dementors, let alone sustain a full Patronus, on a good day. Listen, as a millennial who's survived one too many world events in less than half a century, finding a happy enough memory amidst all that trauma is hard. I didn’t get up from the ground, around me wasn’t our important anymore, but was a house, a warehouse.

“Where am I?” I asked looking over at my arm that was slowly leaking blood everywhere. I picked up my wand that laid beside me, slowly placing it on my arm closing the wound up and holding back my pain.

“You’re gonna become a death eater, not right now but eventually,” Voldemort said stepping on my arm. “We’ve done this once before, don’t you remember my little maggot,” He chuckled tossing my wand out of my hand stepping on the other one so he was completely over me.

“Don’t call me that!” I screamed feeling tears of pain going down my face. “Please just let me go back home, I’d rather die than become one of you,” I cried out closing my eyes.

“Lucky for you, I don’t plan to kill you, I’ll just make you wish you were dead,” Voldemort said pressing his wand in the middle of my chest. “I’ve come up with a little something now, and you’ll be my first subject to try it,” He chuckled, as his wand touched my chest a shocking pain shot through my whole body, I let out a scream kicking my feet around and desperately trying to move. “All done,” He laughed stepping off of me, I didn’t move but stayed in the same position, my whole body felt on fire.

“What did you do to me,” I cried on finally moving my body, I opened my eyes and looked at Voldemort who just smiled down at me.

“You're my new little toy, you’ll feel this pain for the rest of your life, whenever I want you too, so if your little friends try anything, you’ll feel my pain, if I die, you won't die, but you’ll wish you were dead, you’ll always wish you were dead,” He said putting his hand out to help me up.

“Kill me,” I whispered not grabbing his hand. “Kill me or I’ll do it myself,” I yelled at him, looking at my wand that laid across the room.

“I’m not gonna kill you Maggot, and you won't do it either, now you shall go home, whenever you’d like, or if you’d like you can come and have some food,” Voldemort said walking towards my wand. “I’ll know your every move before you do it, I have my ways,” He whispered tossing my wand at me.

I brought myself back to my apartment, the mess was cleaned up and yelling was heard from the distance, I stood in the hallway unsure of what to do.

“Remus, Sirius!” I called out, my body fell against the wall and tears fell down my face. The yelling stopped and footsteps came running towards me.

“Maggie,” Sirius yelled grabbing me and pulling me into a hug. I fell into his body feeling weak. “What did he do to you, I’ll kill him,” Sirius whispered.

“Nothing, I'm okay,” I lied unsure about what to tell Sirius’, Remus’ hand wrapped around me. “I think I need to lay down, my arm hurts and I'm just not feeling well,” I said looking at the two now.

“That's fine, we can make you tea or something, whatever you’d like,” Remus said putting his hand on my back. “What did he do to you?” He asked looking at me.

“Nothing, please just i’d to be alone,” I whispered pushing the boys off of me, tears started flying down my face. “I’m sorry,” I cried out walking into my room and closing my door, my hand flew over my mouth muffling my cries knowing it was no use, I fell to the floor, sliding down and curling up in a ball.

I grabbed my wand that I had dropped on my floor, picking it up and looking at it, dark thoughts went through my hand, I pulled my shirt up, looking at the mark that now laid on my chest, burning my whole body from head to toe from time to time.

“Let me in,” Sirius whispered on the other side. “We can talk about it, or we don’t have too but Maggie, do you remember what I had said to you, I don’t wanna loose you, and I don’t think i’d be able to live if I lost you,” Sirius went on, my eyes fixated on the wand infront of me. “Maggie, i’m in love with you,” Sirius said snapping me out of my thoughts, I dropped the wand on the ground and got up, not able to wipe my tears away Sirius opened the door and wrapped his arms around me.

“He did something terrible,” I whispered as Sirius held me close to him, “Really terrible and I don’t wanna live with it,” I continued. “I’m not sure what he did but he,” I started to say, I looked up at Remus who looked at me with sadness in his eyes.

“What happened Maggie?” Remus asked walking over knowing it was that right time to ask again. “We won’t tell anyone, it can be us three,” He said putting his hand on my hand.

“I’m not sure what he did,” I said being honest, SIrius still had his hands wrapped around me tightly. “It was a curse, something he had made, it’s what he said, he won’t kill me but he’ll make it wish I was dead,” SIrius gripped tightened as the words came out of my mouth.

“I’ll kill him,” Sirius muttered.

I stopped talking, scared of whatever else to say, the front door opened and people flooded in, Mad-Eye, Dumbledore, a giant I had never seen before and a couple other new people.

“We need to talk,” Dumbledore said walking towards me. “We know what happened and you need to tell us everything, where he is specifically,” he said looking at me with might.

“I don’t know where he is, I was only in a windowless room, it was a big room though, about the size of this room and the rest of this floor combined,” I said sending shivers down my spine.

“Please leave,” Sirius asked holding me. “Leave her alone for just a second, can’t you see that she doesn’t wanna answer your questions,” Sirius cried out pulling me into his chest.

“She’ll have to eventually, she is not aloud to go to any of the safe houses, not to leave this house over her dead body!” Mad-Eye muttered walking out, Dumbledore gave us a node and followed him out, everyone had left leaving the three of us alone.

“I have a name!” I called out to the due as they walked out of the house. Remus put his hand on my back and let out a breath.

“I’ll find out what he did to you, Sirius you keep her safe,” Remus sincerely said kissing the back of my head and walking away, I looked up at Sirius, his thumb rubbed under my eye wiping my tears away.

“I shouldn’t be like this,” I mumbled leaning my head back on his chest. “I should be strong, I wanna be strong, I just don’t feel like it,” I whispered.

“Maggie it’s okay not to be strong sometimes,” Sirius whispered placing his head on top of mine. “Over my dead body will I let anyone get to you ever again,” He whispered making tears the only thing I could feel that wasn’t pain.
