Border collie! Had the chance to see a dog herding sheep recently and it was very cool, her name was Kate and she did such a good job. When she was done herding the sheep she moved onto herding the folks watching her demonstration. :-)
[ID: an illustration of a border collie, a long-furred dog with black and white markings, rolling onto its back slightly. It is facing the viewer with a joyful expression and is surrounded by daisies on a purple background. End.]

Arborglyphs, the Art of Carving Stiff Bark
The handiwork of historic herders can be found all around the aspen groves of Upper Gambol. Naturally, snail herders had an abundance of time on their hands while their slow-moving flocks grazed. One popular pastime was carving glyphs into aspen trees. Arborglyphs could be used as territorial boundaries, path markers, or merely creative expressions.
Popular designs include frogs and snail shells, including creative combinations like Snail Shell + Bird (the two creatures herders are most concerned with), Snail Shell + Mushroom

So, I live on the same farm as my cousins, right, and they have a dog. She's an awesome dog—a complete hurricane of energy but the hurricane is a capital G Good girl and she stops for cuddles when she sees you.
The one thing about her though, is she's a German shepherd. That means she has Herding Instincts. Now, our farm doesn't have any sheep but what it does have is horses. We have a lot of horses.
Apparently she has decided it is her sole duty in life to herd these horses. They're mostly used to her now, so they'll just ignore her but watching her run in circles around them—pure glee just radiating off her—while they focus on their true mission in life (getting as much food as possible into their stomachs) is absolutely the highlight of my day.

new thing for new business cards: some lush future Africa, de colon1zed & self determined, where the great green wall has grown thick and steady & date palms & mango trees could maybe share canopies, adapting to the new weather patterns & all hope is not lost

This is Cali. Very calm and nervous which I’d say is pretty uncharacteristic when it comes to Aussies. But she’s very friendly and gets along with just about everyone. Even if she’s just ignoring all her playmates.
