This is how I experience my alterhumanity:

☆ I am a hellhound, I feel my shifts near constantly in a range of ways. I class myself as a sun therian.

☆ Phantom shifts are the strongest, these come and go. Mental shifts happen sometimes but not a lot. Dream shifts put me in a very different realm to this and these are rare.

☆ My experiences have been around for 15 years, I'm now 21 and only realised the term "therian" existed in January. I have a mask and tail to make me feel more myself when I look in the mirror and practice quads when I feel up to it in a shifty mood due to my disability.

☆ Death has always felt like a comfortable subject to me, natural Scorpio energy here ♏️

And after all this I am a little stuck. I refer to myself as therian, yes, due to my shifts. They are wolf-like but I'm definitely not a wolf. Hellhounds are often depicted as wolf-like strong-built large hounds.
