Im making a big ass thing on notion

Basically, it is a giant catalog of therian and otherkin gear.

From ears and tails, to collars, to wings, to horns, to fins, to clothes, all of it. (Everything I could find at least.)

I have it separated by therian/otherkin, canine/cat/aquatic ect and devinekin/demonkin/darkkin ect.

Then, it's by type. Wild cat/domestic cat/other. Wolf/domestic /other. Ect.

Then it's by exact species. Timber wolf/snow wolf/coastal wolf. Stuff like that. For absolutely everything.

I'm trying to get as many kins as possible so everyone can use this, so please, comment your kin so I can make sure it's there. (Especially if it's a rare one!!)

ill add links and pictures, make sure they are not from harmful fur farms, make sure the quality is good, all of that stuff.

To the therians, the otherkin, the fictionkin, voidpunks, and all other nonhumans: We are strong. We know who and what we are. We know what this flesh conceals. One day, the world will see us for who we are and accept us as her children all the same. For now, we persevere.

being nonhuman and having schizophrenia is ... a difficult experience, to say the least. i don't always know where reality ends and imagination begins. sometimes i'm riding high and snorting stardust and other times i wonder if i'm just fooling myself. but... then i look at the stars, and everything makes sense again.

No hate to therians, especially not canine kin, but when I open up the alterhuman/nonhuman tags, I wish there was more than just animal kin, y'know?

You guys already have a word, you guys are animals and therians, but the word "supernatural" is taken by one of the biggest tumblr fandoms and it's so hard to find my people that way.

I want to interact with more vampires, fae folk, mermaids, zombies, angels, demons, devils, haunted spirits, etc. Even robots and dolls! Where are you at??? I need you.

do you realize how incredible you are? you have lived through so much, persevered and endured through lives no human could comprehend. you are a creature of power and tenacity. you are incredible. you are so, so incredible.

i want to explore the fog of the early morning hours with other alterhumans

the phenomena of 'therian tiktok' is so strange and interesting to me. I'm not a graymuzzle, i've only been in the community for around 5 years. But in alterhuman spaces on tiktok, instagram, etc im almost always the 'oldest' person there (age referring to how long i've been in the community). I have mixed feelings about therianthropy going 'viral', because on one claw there are a lot more alterhuman people my age around to be friends with and the community is growing. And on the other claw, the history of the community is getting lost and misinformation is getting spread a lot more. I think its great that the community is gaining new traditions (such as quads and the style of masks) but i think its equally important to remember where we come from. Maybe i'm just old at heart, who knows.
