no but bad considers himself the expendable one because he IS. he knows he can respawn. thats why he throws himself in front of all danger so the eggs dont have to- he can come back, and they cant.
but its not just respawn- lately, bad has been making some Concerning suggestions that he’s going to permadie, somehow. saying he’s gonna miss the eggs(despite his insistence that theyre alive/will be okay), that he’s expendable, and the Classic: “i dont want to die, yet.” He’s VERY casual about all of this - which can be chalked up in part to the uhhh extreme mental duress/devotion to his goal he’s got going on, but i dont think its JUST his self-sacrificial bullshit.
This isnt the first world bad has lived in. His lore includes a timeloop or a worldloop he was trapped in. he was worldhopping before that. ever since he met him, the only constant has been skeppy. This world is the first one where he hasnt had skeppy. I cant remember if bad explicitly discussed dying in any of those previous lives/worlds, but i would not be surprised if that was one of the things that forced him onto the next world. he knows that he can respawn; he knows there’s another world waiting for him. and, bonus, maybe the next world will have his skeppy. He’ll be okay, in the end. He’s expendable.

Because I keep seeing finale neg at least once a day despite the fact that I hit “don’t recommend” on the ones that still cross my dash… The finale has gone through one tedious game of telephone because people cling onto a dialogue that really needs the urgency of the voice acting to understand. Improv on a time limit isn’t the greatest way to convey a story, but taking the lines at face value is really the worst way to experience it. They didn’t see the way Tommy keep shifting around anxiously waiting or the way Punz kept moving in and out of frame to get Dream’s attention. They didn’t see how Tommy “limped” after being revived and cornered, too exhausted and confused to keep fighting and so choosing to talk to the end. They didn’t hear the exhausted way Tommy apologized as the nuke got louder and closer as Punz kept urging Dream to escape or the way Dream’s pity voice switched to his usual accusatory voice while escaping.
And just a reminder that just because I enjoyed and accept the finale doesn’t mean I think it was great. I just think it was understandable. There are like a thousand different ways this could have ended better, especially had other creators taken part (particularly Sapnap), but this ending wasn’t OOC or bad imo.
Just because someone is a terribly shitty person who’s done awful things doesn’t mean they aren’t allowed to have emotions. Dream is offered redemption, but he doesn’t have the chance to receive it. Hell, given more time, he probably wouldn’t have even taken it, especially since Punz was still there, and Punz has no deeper, older motive (especially not one so thoroughly twisted beyond recognition that rationally it directly conflicts with Dream’s wants) behind the want for power. People forget that Punz was still there, trying to keep Dream against Tommy but was mostly ignored.
I think that if it hadn’t been for the White Screen, Tommy would have still lost. There was no winning. People who didn’t watch the stream didn’t know that they were cut off before they actually had a chance to make a choice. It was a small spark of something, the smallest idea of something other than what they were, but it was cut off before it could actually be properly considered because that last understanding would have required a lot more time to fully flesh out. I’m actually really upset that I haven’t come across any fics that dive into “what if they actually didn’t die to the nuke and talked just a little bit longer, how would the rest of that conversation go” that isn’t just “Tommy kills Dream” even though that defeats the entire point of his character arc.
Unfortunately, even people who did watch the stream just took everything at face value without recognizing the nuances within their block people actions. ALSO. THE DREAM AND TOMMY AT THE END ARE NOT THE ORIGINAL DREAM AND TOMMY. THEY ARE COMPLETELY NEW AND DIFFERENT CHARACTERS TO REASSURE THAT THERE IS A SEASON TWO DSMP. STOP PUSHING THE AMNESIA NARRATIVE. LET THEM HAVE A NEW DYNAMIC.

ok but I have Thoughts about the way Minecraft usernames translate to actual names, both irl and in fanfic. They’re definitely ‘obsessed with structure and grumpy at inconsistency flavor autism’ thoughts but still. I find it weird how we cut and paste the media we’re given to fit what we view as functional worldbuilding, and how that gets screwy when translating online names.
like, you’re working with several categories here. The person’s actual real name, their irl nickname, their gamer tag, a name possibly contained by or possibly the entirety of that gamer tag, and any extra pieces or symbols in the gamer tag. And you have the weird situation where those categories might not easily translate to a ‘First Name Last Name’ structure.
For an example, we’ve got Phil Watson, who’s gamer tag is ‘Ph1LzA,’ and is called Philza Minecraft or Philza. The ‘Minecraft last name’ is a…. Bit? A joke? A reference to a bit of lore? It’s unclear. The ‘Za’ bit was put there for flair and is now an integral part of his name. Sometimes it’s his last name. Sometimes his real last name is chucked in there. the 1 in his actual username is literally never referenced in nicknames or fic it’s like it’s not even there.
But that’s a simple one. What about Tubbo_? because we call him Tubbo Underscore. Like. We say the ‘_’ aloud. Why do we do that. What has possessed us to make that decision? What about FitMC? I’ve usually heard it said ‘Fit Emsee.’ Why say that, and not say ‘Minecraft? That’s not even really a last name, it’s just like…. His full first name. Fit is used more like a shortened nickname.
BadBoyHalo. Like. ‘Bad boy’ is a slang term, not a name. It would make the most sense to call him Halo, that’s the distinct noun in the name, the term the ‘bad boy’ bit is referring to. Like ‘GoodTimesWithScar’ but noooo. Bad. Halo is usually a last name, if it’s there at all. Skeppy on the other hand is… just his name. No last name ever.
Technoblade is also weird. Technoblade is his full name. We call him that. We ALSO call him ‘Techno,’ and use Blade as a last name. We also use Blade as a title. What the heck.
GeminiTay. We call her Gem. We use Tay as a last name sometimes. Her name is a Zodiac constellation. Literally nowhere I’m have I seen that affect her naming conventions.
IJevin. We just… remove the I. For everything. This wouldn’t bother me except we don’t do it with everyone and I’m starting to get annoyed by the inconsistency.
GoodTimesWithScar. Ok. This one also bugs me. Like, most fics call him Scar Goodtimes when they need a name. I’m not gonna dig into it but that’s…. Why? Why that?
Grian never gets a last name. Ranboo sometimes gets chopped into Ran and Boo but usually he’s an Underscore or he’s last nameless. Wilbur Soot functions wonderfully (until the get involved shhhh) but it’s too close to his real name it gets very confusing.
anyway, all of this sucks, I hate it all, we’re a terrible fandom /hj
all that nonsense aside, yknow who has a functional Firstname Lastname username? It’s even got a space, and proper capitals: Mumbo Jumbo. That’s who. Look at that. It’s perfect. Everyone should be more like Mumbo Jumbo. Thank you and good night.

Techno's father met Skeppy, for the Sarcoma Foundation Gala he asked for Skeppy's favorite video with Techno and Skeppy said it was the "skeppy tries to troll me but i troll him first" video
Techno's father has been intentionally pulling up memories and stories of Techno's whole life which was "a speedrun" and full of joy and happiness, rather than just focusing on the last week
When Techno and his younger sister were diaper age, she fell down the final 2 steps of the staircase (completely fine) and while their father was trying to explain to their mother what happened, Techno walked in and said "baby fall down CRASH"
The first message that Dream sent to Techno was trying to Trojan horse his way into Minecraft Monday by playing with Techno. Techno's reply was "maybe next time" and Techno kicked his ass in Dream's first MCM. Sapnap thought Techno was overhyped but then Sapnap watched the next Techno MCM and changed his mind
Techno's father didn't really watch or understand Minecraft, he watched Techno 1v1 tons of people without losing any hearts and asked him "Do the other players even know you're there?"
Techno vs. Dream $100k duel: Techno's father never saw him stress about anything in his career except for the duel. Techno's father was competitive on Techno's behalf like "who is this green smiling man gaining subscribers faster than my boy?!" Techno texted his dad as soon as he knew it was at least a tie and he couldn't lose.
Dream saw Techno release "death merch" and thought that was the coolest, most Technoblade thing he had ever seen
Techno's entire family loved the "no one took the news harder than my health provider. they're the real victim" joke
Dream did an elbow reveal in honor of Techno
Techno's father made a joke to Dream about getting ready to do his (Techno's father's) own face reveal
Techno's father made this joke: "This video today is sponsored by cancer, without which this video would not have happened" and Dream called him an idiot
Techno's father thinks Techno would have done a proper face reveal. There were a couple of months where doctors were saying the next step would be to amputate his entire arm and shoulder. Techno joked that it was going to be the most epic elbow reveal ever and that they'd "traumatize millions." Techno's father was as positive as he could be without being fake and he got Techno a present ahead of the surgery (which never ended up happening), a 1st edition printing of Hemingway's "A Farewell To Arms."
Dream and Techno teaming in MCC: This is when they really started becoming friends, before that they had been more rivals/frenemies. Techno also never said or joked about giving Dream his first MCC win.
Techno was whitelisted for way longer before he actually joined the server, back when it was just a few people (Tommy might have asked him to whitelist Techno).
Techno had a Minecraft account called "Whitelisted" when he didn't want to be recognized, just to make the joke "You can't do this if you're not whitelisted"
Techno's dad has GOTTA tell dad jokes
When Techno was young, he would always talk to his dad about being a gaming Youtuber and Techno's father would tell him "no one would want to watch someone else play a video game" lmao
When Techno was young and he'd be building for hours in Roblox and they'd have a power failure, Techno would complain to his dad about all of his work being wasted and Techno's dad would say "all of that PLAY wasted"
Techno talked to his dad about what circumstances would lead to him face revealing, he would have wanted it to be funny and memorable but he never had a clear plan for it
Techno had a front bedroom with a TERRIBLE desk. Techno's dad told Techno to come to the studio to pick out any chair he wanted, Techno went into his dad's office and picked his dad's chair LMAO. Techno's dad offered for him to work on a soundstage because their house had horrible acoustics but Techno said "eh." At 2am when the family was trying to sleep they'd hear him screaming and yelling, it was so annoying when it happened but so painful when it stopped
Techno's dad would text him a meme and Techno would call him a loser, he'd ask him to watch Hunter x Hunter together. Techno couldn't eat without watching TV at the same time
Techno's dad sometimes sees posts on Reddit and his instinct is to send them to Techno. Techno's dad has come close to making a reddit account, he said hello and thanks to Techno's subreddit and he reads their posts a lot when he can take it.
Techno's dad knew Techno had a big audience, but he didn't and still kind of doesn't understand how he meant a lot to people in ways that have nothing to do with PvP or funny jokes. He's proud of Techno and grateful to everyone. The executive director of the Sarcoma Foundation told Techno's family they haven't seen anything like this before with regards to fundraising, she told them that a little kid ran a lemonade stand and raised $150 for the Sarcoma Foundation in honor of Techno.
Techno's dad: "If we do the call-to-action (to donate to Sarcoma Foundation) 10 times, I should get 6 of them" (referencing Techno beating Dream in the duel 6-5). Dream: "I see where he got his humor from"

Don't think about how q!bbh probably has friends and pseudo-family in heaven. He has loved ones there too. No one dies. His angel friends that were there since his birth, that he has ached to get back to for so long.
Like imagine if someone like Skeppy, or Junior was in heaven waiting for him to return........and he still chose mortal kids
Mortal kids that will die eventually and leave him alone.
If he chose heaven he would see them eventually!
But he knew it would break them
So even though that means they wouldn't get to spend eternity together (assuming it was a one time offer)
He chose them. He chose them right now. He will be there for all of their mortal life, and he chose that they will leave him even if that is 100000x more painful than what he suffered.
He chose to be a constant in his kids lives, over an eternity with them.
Fuck man, that's good parenting.

Dream SMP AU fic that looks like generic RPF on the surface (everyone is a streamer or content creator) but it soon becomes clear that it is definitely the DSMP characters because almost none of them are Minecraft streamers and half of them aren’t even human.
Dream is a voiceless 100% speedrunner vtuber. He inexplicably still has beef with Tommy, a prank vlogger. Wilbur makes political and social commentary video essays and lives with his father Philza (Japanese sword collector). BBH is a retired veteran who turned to baking to relax. His life partner Skeppy is a prank vlogger, and their son Sapnap is an shooter game player who got famous for melting his entire setup with fire breath live on stream after getting too mad about a bug that cost him a match.
Eret is a queer cosplayer who also happens to be a member of a royal family and a major diplomat. His community tab is like “Sorry I didn’t upload this week v-v I had to renegotiate a trade agreement and that took a lot out of me! Whew! ^-^” Tommy also does music mixing streams and chill sewing videos. Tubbo is doing “mechanics ASMR” where he silently makes clockwork and electrical devices. His enderman husband Ranboo does family vlogs but never shows pictures of Michael or Tubbo or himself, just their hands and Michael’s hooves and voice. No one knows they’re married except for the people who recognize Tubbo’s hands.
Sam is a engineering professor whose uploads range from cute videos of his dogs to hour long video essays on industrial manufacturing. Ponk collects shoes. Technoblade is the only Minecraft YouTuber. He’s also a piglin brute who needs a custom gaming setup for his massive hooves. Foolish is still posting Tiktok thirst traps.

Ever since yesterday when Richas saw everything Pac did in the time he was one, I've been thinking about a sign he put "You did all of this alone, pai?" and Pac just sadly smiled and said "Yeah, Richas. I had to keep going somehow, even if it was starting something brand new all alone just so I could show you later"
Bc just. Fuck dude. Loneliness isn't anything new in Quesadilla. Cellbit has been alone most of his life, Bagi has been alone ever since Cellbit was missing, Fit had to be alone in the Wasteland, Phil only had his goddess as company, Bad spent more time alone than with Skeppy. Loneliness isn't special, it's something all of them dealt during their whole lives
Everyone but Pac and Mike
They have always been together, ever since they were kids. Their souls are connected, they're chosen soulmates. There has never been Pac without Mike or Mike without Pac
Until it did. When Mike first lost Pac and almost went insane all by himself and only sustained by Fit and Richas, it was only a week but felt like eternity for Mike, to the point he let his patron goddess Mine take over for a day because he couldn't handle the pain of being alone in his own mind
Meanwhile, Pac didn't have that. He had to drown alone, he was locked away alone, he had to listen to others being tortured for days all alone in his mind. And even when he got back, he barely had time to heal before Mike was taken too
And to screw the knife deeper in his chest, Richas was gone just a couple of days after. And then right after that, Pac saw Forever lose himself. Pac didn't know he could go for Fit for help as Fit was also grieving, he never felt more alone
For the first time in 16 years he was alone again. It crushed him so badly his passive suicidal tendencies became active. He wasn't built for loneliness, he only had nightmares and a gut terror when trying to remember how it was to be by himself
All he needed was a single reassurance, all he needed was Fit saying "I'm right here, I'm not letting you go" to be able to get back on his feet and push through all that pain. He had to get back up, he needed to save Forever, he had to keep going somehow. All alone
Pushed through months of crushing loneliness and guilt and addiction, managing to never break more than he could handle to heal again, to not go back to his worst version of himself. It would be so easy to just go. But he didn't. He's so fucking strong and he doesn't even knows it. He makes me insane

Bad has known about Brunim. Kinda. He knew about Forevers really close friend from before the island. A little bit like Skeppy was to Bad. The guy that made him obsessed with Philza in the beginning.
But it had been so long since those time that he almost forgot. And it definitely took him a while until he connected the dots on who this person was he was teamed with in purgatory. He was really nice and it was fun meeting Forevers old friend!
And then Bagi and Richas told him that Forever and Brunim might have been more than just good friends. Bad didnt know. And that hurt. But he wasnt on the island so did it really matter, right? Bad has had friends who were more than friends over the centuries so it was fine, right?

Maybe what hurt the most was that Forever had never told him he was engaged. Why? Did he not actually trust Bad? Has he just been playing with Bad to pass the time? Has he just never thought of the possibility of Bad as more then a friend so there was no reason to tell him?
But what about all the fowers? About how much Forever was always worried about Bad? What about all the pranks and arguments and late night talks? What about Forever always being jealous? What about the room with all the messages that made Bad reconsider everything? He even proposed to him in those stupid rose fields! Was it really just the pills? Was it all just in Bads head?
Maybe they were never more than just friends...

no but the fact that qbbh is so unreliable rn is so. like he was one of the most secretive people on the island, before. he had access to every egg room. he has risus pills. he’s one of the heads of the order. he is the one who found out about a problem with ninho that scared him so much he didnt even share it with stream. he knows that baghera was made by the feds, and that etoiles is working with the code, and that aypierre is having weird dreams. he knows bagi’s secret base. he knows cellbit’s fear room. he knows dapper’s secret lab. he knows ron.
and now all of those secrets- everything he guarded so dutifully, before? what if he forgets why theyre secrets. what if he forgets who knows what and why x doesnt know. he wrote “cucurucho is a friend?” in his book after learning it saved the eggs. he forgot who skeppy is. he trusted bagi and etoiles were friends after they said so. what if he asks cucurucho if its a friend? what if it says yes?
jsut. something about trust, and all of his previous paranoia. when he is vulnerable, so many others are vulnerable, too.

grrr these guys. qsmp designs for them :3
going to infodump about them a little more and why I included certain details and stuff!:
first of all I am aware that c!bad is drained of his color/blueish rn and his kids are missing, AND that skeppy isnt even on the island and they are seperated! :,) and these are mostly my own headcanons!
Rn Skeppy is stuck outside of the island (the gas station?? lmao) with skeppyjr, and this design of bad is correct to the current events but I'll say it's like right before the eggs went missing (the only changes would be rips to his outfit, his complexion, and obv his change of mood (I've drawn this a few times!!)
If you noticed, their designs are signifcantly more cluttered and complex compared to my older designs which is on purpose! I feel like with the amount of trauma they've both gone through that would build up, and I'm trying to find a neutral and artistc way to portray that
This is also only one of Bad's forms (he has three) and Skeppy's shown without his headbox. I have some ideas for Skeppy's face (mostly scars) I may make art of when I feel like it o_o
A lot of the scars I've included are placed with a ton of thought in mind, like both of them have eggpire related scars and Bad especially has a ton of new ones from his time on the island. he also carries totems and has the addition of netherite
While its on my mind uhh they both make their own clothing but Bad makes most of it! They get all of their jewlrey and armor from a pair of Bad's friends in the nether (which are my ocs mwahah)
I have so so so much more info I could put here but I can't think of it atm
I'm working on getting toyhouse profiles for them with both of their entire timelines set up and coded and stuff so be on the lookout for that!

i think etoiles fundamentally misunderstands bbh in pvp bc he isn't a warrior!! he is a slippery snake!!! he doesn't fight skeppy in bedwars, instead he stands at his base with his healpool and throws fireballs until skeppy falls off the map. he did a hostage challenge where his role wasn't even designed to be winnable, but he just exploited the system and annoyed his captors so much they didn't even want him anymore. every manhunt he's won has been through traps or last-minute sneaky plays. his true strength on the qsmp and dsmp always came from hidden bases and gear grinding: none of it from raw pvp power. and when he does outright pvp, his role is focused in tanking damage and playing support for the better fighter. it's about outlasting your opponent. it's about survival. it's about being able to run away.
and this type of playstyle makes his character so interesting to analyze, because q!bad is tunnel-visioning hard into bloodlust. dapper's video has sent him in a messy killing streak, and it's one that just isn't sustainable. his bark is stronger than his bite. he will keep snapping his jaws at any prey he can fit into his mouth, until he tries to swallow down more than he can chew--and suddenly he won't be able to run away anymore. q!bad was born into this world from destruction, and he will continue destroy and run and survive until he finally destroys himself too.
anyways. etoiles is gonna kick his ass someday.

it's just really fucking wild to see the way that c!dream's reputation has shifted over time. bc if we're looking at the period of time in the server where items >>>> everything, because physical damage was treated in-universe as meaning literally nothing and people were dying + killing each other in traps and for Bits and because of random skirmishes left and right, where a lot of the biggest conflicts on the server revolved around pets (and my god does c!Sapnap deserve his title as the pet-killer, by the way, this mans literally just went on rampages) mr. "notorious for his usage of items as leverage + attachments to get what he wants" actually. like. doesn't do much of that.
c!dream was known as the guy that would reliably actually, you know, not destroy your shit because he understood that leverage is useless when you get rid of it--as opposed to c!sapnap (who mostly just destroyed shit in revenge), c!skeppy ("but it would make me feel good 😊" over burning a disc), and like. gestures at the majority of the pet wars and the sheer amount of just killing people's animals that happened there. despite multiple incidents involving fake discs, c!dream was a guy that you could reliably actually trade fairly with when you proceeded with the trade in good faith (whereas c!clingy, honestly, were pretty damn cunning. looks at the hidden Spirit leather and the hidden sword.) compared to the rest of the server, the amount of permanent damage c!Dream does is quite minimal (he killed c!Tommy's horse at one point, but I'm struggling to come up with anything else--meanwhile. gestures at the pet wars jesus fucking christ people what is wrong with you guys) and the amount of leverage he actually gains over anyone after the independence war on a more permanent basis is...like. none? like literally nothing. spirit speech happens bc he doesn't have leverage. the entirety of everything leading up to him getting the disc in green festival is his quest to get the discs as leverage again in order to pull off the disc finale like. that was the point.
like honestly so much of this time period involves c!dream getting hella blackmailed and scammed in conflicts that he just did not instigate in the slightest ??? and yeah he'd fight you if you stole his shit, he'd hold your pets hostage if you held his pets hostage, but his goal was always a negotiation and compromise? even after he knew c!tommy scammed him with a fake spirit (in the same whole Incident that ends up getting c!Tommy Mellohi, both a real and fake) he doesn't go after c!Tommy's pets when c!Tommy is worried about that and the two of them are pretty peaceful for awhile there. like. ?????

I've seen people say you can't compare the QSMP to the DSMP because they're both completely different servers with different starts.
The thing is you can compare them. Not the stories told themselves because of course they're going to be different as they're 2 servers with different starts with 2 nearly completely different sets of people.
You can compare the treatment of the creators by the fandom, players (other cc on the server) and admins though.
Foolish for example. He made SO many amazing high quality builds to use and be shown to people. Ranboo and Tubbo had him build a giant mansion for them to live in! Yet it was entered maybe once after being finished. Foolish was able to use his builds for his own lore maybe once. Only a few people like Bad really acknowledged them by messing around in the area of them or adding something easy to get rid of to them as jokes.
Bad's treatment on the DSMP was frustrating to watch. He was the butt of the joke every time he was around. People would constantly swear on his streams because it was so funny for them! They constantly destroyed his and Skeppy's house and griefed the front of it. No one other than his friends really listened to him about things. And the egg arc was supposed to be something that was a massive danger to the server! But how does the server and fandom not directly involved treat it? Like a joke. Bad and his friends clearly worked really hard on this arc to include more than just the 'main characters' and their small circle, yet it was brushed off as if nothing by the players and fandom, treated like it was stupid.
Quackity's lore just kinda- happened. There isn't much I can say as I don't remember a lot of it tbh which isn't a great sign.
Philza and Wilbur probably got the better end of the stick for lore due to being connected to the main lorr, but it still wasn't great for them either.
A lot of CCs not on the QSMP have mentioned how the communication for the server was terrible too. At the start of lore on the DSMP, it made sense as they were purely doing improve so there wasn't really anyone to run things through. But the fact the issue was bad the entire time made the CCs on the server feel ignored and not want to play on it.
It was rare for people to interact with others outside their already established circles unless they're friends outside the server.
Now with the QSMP
Foolish has built multiple things on the server and has been acknowledged by everyone at this point. Bad might mess with them a lot still and encourage others to join him but you can tell the respect people still have for each one. Vagetta wants a version of the statue Foolish built him on other servers. People and fandom admire his builds and always make sure that if there's any damage to it, it's easily undone. Cellbit has made the castle Foolish built him his home the moment it was finished, he's been using it since. He paid him fully and made sure he was fully supplied and had company while building, staying on for hours to talk to him as he built.
Bad is respected by everyone on the server. He's taken seriously by everyone. Everyone trusts him with their kid's lives. Phil asks Bad to babysit Tallulah and Chayanne if he can't. The french trust Bad more than anyone outside their language group. Forever trusts Bad the most on the server other than Baghera. If someone needs something they'll go to him. All the eggs love him and so does the fandom. He's part of the joke instead of the butt of it. He can laugh along with the jokes made, even ones directed at him. When people swear on his streams and he languages them, they immediately apologize and switch to one of Bad's replacements (fudge being the main one) and no one makes fun of it either! They don't start swearing relentlessly at him to annoy him.
Even though Quackity doesn't show up often, when he does people are happy to interact with him and update him on what's happened if he wants it.
People can be off the server for weeks without being isolated because they're not keeping up with major lore, especially as people are happy to update anyone on anything they want to know. Hell people can be on a lot without being involved in lore but still be included as much as anyone else! As soon as there's a threat to the eggs or a new way to protect them, it spreads to everyone like wildfire and everyone's taken it on within a week.
The new arrivals are always welcomed by the islanders already there. They support them and treat with the same respect they do with everyone else. They merge with everyone else nearly immediately and become part of the community without hesitation.
The communication with the admins is clearly amazing too. Philza has pointed out how appreciated he feels compared to other servers. When an egg dies unfairly they're quick to get back to them within hours. If there's a general issues they're quick to get back to them and fix things. People are allowed to have their own stories alongside the main one. Events are planned and discussed so everyones aware before it happens. Anyone who wants to take part is welcome to if it's a big thing due to how open they usually are (rescuing Cellbit and Felps, travelling to Bobby's death site, etc). Thinfs are adapted and changed when needed and all CCs are in the loop.
Being able to watch the QSMP and not feel like any POV I watch is being mistreated or ignored is great. I couldn't watch anything but lore streams with the DSMP because Bad was my main POV and it made me so uncomfortable to watch him being made fun of constantly and be treated as a joke.
The QSMP feels like a community of people, instead of factions trying to go against each other. DSMP was my first and only smp experience and while it was great at first, it quickly soured. The QSMP treats it's CCs and fandom as if they genuinely matter, making sure everyone is welcomed and no one is isolated.

SO my height hc's for the eggs may be a lil controversial but i have several reasons lol
-Dapper, tallest, obviously in cannon bbh is a tall mf and dapper's the oldest demon it would make sense to me for her to be the tallest. A lot of ppl draw them in full suit but i prefer the sweater + button up look? I still gave him the bow that i enjoy drawing him with - sometimes i put it on his hat sometimes i put it on his neck lol also!!! i gave him blue accents and freckles for skeppy!!!
-Tallulah, second tallest, have you fucking seen wilbur soot?? wilbur soot is possibly the second tallest man ive seen in my entire life only preceeded by a 7 ft tall blonde man i met at the hospital, his daughter's gonna be tall. If dapper wasnt there she would be the tallest egg nobody can convince me otherwise. Obviously i gave her the classic wilbur sweater and beanie but i wanted her clothes to be pretty intentional - in my heart the death family all wear the cancer bows, so her and chayanne both have one and for Tallulah it's the only cool color in her palate aside from her matching shawl. Also it pained me to give her short hair but unfortunately its cannon :') oh also!! her hearing aid :D I also gave her little underdeveloped wings - theyre still growing in!! Alongside that theyre very downy, still got a bunch of pinfeathers and fluff <3
-Ramon, third tallest, in my mind ramon in a fucking unit. I gave him thick clothing and leather accents, good materials for hands on work and such, itll last a long time it makes sense Fit MC of 2b2t would dress ramon for function rather than fashion (although he still looks adorable). I normally see people drawing him with this wind breaker hat and goggles i dont really understand, ive always envisioned him with a welding mask (is that what theyre called??)!! I gave him pac's big doe eyes and a pair of soundproof pacman over-the-head headphones!!
-Chayanne, i dont know a ton about him but i do know hes a protector and i have seen what people draw of him!! Obviously i gave him the cancer pinned to his jacket, and as for his jacket its just a simple hoodie with a duck print on the front pocket. I wanted his palate to be yellow and purple - yellow for phil, purple for missa, wow revolutionary/s. His pants are tore up a lil and have stitching and patches in them (see the anarchy patch). His wings are more developed than his sister's and are pretty full with a dark, organized feathers. I gave him a shield, it has two wings on it (one light for missa, one dark for phil) i just feel like he'd carry one.
-Leo, i may have projected on her a lil <3 She's a softball girl in my heart!! Shes average height and kind of stocky cause in my mind shes very athletic. She mostly resembles Foolish, appearing mostly as a Totem, but she has purple accents such as in her clothing and eyes that are reminiscent of Vegeeta!
-Empanada, very short but still the tallest of the newest batch of eggs. She's the string bean of the bunch but i imagine under all the fluffy clothing shes a little muscular, gets it from her mamae bagi!!! I dressed her in mostly neutral and pink tones to match her sign and hat color - and as for her hat i imagine it as a VERY stylized beret, similar to pommes but it designed to look like a stack of pancakes with syrup pooling beneath them and the button on top is supposed to appear like a little square of butter!! Her horns, wings, and tail are white like mouse and tina's and she wears them proudly, even if she only has one horn <3 Her hair's split in two, black and pink.
-Pomme is very short, and she's dressed very fancily!! I like to imagine theres a stark contrast between the lolita/semiformal fashion of pomme and dapper to the informal wear of the rest of their siblings. The pattern on her dress is big apples trailing along the bottom of her skirt, and she's got star pattern tights to represent Etoiles <3 She's kind of a lil cryptid child, with a mouth at the back of her head just above her neck grinning away and two twin braids that float alongside her head.
-Richas!!! The shortest of the older eggs, his designs very simple mostly because he already wears a shirt which is the main focal point of his design for me. He's always been a cargo shorts egg to me, i dont know why!! But he lives in cargo shorts!! Richas chooses to be barefoot, its how he came into this world its how he'll leave. I actually looked up a prosthetic leg for reference for him and the top portion of prosthetic legs are usually patterned for the person wearing them, and i cant help but imagine that richas would choose for his leg to be the most atrocious yellow to ever exist and have all his family sign it. This is unseen, but under his hair he's wearing a bandanna with the brazilian flag on it! When viewed from behind you can see the knot tied around the back of his head, and when his hair's out of his eyes you could see it plastered to his forehead. I gave him lil horns because in my heart of hearts he's a demon, that lil egg is bad's egg too in my heart nobody can tell me otherwise.
-Sunny, one of the first eggs i designed - shes dressed just as i was as a child and by that i mean shes 100% a trailer park princess. They sport a "2 COOL 4 SCHOOL" shirt, with a plastic silver crown with jewels in it, and a pair of light up sketchers!! She has bear ears and paws and a bear-like nose and tail, they view Fred as their step-pa and he was the second parent they ever knew, it makes sense she'd wanna look like him!!
-Codeflippa looks almost identical to Juanaflippa, except she floats and is slightly greener... and is glitching..... and the shirt heart's on the other side than charlie remembers, but who's counting aye?? after your third death and revival maybe things get messy - hes not judging!!! I have this HC that the fed's aren't the only ones who can revive the eggs - theyre just the ones who've perfected it. I like to imagine codeflippa is the code/the rebellion's attempt at egg revival.
-Pepito, the smallest egg alive!! smallest ever so itty bitty so tiny!! only two months old!! Pepitos the smallest egg obviously, Pepito's wearing a cute little jumper with matching socks that dont really fit properly but are still just the cutest little thing to me <3 Pepito has devil horns and a tail because bad was the only person to really care for pepito properly before Q came along. Pepito mostly looks like a mix of roier and quackity, sporting a matching yellow pair of duck wings <3 I was tempted to put pepito in pepito's xmas bows because they were just the CUTEST but i restrained myself
-The dead eggs, the smallest.... Most of these babies were less than a month old when they passed for one reason or another so theyre all very tiny :') Flippa mostly looks like charlie, but she's got layered shirt and layered her skirt on top of her pants because he nor marianna know how to dress a baby </3 Tilin is a carbon copy of Q, she's a very shy young lad, shoeless and wearing one of Q's jackets which are absolutely huge on her. Not seen is his yellow pair of duck wings - theyre still baby wings so theyre very small and hidden behind him, full of downy feathers <3 Trumpet we didnt know for very long, but they were very fun to design!! Maxo definitely loved him, so i modeled his clothing after him mostly. I was trying to go for something like Blacklight aesthetic?? black paired with bright, contrasting patterns that would look good under a blacklight. Bobby is dressed the most ummm domestically id say. Very simply, like he was living on a farm and spent his days in the soft grass. I imagine he was shoeless by choice, because it was fun!! It was very obvious jaiden and roier loved him, so i tried to give him a kind expression and well taken care of wings. His feathers are still kind of downy and muted, but theyre more developed than Tilin's and are very well taken care of! I wanted his bandana and overalls to be the centerpiece of his design so aside from those he's got a plain white baggy shirt. I imagine its made of linen or something, bobby would smell like fresh laundry all the time..
