Feather was beautiful! Do you have any more recs for Ron centric/HarryRon friendship fics… or gen/het recs of fics where Ron gets to be awesome
D'aww thanks thanks! I confess, initially when drafting that piece, I was like, FUCK why is it canonically impossible for literally anyone other than Ron to have been the one with the feather. But it was an excellent chance for me to try engaging with him as a character--I don't find a lot of fic that, in my view, does him justice.
I did write one other short piece where my goal was to help Ron shine: here you go.

A Fest dedicated to our love for Ron Weasley and Harry Potter. This will be a prompt-based, non-anonymous Fest, celebrating the Harry/Ron pairing with FIC and ART.

⚡This fest is for FIC and ART.
👑 Obviously, every entry must feature Ron and Harry as the romantic and/or sexual pairing.
⚡There will be 55 prompts to choose from as well as an open prompt option if none of the given prompts tickle your fancy. The prompts will be a mix of single words/items, locations, situations/quotes and tropes. Starting July 18th we will release 4 prompts a day until July 31st. That is only for visibility; you can also just wait for the Masterlist of Prompts which we'll post on August 1st. ➡️ Masterlist of Prompts
👑 Every prompt is free to use for everyone. There will be no claiming. You can combine prompts if you want but the idea is that you pick ONE and then go from there.
⚡You have to have an AO3 account in order to participate. If you don't have one yet, please contact us asap, so we can fix one up for you. If you want to submit fanart and you don't have an AO3 account, check our FAQs and message us about how you want to submit your entry.
👑 Rate and tag your work accordingly. Explicit content is allowed, of course, but both Ron and Harry must be 18+ in an explicit work.
⚡Minimum word count for fics would be 500 words, no maximum, but your work must be complete until posting starts.
👑 NO non-con, necrophilia, bestiality, underage or incest.
⚡We encourage you to work with a beta and/or alpha.
