i dont normally make text posts but like.

today i was leaving to go to college and passed by a driveway just a little down the road from my house. i know the people who live there, i babysat their kids once. the driveway is usually empty but today.

there was this. child size grim reaper with a toy scythe standing in the driveway. theres a little piece of fabric covering its face area. and like. its raining and also the middle of april. why do they have a halloween decoration out.

so i pass it. watch it out the window the whole time going 15 mph. the thing doesnt move.

i look in the rearview mirror and

it runs. into a neighboring yard.

whos child? whos child is running around in my neighborhood in mid april in the rain wearing a grim reaper costume? what childs ritual have i witnessed today?

something i live by is that anytime can be a spooky time if you let yourself be haunted enough

danny and a couple rogues, maybe his friends from amity, or just by himself starts up a haunted house in gotham. the reviews are stellar and you can hear the screams from across town.

everything goes smoothly until the joker tries to escape through his building.

the bats get spooked, danny bullies batman, and the joker comes out at the end babbling nonsense about the ghost king trying to eat his soul.

Also for the month of October, to bring it back and be extra cringe, we should be able to send the Skeleton War to our friends. It'd be like the Crabs, but the Skeletons would move over posts and give notes like 'SEND THEM TO BONEHALLA'

idk man I just want more ways to bother my friends and be cringe about it in a way that can keep this site going. Cringe is good for the soul.

since, to me, halloween and October isn’t over I’m gonna do fnaftober prompts I missed and spooky drawing ideas I’ve been having outlines of in my folder…

me, standing over a display of advent calendars and chocolate santas in local aldi on 31st october: letting christmas encroach into november is surrendering to western capitalist propaganda. november is the true spooky month. it begins with dziady when we invoke ghosts and spirits of our ancestors and ends with andrzejki when we divine our matrimonial future. christmas has no business anytime between the two. i firmly believe we should get up to all kinds of spooky rituals during that period. rip to people thinking spooky season ends on halloween but we slavs are different
