Here's a sneak peek of a (smutty) WIP!

“Simon,” Wille says, his voice surprisingly clear and sharp.

“Yeah?” Simon murmurs in return, muffled where he’s buried in Wille’s neck kissing over his throat again and again.

“Can we do it now? Can you fuck me now?”

Simon snaps back, and his body goes tense all over. “Wille, I’m not sure…”

Wille’s brown eyes are glassy and huge as he looks up at Simon, his hands grasping at his back in his attempt to get Simon closer. “Please, Simme.”

Simon sits back a little though. It’s not that he doesn’t want to. (He does, so much. Obviously.) But Simon has grown up with a mother in the health care system, and Linda was always excruciatingly thorough with sex education. And she has said time and time again to never make decisions–big decisions–in the heat of a passionate moment. That’s how things go sideways, she’d said. What she meant was, that’s how I got pregnant with Sara in the first place.

Simon knows that he and Wille are not his mother and Micke. They can’t get pregnant. Wille won’t threaten to beat the shit out of him if Simon wants to wear a condom. But the point stands. Big decisions shouldn’t be made when you’re horny and desperate and out of breath. And Simon refuses to make the same mistakes his mother did. Wasn’t that the point of her telling him about them in the first place?

“Wille,” he says slowly.

Wille must hear the change in his voice instantly because the desperate, open expression on his face closes off immediately, and he scrambles back and away from Simon to sit up against the wall.
