was there ever an discussion about the fact that Persephone had to watch Zagreous die several times? I mean yeah she's a demigod, she's got the longevity, she's used to the concept of grave injuries just being fine later on... but the son she thought was dead for years shows up at her door, having actively fought through Hell and having had to fight his father then he just... begins deteriorating in front of her eyes.

yeah the game stylizes it, but the implication is that the physical form dissolves and is then reformed in the styx... so did she watch her son turn to basically meaty mush? did his body age and rot in seconds?

obviously this isn't discussed in the game, it's a relatively light story about family, but was that ever something that got tossed around? cause there's smth there

I wish there were more fics of Hades and Zagreus trying to mend their relationship.

Key word is TRYING! They are gonna fuck up, they are gonna ruin their progress once in a while, they are gonna cringe as they experience the uncomfortable conversations they have to have in order to ‘heal’ and understand one another.

I dont want them to be perfect, that is IMPOSSIBLE, but i do want to see them make an effort to be more than just ‘neutral’ with eachother

Someone has probably already pointed it out, but I absolutely love the detail of how Hades is touching Persephone, but his other hand, the one next to Zagreus is just kind of there, not entirely making contact. It shows really well that even though their relationship and things between them are better they're still not perfect (and probably never will be)
