unrelated the other day i mended the boyfs hoodie while i watched jerma and i wish i had more stuff to mend because i think that's just all i wanna do with my time right now

#also it turned out nice!!!#like his hoodie is still 10+years old so it's a little ratty and sunbleached #but now the cuffs are all back together and reinforced and and the holes on the pockets are fixed too!#for the most part it's not really noticeable too unless you really look but they're places the eye doesn't fall so its nice #theres still a bit on the side i think i'll have to use an actual fabric patch for but i'm not entirely certain #gotta think on that one #anyway i also wanna go along the edges of the cuffs and the bottom of the hoodie w some bias tape so it doesn't keep trying to fray

I had planned on drawing everyone for this (I made a LIST!) but it. hasn't been going well. 💀 soooo here's what I have so far!

Riddle - Roserade (I was going with 'no legendaries', otherwise I would've given him a Shaymin) (and I don't think Togedemaru is actually a hedgehog or I would've given him one of those too) (...they kind of do fit though. hmm.)

Trey - Alcremie (clover/mint cream + strawberry/ruby cream)

Cater - DITTO SQUAD! DITTO SQUAD! DITTO SQUAD!

Ace - Impidimp (I feel like there's probably a better one for him, but I can't think of it)

Deuce - Scraggy (meanwhile I KNOW deep in my heart that this is true)

Leona - Pyroar (but like. a nasty Pyroar. just a grizzly old Pyroar with the shittiest attitude imaginable. they pretend to hate each other but secretly they are a bonded pair, do not separate)

I think it's so adorable that early humans took wild gourds - a tiny fruit that hollows out as it dries, making it float - and decided to make something out of it

they thought the tiny fruit was so good that they bred it for thousands of years, making it larger to form into bowls and cups, and different shapes to become bottles and spoons

and musical instruments

And then, people took the hollow gourds they farmed, and they turned them into houses for birds. We adapted them into the perfect houses for birds, and now there are specific breeds of birdhouse gourd just for making into birdhouses

And humans dedicated gardening space and time and thousands of years of breeding to make the gourds so absolutely perfect for birds, that there is a species of bird that lives almost exclusively in them
