A Life Changed

Life changes when you lose a loved one. How may you feel? A little lost, well a lot lost, but it helps to know if you know where they are. If you believe things happen for a reason, it is important to understand the reason; to understand their lives.

Our physical, mental and emotional struggles

We are all here for a finite time. Some of us will get to live our lives with a little more ease, some will mentally or emotionally struggle through life. Some may physically struggle but may remain mentally strong. Through autism and a disability I didn't know I had, I have mentally and emotionally struggled through life. It's why I continue to write.

Mental and emotional struggles

I have nothing wrapped up. Just putting one foot in front of the other can be a struggle. In the global pandemic trying to move forward has been a nightmare. With autism, the global pandemic has changed how I see the world, my world. It has changed everything. Mentally, in the early days of the pandemic, I failed to get on top of how I felt around decisions being taken that with a disability, weren't in my best interest.

Also, it's not just the loss of a loved one that changes your life. Other situations we struggle with, can also change your life. My life is now forever changed.
