You had gone out drinking and didn’t tell Tom

But you didn’t think you needed to tell him your every move

He was waiting for you at home all night with candles set up around a romantic dinner table

You came home at around two am

He was livid

His jaw was set so stiff and he barely was able to lay you down in bed before stalking back to the living room and punching the couch pillow

Slow down honey the pillow doesn’t deserve this

He muffles his scream in the pillow and sleeps on the couch

You wake up in the morning and Tom isn’t next to you

You’re very concerned

You walk out into the living room and see him on his phone on the couch

“Morning bab-”

“We need to talk.”

You sat down on the couch and he moved as far away from you as he could

“What’s wrong?”

“Where the hell were you last night?”

“I went out with my friends, and we had a few drinks. Is there something wrong with that?”

He rolled his eyes that mf the audacity

“Yes! I was waiting here for you the entire night and you didn’t even call me! I had a romantic dinner all set out, you didn’t even show up until two am!”

“I was out! If you wanted me here you should have told me! I would have been here!”

“The point is that you didn’t tell me where you were going, you got drunk, and I wasn’t there to make sure that you weren’t messing around with anyone!”

“Excuse me? Messing around with anybody? Who would I be messing around with?!”

“Other men!”

“Why would I be messing around with other men?”

“Well you obviously don’t love this one enough to come home at night!”

“Are you trying to say that I don’t love you?!”
