I'M DONE I'M DONE I'M FRICKIN' DONE AAAAAA.
I still need to seal it, and I will need to get it professionally photographed to get prints made. But I am DONE cutting and gluing, and I am so ready to move on to another project. It's called "Sanctuary," and it is entirely cut paper from magazines and old books on an 18 X 24" canvas board.
Hey @neil-gaiman, I hope you like it. Thank you for helping to create these two, who have brought me so much joy. I'll send you, Michael, and David prints if you want.

A handwritten note, scrawled in Arabic on a torn cigarette pack, was discovered on the ground last week in Pozzallo as migrants filed off a ship. It was from someone initialed “A” to someone else initialed “R.”
“I wanted to be with you,” read the note. “Don’t you dare forget me. I love you very much. My wish is for you not to forget me. Be well my love. A loves R. I love you.”
