Well helloooooo summer. Welcome! It's time to reprise my favourite thirst quencher and replace any electrolytes lost through sweat. Have you tried Indian lemonade (nimbu pani)? It's really easy to make, refreshing and is great for when water gets a bit boring: 🍋 squeeze half a lemon or lime into a glass of cold filtered water 🍋 add a pinch of Himalayan pink salt* and a pinch of sugar 🍋 stir until dissolved and garnish with some mint leaves You don't have to add the sugar if you don't want to - I personally prefer it without sugar and with lime. This chicken steak recipe is incredibly simple to make and requires minimal effort. To begin, you’ll need two pounds of chicken breasts, one-quarter cup of butter, one-quarter cup of olive oil, one teaspoon of garlic powder, one teaspoon of onion powder, one teaspoon of paprika, one teaspoon of salt, and one teaspoon of black pepper.

To prepare your steak, start by heating the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once it’s hot, add the chicken breasts and sprinkle with the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook the chicken for about five minutes on each side, or until it’s cooked through and lightly browned.

Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes. While the chicken is resting, you can prepare a delicious marinade.
