I resisted making another tired Squares Are Not Triangles joke for this set, where's my medal.

The formula when both David and Ruby had days off was, keep the triplets fed, changed, and learning some sort of skill, with occasional breaks to play with the dollhouse or something purely fun for them. I'm not a monster!

But of course, eventually David and Ruby had to return to work. I've been lucky enough to have one of them home each day so far; their days off are nicely staggered. Plus, after one more promotion for David, he'll have to quit his job in the Art Appraiser career, and that will be an enormous relief.

(I forgot to mention it, but the wedding gifts they received added another 20,000 Simoleans to their funds. That, plus her previous lottery winnings, made Ruby realize her LTW of Living in the Lap of Luxury and I didn't think she would ever actually achieve that by marrying David, of all Sims! Anyway, they don't lack for cash.)

Once the triplets could all walk/talk/potty (well, mostly--Evan lagged behind the others on talking, but he's caught up now), I started sending whichever parent was home, with the one triplet they could carry, to the library. Those toddler books that take forever to finish at home, especially with a Sim who isn't family-oriented, absolutely fly by in a library. Any skill-building goes faster there, obviously.

That meant leaving the other two triplets at home with a sitter, but here I got incredibly lucky: They have an excellent babysitter. No, I don't know how!

Probably helps that David and Ruby don't own beekeeping boxes? 🤔

Ahh the mystery machine! In a lot of scooby doo shows they always have the MM as a prop, but I really wanted them all to be painted, it visually maintains the painterly style of the show and is more interesting! Great Layouts from Nath Milburn & masterly painted by Evan Eley and the Mystery machine before it was destroyed was painted by Amber Aki Huang! The idea for the int of the mystery machine was to keep the gang constantly kitbashing elements together from mystery to mystery. I really love these screens- layouts from Nath Milburn and painted by Evan Eley!

first of all, sorry i didnt put the music video, is cuz this is focused on the song, the music video is distracting ok! i was surprised myself that i ranked this #7, i love rulebreaker very much and i'm sure she would be higher here if zhengting had more lines. just kidding (or not), i'm obssessed with rulebreaker, i mean it, don't get me wrong, the only reason shes last is cuz the other songs are just that good. i think rulebreaker is really special and the perfect title track for their debut

i think this one is c-fans favourite cuz shes the only one i can still listen to on spotify cuz i found this account that shares songs that are popular on douyin. if thats the care, i see their vision, ei oh ei oh is a great song with a refreshing summer vibe that is just so adictive and mesmerizing

friends and non-friends HER!!!!! as the name of the song implies, this is nine percent being extraordinary, this is nine percent being amazing, this is nine percent showing what they were here for!! i'm very addicted to justin and zhangjing's voices in here, and zhengting opening the brigde is always a promising formula. i love listening to her at the gym cuz it makes me forget that i actually hate the gym and also she never fails to give me a energy boost

[breaking news!] i think we as a society were so much better with nine percent, like, 2018-2019 was the best years of my life, you think is a coincidence? i don't think so. even if iqiyi was kinda homophobic for not giving them more songs i stilll treasure this 7 little ones with my whole being and i'm happy and proud of my 9 boys for all they accomplished since then (and if i wake up in the middle of the night wanting to scream and cry "nine percent pls come back to me" that's like, unrelated)

David and Ruby's babysitter is indeed homeless. 😢

She narrowly escaped being David's fifth child via adoption only because Master Controller informed me that she's also only six days away from young adulthood.

As for the triplets, enough of toddlerhood. They mostly have all their skills--all they might be lacking is some of the extra ones that come from reading the skill books, and even then, that's "might." Close enough, let's move 'em out grow 'em up!

we tried to keep our guidance and pages as simple as possible , obviously please tag any and all triggering content in the format trigger tw . if you are tagging about certain topics then please be careful as tumblr can sometimes flag posts due to believing they are images related to the trigger warnings ( especially in terms of gore or bodily harm ) . we don't want you to get shadow banned ! at present and at least for the first week of the roleplay , we are going to use an old school ooc blog as out only ooc function ( of course you can message other people / add them on discord ! ) . the reason for this choice is that sometimes when discords are set up early on , we feel that they can make some people who are less comfortable feel more pressured or excluded for conversation . while discord isn't off the table forever , we really want this group to be low pressure and give everyone a chance to get established with their characters before we introduce these types of interactions which can sometimes feel unnatural . we would like to use discord in the future and will open up opportunities for everyone to voice whether this is something they feel comfortable with or if the tumblr only system is working !

EAST HAVEN'S 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY EVENT: THE WIND STORM

With the 1 year anniversary of East Haven's opening, we have decided to have an event that centers around a wind storm that is blowing it's way through town, inciting chaos where ever it goes. The event will start on January 5th at 12pm (noon) and end on January 15th at 12am (midnight). No new starters should be posted after January 10th.

You were placed into groups that are listed below. You will be expected to write with at least one character in that group that you normally do not write with. You are still free to do other threads with others in the group, but are required to at least one.

Participation for this event will be mandatory. Acceptances and checks will be held as usual. Reminder: Injuries need to be in by January 3rd*. You can find the form here. Details of this will be posted on the 5th.
