Your pics are so so pretty, thank you for sharing them.
Would you mind me asking which ipad do you use to take notes?
thank you! I'm glad you like them :) I use an iPad Air (3rd gen), which I bought at the end of 2019, with the Apple Pencil (1st gen)! I generally take notes in Notability.
The only thing I can criticise is that I may need to replace the tip of the Apple Pencil again. Other than that, everything works super smoothly, from taking notes to using it as an additional screen from my laptop.

fa-nuit-hen getting consistently referred to with they/them pronouns years after Orsinium and Maelstrom Arena released is really funny. you know what representation the nonbinaries need? a short little manlet (themlet?) with memory issues who haunts every dps main's nightmares. this is what they want, yeah?

Achi wasn't near drunk enough to warrant being full on carried to the car, that was just Achi testing the limits of his power in his new position as Karan's princess. you can't help but wonder if that dynamic carries into the bedroom bc there is definitely something pathological going on with Karan that gets him off so hard on acts of service and I'm just so happy for him that he found a man who took to being serviced and obsessed over like it was a dormant instinct he'd been waiting centuries to bring to the surface. it's just so romantic when two freaks fit together like puzzle pieces!!
"am I heavy?" he asks, drunk with power

Greetings, Magister Neloth!
It is no mystery that your stay on the isle of Solstheim, besides the notional study of heartstones, also includes research of the daedric grimoires known as Black Books. While the effects of these dangerous artifacts are relatively well-known, your own relationship with them is not.
Would you care to elaborate on your history with these Black Books and their creator? Did they become a research subject by happenstance or is there a more personal investment involved?
Your question is incredibly forward, but I shall humor it within reason.
Hermaeus Mora is neither considered one of the Good Daedra nor part of the House of Troubles. As an entity, he is neutral in most dealings, with relatively well-defined rules of engagement, motives, and boundaries. It is rare that one strolls into Apocrypha unwittingly. Anyone who considers themself a scholar knows well what to expect and what is expected of them when dealing with Hermaeus Mora. That being said, I was quite young when first introduced to the endless libraries.
Given a mere glimpse into the fathomless depths of Apocrypha, I was left bedridden for weeks as my family’s best healers attempted to repair my fractured mind. I made a full recovery (despite what some might claim), and for a time I devoted myself to regaining entry to Apocrypha while also retaining my sanity. It took much trial and error, combining the schools of Restoration and Mysticism in ways never before attempted. Now mind you, this was in the late second era, when travel between Nirn and the realms of Oblivion was both deeply frowned upon and strangely accessible, if one knew where to look.
After several years of training my mind and strengthening my Will, I was able to locate a functional portal on the Telvanni peninsula. And thus, the infinite knowledge of Apocrypha stretched before me.
Tumblr media
Of course, no mortal enters Mora’s realm without drawing the attention of the Great Eye, and he naturally chose to address me personally after I’d managed to pass as a visitor on multiple occasions. He offered me a contract, which I did not immediately accept, but gave great consideration. A contract with any Daedra is not something to be taken lightly, though in my upbringing it is considered far less taboo than in other parts of Tamriel. With the attainment of great power there must also be an equal sacrifice. In the end, I presented a counter-contract, and we reached an agreement. I was given access to Apocrypha in exchange for my conditional servitude.
What does ‘servitude’ under Hermaus Mora look like, you might ask? You must fashion yourself to be an eternal Apprentice of arcane study, and he is your ever-watchful Master. There is no knowledge you possess that Mora does not also have access to. In a sense, you are sharing your mind with a God.
As for the Black Books, my mind is protected from the madness that these artifacts can induce so long as I remain faithful to our agreement. Each Book is an entry point into Apocrypha without having to physically leave Nirn. As to the conditions of my contract, I shall be keeping those to myself. And upon the expiration of my mortal body, I have a promised place in Apocrypha, where I shall continue the Work into eternity and beyond. I can imagine no better fate for myself.

Obsessed with your sea elf!!! Advice on making one? What adornments, skins, etc did you use?
Elder Scrolls Online | ☆ Making a Maormer ☆ Currently, there are two ways in which you can make a Maormer in Elder Scrolls Online. Sadly, the race is not playable in-game, but there are ways to create your characters to have a Maormer appearance.
Tumblr media
🐚 Method I: Dunmer If you want a more blue skin tone colour for your Maormer, then using the Dunmer model is the best option. All you need is to equip the following:
• Arctic Rime Skin (from Dragonscale Crown Crates)
• Oracle Eyes (from Cosmetic Pack: Adornments)

🌊 Method II: Altmer
If you want a more pale skin tone colour for your Maormer, then using the Altmer model is the best option. All you need is to equip the following:
• Vampirism (Ask Players for Vampire bite in Riften, Reapers March or Bangkorai)
• Oracle Eyes (from Cosmetic Pack: Adornments)

reasons we should invent time travel: so I can go back in time and steal all of Arthur Evans' funding for excavations at Knossos and give it to Minos Kalokairinos, the local Cretan man who was the first to excavate and map Knossos but got kicked out of the picture by Mr I-Have-The-Money-To-Bring-My-Homeric-Wet-Dream-To-Life

PIA ZOEBELLADONA YOU ARE SO RIGHT !!!! the thaluke goggles NEED to be on. personally, i think it is entirely possible that luke knew about the fleece bc he had researched it priorly to attempt to save thalia from the fate she had been subjected to by zeus. the luke goes on a quest for the fleece is too real of a possibility if you ask me 😵‍💫
in canon i cannot decide if luke knew or not that the fleece could bring thalia back. if he didn't i see it this way: luke poisons thalia's tree so chb is given a quest to get the golden fleece so he can get the golden fleece and revive kronos, he always planned to let the questers take the fleece back after he was done with it because he wouldn't have let thalia's tree die that was never his objective, he did not want to kill thalia. if he did it's like you said: he poisons thalia's tree in a bit of a desperate attempt to find a magical object that, after doing some research, he realises can not only revive kronos but bring thalia back. did he blindly believe she would side with him? probably. but the point stays the same: luke did not plan to let thalia die, if she came back it was a bonus, he could not let thalia die.
which leads to my "luke goes on the fleece quest" fic. it's an au where luke does not join kronos and in a desperate attempt to free thalia from her fate he poisons her tree to be given a quest for the one object that could save her ✨️

Favorite LE mods?! :D
Ooo good question! I will try to answer with stuff that hasn't been ported/supported for SSE that I miss:
I really like Dark Forests of Skyrim. It got a port, but it just doesn't have much support for SSE, or I would still be using it. My favorite parts were the addition of giant mushrooms to the Eastmarch hot springs area and birch trees with crimson leaves in a few snowy areas (maybe unrealistic, but very striking.)
I also love Freckle Mania 2. Just some solid freckles there!
Gifts of the Outsider - Dishonored in Skyrim is near and dear to me too. Nothing like summoning a swarm of rats to devour your enemies while you Blink away lol.
Natural Lighting Vivid Atmospherics - man, I miss this one. It took me forever to find one for SSE that I liked as much as it
OrinLinwe's houses have a special place in my heart: their clutter game is immaculate, and a big inspiration for Khajiit Has Wares
Solstheim for the Dunmer - one of my first big modding projects was patching this mod and Quaint Ravenrock for an über Dunmeri experience. I should redo that sometime...
Thengil Farms Remastered - simply adds some sensible variety to some of Skyrim's farms
More Draconic Aspect + Real Flying - janky, but such a cool idea that Draconic Aspect grants yoy wings and flight
Sneak Tools - also janky, but such a cool upgrade to your rogue's toolkit

I admit, this is very much inspired by your Gale's outfit that has come across my dash a few times, but I wanted to let you know how very much I enjoy seeing the outfits you create/share. I love seeing people dress their characters up in nice outfits, especially since I frequently forget to do anything with mine, and your outifts are some of my favourites. The Gale one is fantastic, though my personal favourite is Quinn's life day outfit - he looks very dapper in it.
I was wondering if you'd be willing to share some more outfits that you're practicularly proud of?
would I be willing to share some more outfits is this even a question
Firstly, thank you so, so much. I get immense enjoyment out of playing dress up with game characters, and it's wonderful to hear that other folks out there enjoy my creations!
If I tried to share ALL the outfits I'm proud of, this post would take ten minutes to scroll through, so I TRIED to limit it to a 'few' I'm particularly pleased with - ones I feel I put some significant effort into, that really came together with the various pieces, or the dyes worked quite well, etc.
SWTOR: Featuring my main boys Caspian and Khel, plus a few others, and of course gotta show my faves Scourge and Quinn (who both have at least six outfits each)

LOTRO: My main, Kemendin, and my new guy, Maahes

ESO: I don't actively play ESO right now, but I did a LOT of outfitting back in the day - mostly for Dhamari, but my others got some fashion love as well

All these and more can be found under my 'kem plays dress up' tag!

Me realizing as I'm typing stuff that I need to up the scale of how many other people are in Cheydinhal Sanctuary. Like yeah it makes sense for oblivion that there's only THAT many. But I think I need to like. Multiply it by a decent amount. Cause I know there's a lot of sanctuaries but there is absolutely more than 8 people in a sanctuary, especially in a city as big as Cheydinhal should be cause it's a major city in Cyrodiil ?? Right?? Like ? To me I think they'd have more than just 8 people in one Sanctuary?????
Does anyone else have any opinions on this
