The Dazzlings (My Little Pony: Equestria Girls) "Sirens in human form who use mind control and music to spread discontent and anger, then feed on the resulting fights and hatred. Sorta like KidzBop Grifter's Bone."

Ryomen Sukuna (Jujutsu Kaisen) "Whether engaged in a one-on-one fight or a massacre, Sukuna delights in violence and is very, very good at enacting it. He is a cursed spirit possessing a human vessel who mostly keeps him suppressed, but the first time he manages to take control of the body for more than a few minutes (spoilers for the manga, specifically the Shibuya Incident arc) the results are cataclysmic. His rampage culminates in the gruesome death of hundreds if not thousands of people in one single act, which he makes more or less on a whim; Sukuna’s primary goal in that moment is actually to save someone (albeit for selfish reasons) but he makes the choice to do so in the way that would inflict maximum carnage upon everyone else around, just because he can."
