Okay OC art time

This is Miralith Beveran, she's the leading lady in this story.

Miralith is a tough elf veteran who currently works as a mercenary. She lives with her younger brother, Thalin, and they often travel together and do mercenary work together, though for Thalin it's more of a side gig to his main job.

Miralith is very stoic and reserved, rarely opening up about her emotions with other people and pushing people away when they try to help her. She has difficulty understanding jokes and sarcasm often takes things literally, despite the fact that she often makes sarcastic remarks of her own. She is observant of other peoples' emotions but she often doesn't say anything, as she is afraid of making things worse if she tries to help. Due to how much she represses her emotions it often leads to outbursts where she lets everything out at once, which she can channel this emotion during combat to be more effective, though it can also lead her to unintentionally lashing out to the people closest to her.

Backstory:

Miralith has abandonment issues from her dad leaving her when she was very young, and her dad yelled at her right before he left blaming her for everything, which led to her trying to repress her emotions in fear of something like that happening again.

Miralith also fought in a war when she got older, where she was put in a team that she became close friends with, one of her teammates even became a love interest

Her team was all killed by a powerful warlord, and the warlord gave her the opportunity to kill him, but instead she panicked and ran away, directly causing the war to continue for a few more years

this caused her to, in addition to fear of being abandoned, she also has the fear of getting attached to people, which is not a good combination, as she now both pushes people away in fear of getting to close to them and then losing them, while also being terrified of being alone and abandoned.

I finally drew my HoF, her name is Ahrien Tabris (and please forgive my humble drawing skills, this is the best i can do)
