May this auspicious occasion of Eid bring us nothing but abundance of blessings, prosperity and love. May Allāh ﷻ accept our prayers, sacrifices and reward it immensely. This day marks a day of gratitude, reflection and celebration and I pray that Allāh ﷻ guide us with His light throughout this ephemeral journey in this dunya. May Allāh ﷻ shower his choicest blessings on us and our families—strengthening the bond of love and admiration. Praying for the best outcomes in our endeavors with the mercy of Allāh ﷻ. Let this Eid be a reminder for us to keep our Iman steadfast on Deen and allow us to follow the footsteps of Hazrat Ibrahim (a.s) with respect to his unwavering faith in Allāh Almighty. May Allāh ﷻ gift us Jannah. Ameen Sum Ameen.
Eid Mubarak everyone!
Remember me in your prayers

It is neither their meat nor their blood that reaches Allâh, but it is piety from you that reaches Him. Thus have We made them subject to you that you may magnify Allâh for His Guidance to you. And give glad tidings (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) to the Muhsinûn (doers of good).

🌟 ❛And Allah did take Ibrahim as a {Khalil | an intimate friend}.❜ [Surah an-Nisaa’ 4 :125]
{Khalil} in Arabic has a deep meaning. It is said that it comes from the word {takhallala} which is when love intermingles with the heart. So what it means is that Prophet Ibrahim ‘alayhis-salaam loved Allah so much, that the love penetrated his heart until they became inseparable.
This was the level of imaan of Prophet Ibrahim, so much so that he was willing to sacrifice what was dearest to him for the sake of Allah ta’ala.
The sunnah of our father, Ibrahim 'alayhis-salaam, taught us the importance of sacrificing and letting go of our bad habits, bad akhlaaq and lifestyles, as well as everything else that gets in the way between our relationship with our Rabb. And Allah says:
🌟 ❛Those who believe love Allah more (than anything else).❜ [Surah al-Baqarah 2 : 165]
To the ones celebrating ‘Eid today, remember that we're still in the blessed 10th day of Dhul-Hijjah, the last best day of the year in which good deeds are the most beloved to Allah. So end the day with khayr because actions are judged by their endings.
May Allah grant the hujjaj Hajj mabrur, accept the khayr we did from all of us, and ultimately make us those who love Him, and are loved by Him.

Recommended deeds during Dhul-Hijjah
》》》》》》》》》》》》》》》》》》
Narrated Ibn `Abbas (May Allah be pleased with him):
The Prophet Muhammed (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) said,
"No good deeds done on other days are superior to those done on these (first ten days of Dhul Hijja)."
Then some companions of the Prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him)said,
"Not even Jihad?"
He replied,
"Not even Jihad, except that of a man who does it by putting himself and his property in danger (for Allah's sake) and does not return with any of those things."
- Sahih al-Bukhari 969
- Sahih (authentic)hadith -
So, the Muslim should start these days with sincere repentance to Allah, then he should do a lot of righteous deeds in general, then he should pay attention to doing the following deeds:
1 – Fasting
It is Sunnah for the Muslim to fast on the first nine days of Dhul-Hijjah . This is because the Prophet Muhammed (Peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) encouraged us to do righteous deeds in these days.
Fasting is one of the best of deeds, which Allah has chosen for Himself as it says in the hadith qudsi:
“Allah says: ‘All the deeds of the son of Adam are for him, except fasting, which is for Me and I shall reward for it.”
(Narrated by Al-Bukhari, 1805)
2 – Reciting tahmid, tahlil and takbir a great deal
It is Sunnah to recite
● takbir (saying Allahu akbar (Allah is most great)),
●tahmid (saying al-hamdu Lillah (praise be to Allah)),
●tahlil (saying La ilaha ill-Allah (There is no god but Allah)) and
●tasbih (saying Subhan-Allah (Glory be to Allah)),
during the first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah, saying these words out loud in the mosques, homes, streets and every place in which it is permissible to remember Allah, to perform this act of worship openly and proclaim the greatness of Allah.
Men should recite out loud and women should recite quietly.
‘Abdullah ibn ‘Umar (May Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet Muhammed (Peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:
“There are no days that are greater before Allah or in which good deeds are more beloved to Him, than these ten days, so recite a great deal of tahlil, takbir and tahmid during them.”
(Narrated by Ahmad, 7/224; its isnad was classed as sahih (sound) by Ahmad Shakir.)
3 – Doing Hajj and ‘Umrah
One of the greatest deeds that can be done during these ten days is Hajj to the sacred House of Allah. Whoever Allah helps to go on Hajj to His House and do the rituals in the required manner will – in sha’ Allah – be included in the words of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): “An accepted Hajj brings no less a reward than Paradise.”
4 – Udhiyah (Animal sacrifice)
One of the righteous deeds that bring a person closer to Allah in these ten days is to slaughter the sacrifice and to look for a good, fat animal and to spend money on it for the sake of Allah.
5) Zakath and Sadaqa.
6) Dhikr (Remembrance of Allah)
7) Reciting the Qur’an.
Let us hasten to make the most of these great days.
And Allah knows best.
