Some Eggman Headcanons!

Eggman has smaller models of his mechs on display. You could imagine my excitement when they showed something similar to it in idw 2020 annual comic with the EggCave showing off little robot models :3

He keeps a sketchbook to jot down robot ideas, his art style is kinda similar to the wall-e and eve character concept sketches

I like to think it’s a tradition of his to have that one drink he had in Sonic X. He has a glass of it after a failed master plan hjkjsd

1. i don't have a problem with multis generally but people who use them just to get an advantage in raffles are just fucking assholes

2. i feel like the multi-ing issue could be solved or at least better managed if they had a side account policy (like eggcave for instance) with measures put in place to prevent funneling or something

3. what would happen if your sister made an account years ago but wanted to move so she gave you all of her items before making a new account? would that flag as as multis even if that isn't the case?

ohhh hohohoh I have a few headcanons for that one 👀👀👀

-Play with his figurines. As we've seen in the IDW comics, he likes to play with the little figurines he crafts, although he won't call it "to play", no sir, he calls it "future planning"

-Crafting. He's very good at crafting, sculpting, painting, that sort of things, so if he has a lot of spare time he just sits in his Eggcave to start working on a new crafting project!

-Doodling, mainly badnik designing. He's always brainstorming about new badniks and mechs so whenever he thinks he has a good idea he likes to draw it

-Looking at what is Starline doing. When he has spare time (and if Starline is working for him) he gets up and exists his lab to go wherever Starline is, standing behind him just to look at whatever he's doing. This makes Starline incredibly nervous and flustered, reaction that Eggman loves lol

-Reading. He likes to go to his personal library or to his quarters to get a good book and sit in a comfortable position to read it. It can be a fantastic story, one about mystery, a book about science or even books about ancient powers and legends, he enjoys them all and it serves for research purposes

Bonus!

-Boom Eggman loves baking! He's always looking up new recipes on internet to try. They don't come out well all the time and it really bums him whenever it happens, but he just dismisses it and tries again. His favorite goods to bake are muffins, cupcakes and cookies

Progress Log 24

One of the things I had longed for the moment I stepped foot inside the Doctor's world was a glimpse of his personal life. Who is he beyond the grand ringmaster, the genius and the spectacle? 

Well, he is… just like anyone else. A person, like you and I. I knew this intrinsically, of course, and I would think this to myself as I went about my day: "I wonder what the Doctor is doing right now!" 

The quiet moments fascinate me. Who someone is in their downtime speaks volumes, and for that, I am privileged to say that I was finally given a glimpse of it. 

Nestled comfortably within Egg Base Alpha, the Eggcave is just the creative hub I had envisioned the Doctor crafting! It's certainly whimsical, filled with miniatures and almost reminds me of something akin to my own pet project, but the myriad of 'Zombot' (his word, not mine!) figures were the newest centrepiece. Each and every one of his nemeses accounted for!

I was quickly escorted out, but it was a delight to see the Doctor's work on full display! I’m not even bothered that he’s forgotten our scheduled briefing. Another time, perhaps!

Having petsites as one of ur main interests is really funny bc you look over ur shoulder and fr staff won't let a user have realistic muscles on what is meant to be a medical diagram.

And then eggcave is like "ya a user suggestion was this weird dog with blood, exposed muscles and bone on it. We accepted it."

have you seen the santae vps? they're in alpha and accepting applications atm. love your energy and just wanna see you have thoughts about it, if it interests you.

anyway real answer is i heard of it from promo posts and blocked the main blog immediately bc the way they were promoting their site was annoying. sorry but spam tagging every popular petsite on earth, wtf ? the art is nice, but again i don't like neo-clones and i would need to see gameplay to see if it does or doesn't fall into the dappervolk pit of game that is vastly unpleasant to play.

i'd be the worst fucking person in the beta test, noooo way around that LMAO. like i could give them criticism from my experience with dv, goatlings and eggcave but i vastly prefer breeding sims. i am way too much of a hater imo, and this is part of why i said "industry plant anon" bc i literally am such a picky person and don't like some sites and loooove complaining. since its such a new site i don't think it could work around the flaws inherent to petsites in its current state and i would be like a wild animal maiming it. also if the rpg part depends on pets having different skills depending on species like lorwolf its going to go to hell, no way around that. idk if they have ks exclusive stuff but by the looks of the blep um. well they'll get it eventually but if it turns out to be optimal you start to have a problem there.

ALSO i'm going to personally kill the person who did the css for doing the font through google fonts. can you people download and self host your fucking fonts they don't work on my end and they end up looking like garbage with the slimmest line weight on god's green earth look at my screenshot example and compare it to the wayback screenshot of the alpha testing announcement post actually on the site. I'm going to have to write my own stylus style to even be able to play, and you know damn well the site's going to have a blanket ban on extensions like every petsite has to.

anyway if they have gameplay previews and they're locked behind needing to be in the discord goodbye forever LMAO ! i'll def keep an eye on it infrequently but generally this probably isn't going to be a site i like unless they do some aspect besides the art really well bc the appeal is the beasts to me. if they accept my alpha test application they make a mistake imo, i'll sign up for funzies bc i like the blep beastie

Guys I just went to EggCave, which I haven’t been on in 4 years, nor did I really use it when I made it, and they updated, so they have a nearly complete list of gender identities and when I saw that I nearly started crying. They have pangender, neutrois, two-spirit(!!!), and so many more. My little enby heart can barely take it guys. I have no idea about the community, because, as I said, I only JUST logged back in, but the fact that the admins of the site are supportive enough to even do this is AMAZING.

Creature suggestion for Egg Cave : Aryn

note: I didn’t color the egg, because i’m lazy mofo oops.

I've really been enjoying the thoughts of spending time with Eggman in the Eggcave. It's just the perfect safe, quiet, and private place for us to be alone together. When we want a break from everything we just like to disappear and sneak off into it. Even Orbot and Cubot wonder where we are but they don't go searching for us because they know we don't want to be found.

It always feels great when it's just the two of us alone. We lose track of time as he shows off the collection of figures that he's crafted so expertly and I listen eagerly and praise his brilliant work! He tells me all about designing and making them and how some were test models for big projects or made as tributes to past ones. I love how passionate he is and I could listen for hours. 💕

We then play with the figures and act out scenes of battle, defeating Sonic, and his victory. We use silly voices and dialogue to mock Sonic and friends and make each other laugh. He insists that he just does it for his work but it's obvious that he genuinely likes to play with them for the fun of it too. I make sure to let him know that I do too and that he doesn't have to hide it from me!

His big smile and precious laugh warms my heart, I'm delighted to see how joyful he is when he's relaxed and having fun. As we play, we move in even closer to the point that I can feel his hot breath against my face and his fluffy stache against my cheek. It gets hard to pay attention to the figures when my gaze keeps wandering because I can't help but admire his gorgeous face.

When I can't resist any longer, I tell him how beautiful and adorable he is and lean in to kiss his chubby cheek. His stache fluffs up and he blushes from the surprise kiss but he quickly urges me to kiss him on the lips. I obey in a heartbeat and we mess around and give each other sweet kisses! I can hardly pull away, he's just so kissable and I want to shower him in tons of love endlessly!

I sit between his legs (since he doesn't have the thighs for me to sit in his lap lol) and we cuddle up. I love resting against his tummy while he wraps his arms around me, he's soft and warm like a teddy bear and it's so calming. 💘 We talk and play with the figures a bit longer but it turns into me playing with his big hands instead and he lets me take off his gloves so I can kiss them. 💖💞

We're always sure to make the most of the time we spend hanging out and it's a truly blissful experience. I treasure every precious moment spent with him and always anticipate the next! 💜
