Hello, I am from Gaza, due to the shortage of medicine in Gaza, my mother who is a type 1 diabetic and was supposed to undergo urgent eye surgery, has not been able to get insulin or any medical care for the past three months. . Some members of my family fled to the southernmost part of Gaza (Rafah) in tents. But my parents and sisters have nowhere else to stay. They are forced to stay in the Nuseirat refugee camp, which has been bombed since the beginning of Christmas. "I am on my knees asking for your donations. Please help me. where you can.
I am so sorry about your situation. I pray that you and your family, along with thousands of others, are able to find peace soon. I promise that I am trying my best to do all that I can, and I will keep you and your family in my prayers every night.
THIS IS A REMINDER FOR EVERYONE. THE GENOCIDE ON GAZA HAS NOT STOPPED. JUST BECAUSE YOU HEAR LESS OF IT, DOESNT MEAN THAT IT HAS DISAPPEARED. PLEASE, PLEASE, IF YOU ARE ABLE TO, DONATE.
DONATE MONEY AND SIM CARDS. CONTACT YOUR LOCAL REPRESENTATIVES OR MPS. WRITE LETTERS TO YOUR GOVERNMENT. BOYCOTT. PROTEST. BE THE VOICE FOR THE PALESTINIAN PEOPLE. REGULARLY REPOST AND SHARE INFORMATION. STAY EDUCATED.
YOU DO MAKE A CHANGE. YOUR VOICE DOES MATTER. PLEASE, DO NOT STOP. PLEASE, DO NOT WAVER. WE WILL WIN. FREE PALESTINE.

i dont think there is a word yet that can describe how absolutely vile israel is. they killed thirsty children by targeting a water tank.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
how inhumane do you have to be to support this, to fund this, to excuse this, to ignore this and pretend as if it isn’t going on?
* news was originally shared by Ramy Abdul, chairman of Euromed Human Rights Monitor
it is also not the first time Israel has targeted water tanks . this is how some Palestinians in Gaza get water supplies since the IDF threatens to shoot them.

yknow I always thought "However OMFD ends, even if its terribly and/or too early, we know they'll all end up as guinea pigs on Circe's Island eventually. They exist in the pjo fandom"
aaaand now OMFD got cancelled, pjo's creator and distributor SUPPORT REAL LIFE ACTUAL IRL NOT A FANDOM NOT A JOKE *GENOCIDE* and tbh the fandom is wayyyy too chill with that. like I did leave the pjo fandom lmao. I left. fuck yall.
uhhhhhhh anyway wow this is a whole russian nesting doll of fuck.
the lesson here is that the effect of late-stage capitalism on media, and the relationship of that dynamic to colonialism and institutionalized violence, exists on multiple levels and cannot be ignored if you are consuming modern media in any way, shape or form

by doing this you are helping to change history
she's seen the people commenting her names on trending videos and she says it's very smart
"keep doing what you're doing"
keep pressuring your government to stop funding the genocide
the idf pretended to be nurses and women, and excavated three Palestinians looking for help
the bombing has not stopped
Donations Are Getting To The South, its not enough, but aid is getting there in very small amounts

She has faith, but she is very tired
Everyone is under tents

She has launched a gofundme
(magz note: Even though the original goal was reached, it is way way below the actual need)
Her arm is better
"when everything is done, and everything is back to its glory, just visit gaza"
Q: "what are you doing to help your mental health?
A: "nothing, we can't"
She feels its important to stay where everything is happening to be the voice of the people
from week to week everything changes
(responding to someone asking what her name means) Bisan is the name of the most ancient city in the whole world and in Canaanite means "the home that is lived"
the situation has been complicated since 1948
1.5 million people are displaced
there isn't any bombing currently in Rafah, but there is in Khan Yunis
she wants to tour the world, and visit countries that supported palestine
Khan Yunis is still invaded
Keep educating yourself

look imma say this and then im gonna go do something productive bc this is taking up way too much of time.
do i think usamericans are inherently stupid or evil? no, i dont. i dont believe you are any less capable or dumber than the other people in the world. i do, however, think you have more responsibilities.
does it matter if a brazilian doesnt know where croatia is? not really. brazil doesnt have monopoly on world production or currency. brazil didnt instigate the fall of yugoslavia. brazil cant veto an un resolution. does it matter if a dalmatian grandma raising donkeys in vrlika doesnt know where laos is? not particularly; she doesnt vote for a president who has power to influence the global politics. croatian president cant stage a coup in venezuela. balkan countries dont dominate social or political discourse, they dont dictate economy, trends, or inflation. they dont dominate media, films, music, culture, language.
usa however does. the president of the usa has very real power to fund a genocide and single-handedly keep an apartheid existing. people from usa should know the effects their choices have.
imperialism isnt only visible in politics either. cultural hegemony is a huge part of it. oscars, online algorithms, social media, language - these all have influence on the rest of the world. the ways other countries are viewed in the usa is important. its REALLY not about "haha stupid usamericans", its about responsibility you have as a part of imperial core.
and before anyone goes like "wHy ArE yOu NoT cALLiNg OuT wEsTeRn EuRoPe" its not what this particular discourse is about. ive talked about it before. ill talk about it again because germany has more effect on my life than the usa. pls stop deflecting responsibility this way
edit: no this does not mean "please vote for genocide joe" it means the opposite holy shit this is the core reason for this entire fucking globegate or whatever. if youre voting for dems bc theyre "lesser evil" pls learn where palestine is and that to them there is NO lesser evil jesus christ biden is literally bypassing congress and vetoing un resolutions and sending billions of dollars and weapons and missiles to kill children on the other side of the planet. youre all insane if "vote blue" was your takeaway from this post

i dont know how to deal with this pain in my chest that's a constant. i dont't know how to take this much hurt.
i was a child of war, i type out and then i say to myself no, i am a child of war. its a funny story i tell people, how when i was to be born they bombarded our city the whole night. the gas that my dad spared so they could take my mother to the hospital was stolen, siphoned from the car, so what happened was that my mother's water broke in the back of a military vehicle that my dad's friends-colleagues-soldiers drove us all in to the hospital. i was born almost 12 hours later during a night when they bombarded my hometown from every mountain around it. it doesnt really matter; they bombarded us all the time.
my mother is a doctor. she worked in the hospital the whole time during the war and she worked relentlessly. she tells the stories of that time with a detachment that used to be curious to me when i was younger and is now just horrifying. "mom," i said to her years ago, "im learning about porphyrias." - "oh," she says, eyes lighting up, "the first time i encountered a case of porphyria was during the war, when we were shut in the hospital for 5 days because they kept bombarding us and we couldnt go home. one of the doctors not on call when we got stuck came with his daughter, drove to the hospital because his daughter was unconscious and we determined she had porphyria. it was really interesting to see." she doesn't see my horrified gaze. she doesn't know what she sounds like. she still doesn't, to this day. i stopped begging her to go to therapy one day when she looked at me, eyes far away, and said "if i go, where do i start?"
my friend was 5 when the war started. she asked me on saturday "are you always afraid of everything?". i shake my head. she said she wakes up sometimes gripped with fear and has to list out all the things in her life that are alright and asks her husband to hug her and still it doesnt help. she thought she was the only one to feel that way and then she tells me a new phrase she learned. generational trauma. i nod and remember her telling me how a grenade hit their building when she was 8, in the year i was born, and how she still has the burn scar on her leg from the shell.
my high school teacher told me a story once. it was war and she was 15, and it was a friday and they stopped bombarding for three days. the youth gathered at the main square on the date that used to be a celebration of youth. her friend had strict parents, "but whose parents arent strict in a war," she says with a laugh, and they all decided to walk her home before her curfew. a bomb hit the square, civillian target, and killed over 70 people. the youngest was 2. he died because a shrapnel pierced his heart as his mother was clutching him. she didn't notice until it was too late. i know her and her husband. i see them around the town sometimes. my mother worked in the hospital that day, when they brought in the wounded. my father brought them in. "thats what i always remember when my kids say im too strict," my teacher says and laughs. i laugh along. what else am i supposed to do.
the year my sister was born another genocide happened. the world looked away then too, like it does now. when the war in ukraine started my gynecologist tells me about it; about a woman who came in and said "i have 5 children." my gynecologist said "what do you mean five," lookimg at the four surrounding her. the women said "i had to leave my wounded son behind. it was the best chance these other four had to survive, if im with them". she has a placid smile on her face as i look at her in horror. "i learned not to ask stupid questions then," she says, and laughs, and i laugh along because what the fuck am i supposed to do.
i dont know how to take this pain of palestine right now and still i look. i look at the victims, thousands of innocent children and people murdered by israel's carpet bombing. i look at the ethnic cleansing happening in front of my eyes, all our eyes. i look at the world which refuses to call it what it is - an ongoing genocide of a whole population. i dont have the privilege of looking away. i opened my eyes into a war when i took my first breath, and i cannot in good conscience look away. war is in my blood; i am a child of war.
there is no point to this except to say somewhere what hurts me the most right now.
from the river to the sea, palestine will be free. it has to be. anything else is unnaceptable.

Can you explain Palestine vs Israel. I have done my own research and still do not understand. From my understanding Palestine attacked Israel first, and this war has been going on for so much longer than just now. So why is it suddenly so important and how is Israel in the wrong?? Genuinely trying to understand since you are spreading news of the Genocide on your page.
hey so i cant really explain all the complexities and details in a singular tumblr post. i dont really know how much research you did if october 7th is your earliest knowledge of ‘attack.’ israel has been an apartheid state since 1948 and during that year they were downright deplorable to palestinians to get them to be conpliant. nakba is probably the most notorious case but there is more.
this issue is important because this is the first time we see such atrocities in mainstream media and online. Its so oversaturated with suffering that it sets a precedent for how the world (the general public in particular) reacts outside of politicians and activists. will we continue to care when we see other people suffer, or will we grow numb and desensitised? it’s important we don’t lose our humanity like capitalist neoliberalism would prefer. just because we live comfortable lives, it doesnt mean we should be ignorant to those who are suffering. in fact, we should inspect ourselves and ask whether their suffering lends to our comfort and vice versa (it usually does). for instance, many western countries are profiting from this apartheid, hence their support.
i’m not going to list through everything (plus i myself don’t know everything) but i can tell you where to go, and hopefully some others can add on to it.
for israel’s crimes against palestine since october 7th on the account of genocide i feel like south africa has done an amazing job putting together documentations of evidence against them in the ICC. you can find the full thing on youtube or online. some of the crimes include bombing and stopping aid trucks from reaching gaza, preventing women from giving birth by bombing maternity wards, bombing hospitals (there are now 0 active hospitals in gaza, whereas before october there were 36. this info has not been updated in the case) to prevent civilians from getting life-saving treatment, psychologically tormenting civilians until they lose the will to live (particularly in children), and so on.
of course please pay attention to palestinian journalists within gaza specifically— they will show you firsthand whats happening. there’s many apart of al jazeera. al jazeera has also done some articles on the history for you. here is one on nakba. amnesty also did a good job on explaining what an apartheid is.
theres also quite a few independent ones that have become journalists through this attack from israel. bisan is one of them if youre active on tiktok. noor harazeen is a journalist on instagram.
here is a link on how israel funded hamas to rival the plo
here is al jazeeras article on the cultural genocide of palestinians through bombing ancient historical sites and artefacts.
kind of seperate to all that but still related is how support for palestine affects other people. people are losing the jobs over supporting palestine (such as melissa barrera in scream). yemen, another third world country who has been going through crises such as food insecurity for years, has been suspended aid by the UN because it has been aiding palestine throughout the conflict.
The UN in general has been useless about calling for a ceasefire. The United States vetoed during a UNSC meeting because the USA sucks ass. you can look any of this up and they will come with multiple sources im just too tired to find something rn (i’m currently on vacay and heavily sleep deprived).
also general advice to not ask a percy jackson account but an account dedicated to spreading information on the palestine-israel apartheid because they would be able to help you more. yes, ive talked about it on this account but that doesnt mean i’m qualified to explain 75 years of oppression.

What do you think of this
https://www.tumblr.com/animentality/715171325722984448
Tumblr media
i think TRAs need to stop misusing the term genocide and fear-mongering while also criticising this because it is indeed weird as fuck. i looked up missouri laws and it doesn't look good. the laws they're trying to pass in missouri regarding trans people look concerning and honestly a lot seem to be violating bodily autonomy and human rights.
but then when i tried to look deeper into these, they didn't look as bad as initially presented by the media. i could not find evidence that that bill actually calls for genital inspections (which one source claimed that an ammendment allows for genital inspections if the school deems it necessary). i also found that the law actually doesnt let people just report people simply for being trans and nothing else. it's about violating a newly passed law around the surgeries if the person who underwent the surgeries does not fall under a certain criteria, and the person who is held legally accountable is the health provider not trans people. what this would do is discourage health providers from readily providing transition-related surgeries and hormones.
In April 2023, the Attorney General issued an emergency order declaring gender affirming healthcare for adults "experimental", and implementing severe restrictions on adult trans care - banning it entirely unless all of the following conditions are met:
The patient has exhibited medically documented, consistent, and intense gender dysphoria for at least three years prior to the beginning of treatment.
The patient has been through at least 15 psychiatric sessions over an 18 month period, at least 10 of which being with the same therapist, "to explore the developmental influences on the patient's current gender identity" and to screen for any mental health comorbidities.
Any detected comorbidities must be fully "treated and resolved".
The patient has been screened for autism.
The provider must track and document any adverse affects potentially related to the care for a period of 15 years from the beginning of treatment, and prepare it in a form that can be accessed readily for systemic study.
The patient must be assessed at least annually from the beginning of treatment for continuing dysphoria.
The patient must be regularly screened for any signs of "social contagion".
The patient must sign a written consent disclosure every three months for the first three years of treatment, and every six months thereafter.
The provider must maintain in the patient's records detailed documentation of said patient's compliance with the above regulations.
The order is set to expire in February 2024.
(source)
my issues with this criteria are as follows:
what does it mean to "fully treat and resolve" mental illnesses? most mental illnesses cannot be "cured", you can only teach people to cope with it. plus treatment for it could take many, many years. being treated "fully" may not even be possible in many cases. but then i read the actual document and the actual wording is "Fails to ensure that any psychiatric symptoms from existing mental health comorbidities of the patient have been treated and resolved". that's better wording bc that means they'd have to show no symptoms from other mental disorders, but i still think it's too broad and vague. like if someone is schizophrenic and has to take medication to not experience symptoms of schizophrenia, would that be counted as treated and resolved? what about being depressed bc of having dysphoria? what about treatment-resistant comorbidities? idk its just too broad.
being screened for autism-- okay fine, but then what? will them being autistic or not mean they don't qualify? there's no clarification in the actual bill, they just say that they should be screened for autism.
the social contagion one-- how do you screen such a thing to begin with? and why must it be done annually (according to the official document)?
so basically, this tweet is fearmongering and misusing the word genocide. the report function isnt to get trans ppl taken away and put in death camps, it’s to hold medical practitioners accountable and have them do adequate screening and record-keeping of the transition procedures they do. that said, some of the criteria is too vague and broad and that is concerning.

Genocide doesnt end when the shelling stops. Genocide creates a toxic biosphere...
"Historically, every assault on Gaza was followed by a spike in cancer rates. Past Gaza post-war field research confirmed presence of depleted uranium, asbestos dust, phosphates from oxidation of white phosphorus, and the list goes on..
And that is only speaking of those who survive with no injuries.
Now imagine all the injured children with bodies that will grow into their injuries, a lifetime of reconstructive surgeries they need but likely won't have.
And all the victims with horrific burns from incendiary weapons that require painful treatment and long term. management.
With a blockade in place, a collapsed health sector, shortages of even the most basic medical equipments and devices like stethoscopes, lack of medicine and access to clean water, etc.
It's not just ceasefire we should be pressuring and pushing for but the end of this siege and occupation. Any other reality besides liberation means atleast tens of thousands of future -slow-deaths by deliberate medical neglect that can be directly traced back to this ongoing genocide
Wartime public health crises kill more people than weaponry.
According to research, wartime mortality rates as a result of decimation of public health protection (water, sanitation, shelter, energy, food) exceed those from weaponry by up to 70% or more.
(Without even accounting for the numbers affected by disease outbreaks in displaced focal points, the pregnant women, the injured unable to receive proper care or treatment) there are currently 350,000 Gazans with cancer, diabetes, kidney or cardiovascular diseases in imminent danger due to lack of medicine and fuel supply to hospitals.
Maintaining the blockade and siege, on top of a lack of ceasefire, is a war crime in and of itself that will DIRECTLY lead to the largest humanitarian genocide we've ever known."
I've been trying to convey these thoughts for the last two to three days without success. But @mwelelhawa posted this today and she said it perfectly what has been on my mind constantly during the latest Israeli attacks on Gaza.

@plumsaffron @alexkh2108 Like people claiming that Tobirama hates Uchiha and wanted to destroy them. Then when he became hokage, how did Uchiha clan still alive even after his rulling? If he hates Uchiha, why does he have an Uchiha in his team with Hiruzen, Danzo and another dude? If he hates Uchiha, why does he saying that they understand love more than everybody else?
tobirama did hate the uchiha was and extremely was prejudiced against them, so much so that finding sasuke with ooruchimaru he immediately assumes sasuke must be with oruchimaaru because he is an Uchiha-mind you at this point he doesnt know anything about sasuke(and sasuke isnt the only one keeping ooruchimaru comapany we have jugo and suigetsu too) so if tobirama isnt racist than what was this initial treatment of sasuke who is still a kid at this point ? and then on further learning about the conflict between sasuke and konoha he threatens him and makes chakra displays and perhaps an attempt to kill him although to ooruchimaru who had previously summoned him and made him fight against hiruzen and attempted to destroy konoha he has but potrayed slight annoyance. despite him knowing that ooruchimaru is the one who summoned him at tthe firstt place. his intial treatment of sasuke tells us alot about how he views the uchiha
Tumblr media
he knows nothing about sasuke at this point mind you
"it very much like an uchiha to keep such company" i mean you have to be absolutely retarded to not see it.
especially when a neutral shinobi like ooruchimaru-he had no business supporting the uchiha or konoha btw - calls tobirama out on his discriminatory policies
"If he hates Uchiha, why does he saying that they understand love more than everybody else?"
lol when does he say uchiha understand love, he says uchihas love more and that too he's just dogwhistling shit he has no concrete evidence of this shit which he probably gathered experimenting on the uchihas during warring states era perhaps (explains his shallow knowledge of sharigan and edo tensei creation- a jutsu so evil that it strips the user of her free will to act even while dead- a justsu so immoral that it requires a living sacrifice ) not only this,
even he explicitly states he is not sure about his sharingan bs
he ALSO dogwhistles hashirama on "rumours" about the uchiha and says shit so vile that madara realizes his clan is not safe with that wanker ...
i mean later he also them a clan possessed by evil, and cursed clan but idk the mention of "love" is enough to send tears down a tobirama wanker's eye
he didnt want to destory them ?
yes why would he want to destroy them till they were cooperating and being good servants i mean one can always send 11 year uchihas to war to die for konoha and keep useing them till they are resourceful-once they stop being subservient servants - they are dead (i mean konoha still used them after death by taking their eyes )in no other than tobiramas chosen council made of wankers who definately inherited some of his bigotry otherwise
he didnt directly kill them yes but, he could not only prophesize the genocide but also could predict that the coup would take place? Fascinating! He should've become a fortune teller in Hokage's stead. And Itachi committed a genocide (if it were lawful, it wouldn't have been kept under wraps, with Itachi being made the sole scapegoat). Also, Itachi's a model Uchiha in his view, an Uchiha who butchers men, women, and children in the name of the state? Oh, no, you see, he gave them jobs! In his view, "either you're with him or you're against him (how can anyone call this hard-right fascism, amiright?)". So he wanted to work with them, but he one) removed them from the political infrastructure and limited their power to stop a "fictional" Madara; two) he started the surveillance on them; and three) the only Uchiha that are model Uchiha in his view are either the ones that butcher every single Uchiha down to the last child or the ones that are totes cool with his segregationist policies. Heck, he's literally praising Kagami and Itachi. By praising the latter, he's fully endorsing the genocide.
And did he want to work with the Uchiha?
i mean he convinces hashirama tto do a democracy so as to not elect madara uchiha as hokage (since we are able to see the village folk are intimidated by madara to some degree -the flower girl incident -and hashiramas golden retreiver personality was definately more popular) he btw ends democracy after he becomes the hokage as he directly elects hiruzen as the hokage not consulatations form anyone whatsoever so was this show of democracy only to prevent madara (an uchiha ) to stop becoming the hokage
"If he hates Uchiha, why does he have an Uchiha in his team"
well he didnt do any favour to anyone by keeping kagami in his team i mean he had kaagmi in his team- so what? does that erase the fact that he said racist shit to hashirama about the uchiha, to sasuke or that he played pretence of democracy just so an uchiha couldnt become the hokage or even the fact that he rounded up the uchiha and confined them to a select region (this was wayy ebfore the 9 tails btw) do you know that population movemnt is a war crime and almost always paves way to genocide? nah but tobirama isnt racist for ghettoisation because you see he used uchiha and love in the same sentence and also becuase an uchiha happened to be in his team , yes he appreciated kagami who happens to be an uchiha but he also praises itachi who happens to be uchiha does that make him uchiha -loving? he explicitly states that kagami was capable of rising above the clan i.e kagami abandoned the clan or perhaps like itachi was an uncle tom he doesn't make any rising up remarks for danzo, hiruzen, koharu and hamru and even his akimichi student
dastan go..
Tobirama's statements on the Curse of Hatred are absolutely laughable, middle-school-faux-philosophy rhetoric that only the people with very tiny intellectual capacities would ever buy. Were the Senju any different? No. Both Hashirama and Black Zetsu have talked of the Senju Clan's tendency to look for strife, blood-shed, and power. If both Uchiha are Senju are the same, how are Uchiha more blood-thirsty when this statement's directly contradicted by Hashirama and Black Zetsu? Why would Zetsu lie when he was playing both the clans? However, I'd say that the Senju were worse as they never wanted to change. They simply organized, multiplied, and intensified conflicts. That's all.
At first, Tobirama also considered his own words on Curse of Hatred to be nothing but "rumours". So he basically started "dog whistling" over no concrete evidence as his analysis has nothing to do with "curse". It's a genetic ability of the Uchiha to awaken the Sharingan in response to "heightened emotions". The heightened emotions are simply translated into a physical manifestation of c
t's repulsive how any individual can consider the most common reactions to grief as "curse of hatred" when, frankly, genocides, wars, and slaughters are so out there compared to a mere loss of a loved one that … I don't believe any normal, sensible, and decent individual would even venture such a statement.
Also, nothing in his own hypothesis points to anything even remotely along the "clinical" nature of hate, power, or blood thirst that he himself calls the "curse of hatred". He's presented literally squat to back up his hypothesis; and he was cutting up the Uchiha years ago, but he considered it to be "rumours" when the village was founded and then later "hardcore facts"? Based on what? What changed? Nothing is given from his side to validate it. It's ridiculous that Tobirama fanboys seem incapable of reading what Tobirama himself has to say on this. These three things can't be right at the same time: either "only the Uchiha clan has the curse of hatred" or "both Senju or Uchiha showed the same disposition for the curse as they both had engaged in same code of conduct, therefore, they both are affected by the curse of hatred" or "every person who experiences heightened emotions is affected by the curse of hatred". If one is right, two and three can't be right. If second is right, one and two aren't right. If the third is right, the first two are wrong. Tobirama's hypothesis being some kind of "hard fact" falls apart as soon as it's analysed in the light of the evidence given by other characters.
Furthermore, if the Uchiha were the only ones affected by the "curse of hatred" that's triggered by "heightened emotions", then why didn't they exhibit it when they were ghettoized? What about Tobirama himself? What would anyone call his tendency to not move on from past conflicts? A "unique curse that's not curse of hatred as that's reserved only for the Uchiha"? Again, if "heightened emotions" are the "curse of hatred", then the entire shinobi world suffers from it (as stated by Nagato and Jiraiya)? Nagato even acted on it, so he, too, has a "curse of hatred"? Gotcha, St. Patrick Tobirama! Perhaps Tobirama's fans are incapable of the most basic hypothesis as whatever he's said is not only infantile but also rooted in bigotry.
I forgot to add another minor argument: if Tobirama is right about the "Curse of Hatred" as he's a scientist, then why's Orochimaru wrong when his experience with the Sharingan and knowledge on Tobirama's own Jutsus far exceed anything Tobirama has ever done? We know for a fact that Izanagi's time was extended via Orochimaru's experimentation, and he's the one who created the whole arm for Danzo. We also know that he's the one who created the Shin clones, as well.
Then we have Sasuke's own disgust at Orochimaru's experimentation on the human bodies to learn the secrets of immortality (that's how he invented his Immortality Jutsu, you know). We also know that he's the only one to reverse the Reaper Seal.
This shows that Orochimaru's anthropological research on clans far exceeds Tobirama's, as well; otherwise, Tobirama would've left his research scrolls on the Uzumaki Fuinjutsu behind, but he didn't. Heck, Orochimaru was skilled enough to completely manipulate and close off Naruto's Kurama-seal with relative ease, too. He was using Tobirama's Edo Tensai so casually that Tobirama was taken aback by it. In fact, he perfected Tobirama's own Jutsu to the point that Tobirama himself couldn't overcome it.
So let me get this straight, Orochimaru who's got intimate knowledge of the Sharingan, genetics, and bodies to the point that he's even able to create artificial versions of Uchihas doesn't have anything to state on the Curse of Hatred, but Tobirama who only began to name the curse after the village was formed and has very little experience in Sharingan experimentation is right? Why? How and why do Tobirama's opinions outweigh Orochimaru's, a man who's managed to even create Sharingans? He's also calling Tobirama out on his policies. On a purely pragmatic level, Orochimaru doesn't care about the village or the Uchiha (beyond obtaining their bodies), so his opinion is the most objective out of everyone. Then why isn't more value placed on his opinion compared to Tobirama's despite the scientific knowledge of the Sharingan under his belt? Is there any scientist in the manga who backed up Tobirama's hypothesis? If the only other (and a far more capable) scientist, Orochimaru, is not only speaking out against Tobirama's hypothesis but also calling him out on it, shouldn't that raise a red flag as the only person to back Tobirama's theories is Tobirama himself? That itself should work against him, but Naruto fandom simply adores any scrap of material they can get their dirty little hands on, with which they can malign Sasuke. It's pretty cartoonish, if you ask me.
He also states that it's for the best if a group of people is butchered for the sake of the village. No one finds anything wrong with this brand of hard-right fascism? I don't understand. The Uchiha are evil for being dissidents, but Tobirama is righteous for inventing a policy in which even genocide is A-Okay for the preservation of status quo? Isn't this what every forward-thinking individual keeps whining against? Man, you guys are complete cartoons, aren't you?
I'd say this (a post I copied from somewhere, but I can't find the source) as it sums up my arguments fairly well: "People often argue characters like Itachi or Tobirama made difficult choices, but it's not true. They're small-minded, lazy in thinking, and they took the easy way out. Massacring people isn't difficult. What would've been difficult is navigating a myriad of social and moral issues like managing volatile historical inter-clan grudges, integration, pluralism, sharing of power, phasing out slavery and other inhumane practices, figuring out an economic model that doesn't rely on making kids killers and weapons, and at the same time trying not to antagonize all the traditionalists and interest parties. These things are really difficult, much more difficult than killing people. It'd actually require political talent and leadership."
Did Tobirama have these leadership qualities? If you say, "yes!", then you're being a deliberately obtuse, because we're all well-aware that that's not how you lead people in any socio-political and economic set-up, because that way lies disaster.
Then the Uchiha are often accused of war. The first world war began because of the combined issues that arose from the distribution of tailed-beasts to other nations, which Tobirama distributed on power-balances between the villages (his exact words), and the shinobi-system that Tobirama created was copied by all (again, exact words by Hashirama). Tobirama was attacked by Cloud, not Rock, Shinobi who ambushed and killed him. He also appointed Hiruzen, knowingly that Danzō had "forever been vying with Saru over one thing or another"? But Danzō didn't have the hater-gator Uchiha-curse, so Tobirama was cool with it.
Why would any sensible leader select such people as the village's torch-bearers when he knows that it'd cause political strife in the future? And it didn't? (Danzō paying Orochimaru to murder Sarutobi, anyone?) Who didn't see this coming? So to pin the whole thing on Madara's attack on Onoki and throw away everything else is simply bizarre to me. We don't know when this happened. We don't know why it happened. Madara also asked Onoki to bow before Konoha, and this is backed by the facts that Konoha 1) started an imperialistic and corrupt governmental system that everyone copied (Tobirama created the system), 2) they distributed all Bijū on the basis of power-balances between the villages (Tobirama outright states that despite the Kazekage's reservations about the whole thing; heck, the rest are already ready for war to crush wind—Madara was the cause!, my arse), and 3) the second world war was literally started by Konoha. In fact, Kumo tried to steal Kurama long before Madara ever tamed it, and that escalated things, as well.
What about the third shinobi war that was again started by Leaf as it'd lost its power? What about the fourth war that started 'cause of Konoha's state-sponsored terrorism that killed Yahiko? What does all this have anything to do with Uchiha? From the looks of it, every single world-war was either directly started by Konoha at the loss of power or indirectly through fascist practices. Madara or Uchiha had nothing to do with any of them.
Then we have the "Uchiha become vengeful, hateful terrorists" and "Tobirama was being cautious as the clan became vengeful terrorists . . . Lol, it's not racism" bits.
I like how the term "vengeful" is often used for people who fight back against the oppressors. It's kind of … curiously interesting. You know, leave it to the anus-sniffing gremlins to over-use the "terrorist" term as it's so en vogue among the terrorist white states' leaders and citizens these days.
I'll be blunt here: if you're willing to kill off a group down to the last child, you'd better expect the same treatment in return. Heck, it's justice, a term that means to "make things exact" in its original etymological usage. So the "Collective Punishment" Sasuke and Nagato had in store for Konoha was not only fair but also just.
Leaf started the second war and engaged in mass-slaughters and pillaging of resources to stabilize her own economy. This is outright stated by Nagato. Tsunade, who fought this war and murdered Nagato's people, doubled-down on her bullshit like a typical fascist cunt, but she's . . . cool, I guess? It's strange how the fandom absolutely adores nasty fascists but hate any character that stands against it. I wonder why? Nagato's death (brought about by a fascist's lemon-y "don't like, don't read!" Fan-Fiction; doesn't that just melt your heart? The tenderness of it all!) was the death of Ame's short-lived freedom.
She was on the front-line in the second war that Konoha started. She lied through her fucking teeth when she said that Nagato was lying and that the nations suffered tragedies. Man, fuck off, you smacked bag of twats! I suppose, she gets this laudable quality from her Uncle, Tobirama! How adorable. She's one of the "good" fascists, you know? A "war-criminal" feminist icon! She only sent in Jiraiya to further de-stabilize Rain when it was finally enjoying peace under Pain's rule after years of strife, despite Shadow Villages still trying to cause conflict there and make money; however, Tsunade was crying "women tears" (over Dan's precious one-of-a-kind penis), so it's all very sad and not terrorism at all! It's only the "hater-gator Uchiha-curse" suffering Uchiha that are terrorists.
Nagato's dialogue about his friends, family, and village isn't so different from Sasuke's (when he gave his impassioned speech before Kakashi and Sakura), now, is it? Heck, Sasuke's retribution is exactly like Nagato's, as well, who killed Hanzo, his family, and all associated with him, down to the last child. I wonder, why are people only pressed about Sasuke? It's almost as if it's self-inserting rearing its ugly head, something that I previously explained. (Uchiha hate is always about self-inserting and Sasuke-hate—always!)
They're exactly the same, aren't they? Victims lashing out at extensions (shinobi) of Terrorist States that have exploited, butchered, and pillaged them relentlessly to build their own economies and capitalistic war-machines. Obito told Kakashi and Naruto the whole thing; but their responses are gold! They range from endorsing genocide to outright whiny denial that why would Sasuke choose revenge and not serve the state that butchered his clan? And while I'm at it, can we all stop pretending that Kakashi is anything more than a fascist cunt-bag (Naruto isn't any better)? Thank you.
I mean, what about the other sorts of terrorism conducted by the states? (Haha, Raikage talked the big talk at the summit when he'd attacked Konoha several times and kidnapped Hinata and then wanted Neji's father's head! Yet the fandom still loves him, you see, because he "showed" Sasuke! Whoohoo!)
All of the Kages' confessions at the Kage Summit can be translated into the following: cross-border terrorism, murder of civilians to get funds from Daimyos (which is what started the Third Ninja War as Konoha and other villages were dry on funds), proxy wars, etc. None of this is terrorism? None of these are terrorists? No, you need to be suffering from the "hater-gator Uchiha-curse" to be a terrorist. Nice morality some of you have. It's as if all of you are . . . fucking ducks! Organized mass-scale state-sponsored terrorism? A-Ok. Victims lashing back at the system? Vengeful terrorists. Neat-o! (I've decided to forgo orphan exploitation and slavery they all practiced, too, aside of the slaughters, genocides, and pillaging on the side-lines
Furthermore, to bring the argument back to the Uchiha, the Clan had entered into a "treaty-based contract" with the village, a contract based on equality principles. If you don't uphold the contract, you don't get to decide what the treaty-makers choose afterwards. This is a dangerous "submit or die" mentality that the Fandom preaches to espouse.
(some of these points are not my original and ive taken them from various sources one of them happens to be Dustan go on fanfiction.net she has brilliant insights on this whole situation )

not sure if you have seen, but spacalazarwolf (one of the bigger zionists on here) posted on one of his side blogs about some tumblr user and accused them of fantasizing about zionists taking over the world and obsessing over the whole i/p situation. the person in question, whose post he had screenshotted and shared, had a nightmare that his home was bombed, and they said that while it was just a nightmare, they cant begin to imagine how it is for the palestinians, and he accused them of thinking that the poster actually believes that israel would attack europe and the US, when like. no? they had a nightmare. dreams and nightmares are nonsensical and have practically nothing to do with your current reality. sometimes elements of real life is in dreams, but that doesnt have to mean you think about it any more than any average person, sometimes it's just stuff that comes up on the news. but what do we expect when these zionists really cant find any other way to claim that anti-zionism actively hurts all jewish people... like he has screenshots of that person's post up on his blog and he mocks this person for writing about a dream they happened to have. imagine taking someone's dream diary and accusing them of murder because they had a violent dream once. that's basically what he was doing.
Well if it takes fire off of nightmare guy I will say that I don’t trust a violently genocidal occupation to stop at Palestine’s borders all things considered.

Gabe is engaging with people on twitter now too. Not even sure where to start with all he’s said on there in the past couple of hours. It’s a lot.
i am opening up twitter as i type this. and i dont think ill like what i see, but i think i should see it anyway.
read some of his replies. and its not as bad as i thought. which doesnt. mean. its good. i also dont know where to start. the idea that taking down the misinformation on your social media page with a huge platform is back pedaling. the weight he places on the icj finishing their ruling when theyve already proven that its a genocide in everything but intent yet. i havent gone through everything. i think itd be difficult to sort through it all myself. its technically an improvement in that he has repeatedly acknowledged the devastation of gaza. i guess. not really.
like i said in my tags, if were being completely real. hes not going to be yelled out of this by people he doesnt know on twitter. as someone who has changed some minds and hearts, the most effective way to do involves knowing them and being respected by them first and foremost. people dont logic their way into positions like this. especially in this case.
i have thoughts but i feel like theyll be muddled, so ill stop on this for now. my point is. i think he needs to log off and someone who loves him and respects him enough to check him on stuff like this needs to have a hard conversation with him. and i do think there should he social consequences to his terrible and cowardly views too, but direct confrontation from a bunch of people he doesnt know probably isnt going to hold that weight.
its sickening though that somehow just. seeing whats happened in the past few months hasnt made it click yet that its more than a 'war'. somehow. though.

I've seen Israelis compare Israel to South Africa and the Confederate States and meaning that in a "good" way. I've been awake for an hour and have already witnessed several Israeli people comparing their country to states of racial oppression, apartheid, slavery and just racism. Racism still exists in these areas! No matter who "won". There is no peace if the oppressor wins.
What else do all of these countries have in common? The British taking land and assigning it worth depending on how well their people (British white people or whoever they send in their name) could live there if the native population was pushed out or eradicated.
I know not all Israelis think like this. Not all people in the southern US or South Africa thought like this. But even if a majority does so, which has to be the case for genocide to happen at the hands of a military with obligatory military service, outside pressure needs to be put on Israel, not fucking weapon deliveries, financial support and moral alliance!
Calling people terrorists for putting the only hope they have in Hamas, because there is no military force able to defend them anymore, is cruel and shows that people dont understand, or worse, do understand, that Palestinians would be ethnically cleansed if noone fought back Israeli forces. There is no Palestinian obligatory military service that fuels this war on their side. There are children without parents, parents without children, people who can barely survive, people who starve, fall to their wounds even though they have never wanted to engage in this war. There is no system of froced military recruitment like there is in Israel. So the only hope these people have is Hamas. Wether Hamas is a terrorist group or isnt doesnt matter. Whoever picks up a weapon to defend themselves in Palestine is automatically labelled a terrorist. So why is it any more or less morally acceptable to put your hope in Hamas?
Adding to that: Israel will not stop at the borders of Palestine. The same claim to the lands of Palestine they use to drive out Palestinians, to commit warcrimes against them, to commit genocidal acts, will only expand beyond the borders of what they were given. The first step to preventing this at its core, is disallowing Israel to follow a obligatory military service system. See how many people actually want to serve a genocidal state. (Also defund Israel. Your tax money is helping commit genocide.)

lets be clear here. its not about whether jews have an ancestral claim to the land. this isnt indigenous vs settler because jewish people have no history or ties to the region. the reason the state of israel and the ideology of zionism is not (and can never be) about jewish self determination is because the foundation of the zionism is, in the words of theodor herzl (regarded basically as the father/creator of zionism) himself, "a colonial project." as in its about coming to land already inhabited, forcibly removing the inhabitants, and settling there, and this is reinforced by his approach of england for help in this (not palestine! bc there is no interest in peace with palestinians, which is why nothing but the dismantling of israel wholesale will fix this) because "it is something colonial." (source 1, source 2, source 3)
the palestinians are not indigenous to the land of what is right now called israel purely because they have always, unwaveringly forever been there, its because they were living there when zionists came to implement the settler-colonial project of the state of israel. indigenity is not mystical claims to a land and ancestral ties that the settlers do not have and makes them inherently the morally correct owners of the land, its that they were literally the inhabitants of the land that people (settlers) forced them out of in order to live there themselves (to settle). the decolonize palestine project is correct:
If we reject the “we were there first” argument, and not treat it as a legitimizing factor for Israel’s creation, then we can focus on the real history, without any ideological agendas. We could trace how our pasts intersected throughout the centuries. After all, there is indeed Jewish history in Palestine. This history forms a part of the Palestinian past and heritage, just like every other group, kingdom or empire that settled there does. We must stop viewing Palestinian and Jewish histories as competing, mutually exclusive entities, because for most of history they have not been. These positions can be maintained while simultaneously rejecting Zionism and its colonialism. After all, this ideologically driven impulse to imagine our ancestors as some closed, well defined, unchanging homogenous group having exclusive ownership over lands corresponding to modern day borders has nothing to do with the actual history of the area, and everything to do with modern notions of ethnic nationalism and colonialism.
this is something i had trouble understanding for a long while, because i know of the jewish history in palestine, and i was thinking of indigenous as simply "the people who were there first" and settlers as the unconnected people coming into the land - because this is the common understanding pushed when it comes to indigenity and is echoed in much of the phrases im familiar with with native american activism ("we were here first" "land back" "first americans" "the originals" ..) especially in discussions of land and connection to land, where settlers have no history or ties to the land other than their colonial project. zionists may have ancestral history/ties to this land but that doesnt make them the indigenous people in this situation, they are still settlers despite their history with the land.
because its not about "who was here first" its about the violence needed to make settler-colonial projects happen. ethnic cleansing, apartheid, & genocide are natural components of a settler-colonial project. the violence of ethnic cleansing, apartheid, and genocide on the palestinian people is what this issue is about, and is what means israel should not and cannot exist. because the foundation of the state of israel and the foundations of zionism are predicated on violence - they depend on the expulsion of the palestinian people

you keep talking about eridan pyrope
give us the deets
eridan is a character who i do Not fucking like but is also extremely interesting/entertaining to me. so yeah rambles under the cut
heres my “notes” section in his doc
Eridan Pyrope, instead of being a military history obsessed douche, is a law history obsessed douche. It’s just slightly warping his thing so he’s got a sliiiightly different lense to be a dick about. On the “i’m mean to Eridan” note: what the fuck is up with that trolltag? I came up with it, but it’s still kinda stupid. “Garnishment” refers to a very specific law thing (it’s like an auspitice for owed money I think? Phrasing it for the homestucks) that isn’t particularly applicable to what Eridan Pyrope does (which is be a shithead lawyerboy) and “corrupt” is just outwardly stating he’s a dick with an interestingly warped view of justice. His quirk is me turning v and w upside down—look at that, it’s an n and a m. This leads to a couple weird cases of pronunciation, but I don’t really care enough about this guy to expand on that. “Innsanne” kinda looks weird and you might pronounce it with a short a. Bam, done, I don’t have to talk about this guy anymore. His situation with Feferi is similar to how it is in canon, but with the added danger of Flarping—they’re moirails, he wants to be matesprits, she doesn’t really want to be either and just wants to stop having to deal with all his melodramatic Eridan bullshit. Rightfully so.
i could talk at length about how i frequently go “eridan sucks and i dont like him” in this thing, but nevertheless write about himfor 200 straight words. i literally say “I don’t have to talk about this guy anymore” and then…talk about him more . Right after explaining a bit of his quirk i explicitly stated i didnt want to talk about. my thing about eridan is that, yeah, i dont like him (the murder, the “nice guy” thing, the genocide-y tendencies) but hes also VERY interesting to me. hes just so shitty in a way thag entertains me. obligatory “he was raised on Planet Murder” also. tldr Eridan is so shitty and interesting about how shitty he is
a thing i didnt touch on in the note is his classpect, newly pyroped, is prince of mind—destroyer of logic, i guess. as a prince, he embodies the aspect of heart which is pretty literal in his (if failed) romantic endeavors and emotion-driven decisioms (he IS 13 tho tbf) AND hes driven to irrationality Very Very Notably in bloodswitch murderstuck
since every fucking plotline i think of has to be stupidly circular and complicated (i didnt even touch on bloodswitch hivebent, which is even MORE convoluted but doesnt include eridan in a large way) bloodswitch murderstuck is a chain of events: feferi serket goes missing on the meteor, eridan gets anxious and starts pointing fingers, goes grimdark (like in canon) and starts murdering (rip vriska. for like 10 minutes) and knocks equius vantas unconscious, also revealing his blood color. then eridan pyrope gets vengefully murdered by a clown catgirl right as feferi returns from her meteor exploration trip . it gets worse from there probably but thats the main thing
i reference him having a v warped sense of justice in my notes—specifically calling him “corrupt.” (hes 13 jesus fuck me from. last night. this was an exaggeration tho) i think the guy uses law and justice to further his own agenda, probably in a similar way to the “made for each other” thing in feferis case, and also as a way to exert control in a kinda mind-y way, citing logic in more emotion-based decisions he makes to justify (hehehehe) them
his ancestor (they are unnamed rn :[) was murdered by nepetas, because i heart funky parallels forever and ever and also because dualscar got murdered by ghb in canon so thats pretty easy. he was probably some sort of personal lawyer of cerulean condesce? unsure. point is this funky little lawyerboy is getting so many words out of my idiot head

I also need to clear some stuff about boycotting again.
So whats boycotting?
withdraw from commercial or social relations with (a country, organization, or person) as a form of protest.
Why do we boycott certain things?
Let's take this Israel-Palestine conflict for example. In this one sided war, many nations, celebrities, famous brands are in support of Israel. This is not just saying "I stand beside Israel". They have a huge huge impact of this genocide.
***Many nations who support Israel are helping them in international congress. United Nation is helpless because the USA is in support of Israel. Those nations help with military support and supply war machines.
***useless celebrities, when they write a long post on social media sugar coating Israel may brain wash thousands. We all look upto celebrities right? There's been many proffs that Israel has been paying many celebrities to support them.
***famous brands: whether clothe brand of food brand, they have been supplying their product to Israel and of course they are being commissioned. For example Starbucks.
Now, why do we boycott?
Since boycotting is a form of protest, if you unfollow a certain celebrity or stop buying from a certain store they'd be forced not to support the wrong party. If they don't already support the right side, we might as well need to force it down their throat.
NOTE: IM NOT SPREADING HATRED TOWARDS ANY PARTICULAR NATION, CELEBRITY OR BRAND ( heck I am). BOYCOTTING DOESNT MEAN YOU HAVE TO HATE THEM. IGNORE THEY EXIST FOR A LITTLE WHILE AND THEYLL COME AROUND.
Again. Dont boycott someone who didn't do anything. You should be sure about that person of brand being absolutely d***. So here's a list I made to help you guys out. It will work if we stand our ground.
Products:
Hp. Siemens. AXA( insurance) Puma. SodaStream. Ahava. Sabra. McDonalds. Apple. American eagle.
Celebrities (I'm sure half of them don't even know the full story, now they will)
Gal gadot. Dwayne johnson. Sonam kapoor. Kangana ranaut. Natalia portman. Arnold Schwarzenegger. Courtney cox. Justin beiber. Josh gad. Florence pugh. Liev Schreiber. Katy perry. Mark ruffalo. Jerry Seinfeld. LeBron james. Tom brady. U2. Guy oseary. Amy Schumer. Barbra Streisand. Amar’e Stoudemire. Sarah Silverman. Bar Refaeli. Ronen Rubinstein. Madonna. Floyd Mayweather. Andy cohen. Jamie lee. Debra messing. Sarah silverman. Kris jenner. Mindy kaling. Meghan McCain and many more
Nations: well you know them. I dont need to say it
