— Descriptions: walls in TS4 don't come with descriptions, so I wrote one for all of the bricks in this set ^^
— Mirrored: walls marked with an asterisk (*) have mirrored counterparts. For example, if the wall came with a trim on the right side, I've included a left side version, so you have more wall functionality all around!
— All walls can be found in the build catalogue under Build > Walls > Brick. They share the same prices as their original EA counterparts.
— All walls have a high-resolution texture (512 x 1024 pixels) and come in all of their original swatches.
— Everything has been compressed; the swatch is included in the .zip.

4t2 SleezySlakkard Timber walls in AL Darkwood (part 1?)
Note: I use Dreadpirate×Gunmod's lighting mod, so the walls may look more yellow than with other lighting mods.
I've edited the textures long time ago, but now I got around to optimize the textures with SimPE (because Homecrafter makes the textures look crunchy). This part consists of a basic horizontal timber and left + right struts and I recolored it in AL Darkwood. For the plaster base, I used Cyclonesue's "Medieval off-white plain daub" texture

Vacous Green Court is one of the older suburban areas in the Valley offering a variety of affordable rental options for everyone from the average joe to the aspiring starlet. We can't confirm if the rumors about a young, pre-fame Brytani Cho living on the property are true, but we can confirm that the landlord has a wonderful relationship with the local fire department and a poor relationship with the fuse boxes. That said: fire extinguishers can be provided for units upon request.
The goal of this build was for it to feel like an elevated EA build that fits into the surrounding world and prioritizes function for gameplay. I hope you guys enjoy!

This lot is completely CC Free! It's listed as a "Residential Rental" with 6 available units for your sim to choose from that come in varying sizes. If you're going to be the landlord, I'd personally recommend living in the 1 BR home. Every building is basically a shell to keep with the realism of being a rental which your sims would furnish themselves. Additionally, nearly every gameplay object was placed without the Move Objects On cheat, so you shouldn't have any issues!
Finally, I do have one CC recommendation for this build to make the garage in the back more functional: Landgraab Self Storage Garage Doors by @ravasheencc. As of right now only the 1st and 4th units are accessible, but with these functional garage doors you could make all 4 of them accessible storage units that you could assign to tenants. Not necessary at all, but it crossed my mind as I was building and though it would elevate the playability of the lot!

has anyone actually managed to continue using origin
#every single trick to it online requires you to have downloaded the ea app and have the dl file for an older origin#i have neither#i just want to build a lavender house in the sims 4#offline login doesnt work bc origin suddenly cant find my games in offline mode 🙄#like. do i honestly have to switch to sims 2 completely. dont get me wrong i love sims 2 it has the best gameplay out of the entire series#but building is painful#i dont want to type a code every time i want to start or stop placing stuff off the grid#also i downloaded a cool neighbourhood but there are some lots that crash if i have the rug shadow fix mod installed >:|
