i've been really in a building mood lately even though i haven't been able to pull myself together to finally get everything together to actually post something but i have a really cute house for y'all!
it's actually two houses on this lot but one of them is made to be a fully blacked out shell but obvi you can change it! and it's placed in Del Sol Valley AND there's a pretty sick basement!

FROOT SAVE FILE! 🪁 (under construction)
IT'S FINALLY MY START TO THE FILE PEOPLE !! i've been wanting to do this for a while now but i never actually had the dedication to start it up until recently and i'm happy with said progress so far which is just willow creek! this is just the start so they're just builds right now but there are some furnished and semi-furnished homes for sims that i'm working on for the save but you can obviously do whatever you want with it!
Some basic knowledge about the file, it uses ALL PACKS besides STAR WARS, CASTLE KIT, AND CLOTHING KITS! there's about 20 residential lot's total and 8 community lots, it includes all CC (shoutout to the CC creator's !🩵) (VERY HEAVILY CC'D), and it REQUIRES the TOOL MOD, MCCC MOD, BETTER BUILD BUY, BILLS MOD, GRASS REPLACEMENT MOD (OPTIONAL).

a recreation center
a restaurant
2 parks
2 generic lot's! (they just serve as filler but they have the cigarette vending machine's if you have basemental ! )

some semi-furnished residential's and more "basic" realistic style community lots for willow & windenburg
i had a lot of fun building in windenburg because i never do LMAO
there's a nice subway terminal in the grand plaza of windenburg where sims share their musical talent's and connect, near water front apartments where you can take a stroll down to the cafe to see the lovely hot air balloons.
as for willow creek there's nice suburban area's where community thrives and neighbor's are friendly, you can take a trip to little flock church and maybe meet some new sims right next to the community shelter next door where they host different event's and hold empty rooms available for sims who may need it! right next door there's a fantastic restaurant that has some specialty's of the town.

dirt patch ripped shorts + random tattoo pack 🪴
i love the werewolf shorts and wanted to recolor them to a plain swatch with no pockets and cut out back, just normal shorts. normal. i also wanted to start over from my first attempt of tattoos and hopefully these look better than.. the first one. we don’t talk about it.

Venice High School 🚸
I wanted to make a cuter and more colorful school for teen my sims still with a touch of cold fluorescent lighting just for vibes of actual school life! Just like any other school it has these amenities:
front office
nurses station
cafeteria
a set up for all the weird military people to come and try to get sims to join for.. whatever reason

2 club rooms + a shared art space (they only care about sports and not supporting the arts i see 🎨🚫)
