AGAVE APARTMENT - MAXIS-MATCH CC BUILD

I'm finally sharing an apartment! I chose to build in Oasis Springs and opted for the smallest lot available. There are three units in total, but I've only fully decorated one. I designed it with Johnny Zest in mind. Also, I really wanted to use these two new, coolest sets: Neighborly and Cheap&Chipped by @syboubou. I really loved all the items — especially the empty toilet paper roll; it's my new favorite! LOL.

Additionally, due to some glitches in my game following the For Rent patch, I've labeled this build as "Residential" to avoid any potential issues with saving files. here's a starter apartment build i made for my own gameplay. nothing special, just a box with some decoration slapped on top😅 the roof got irreversibly messed up at some point too, but i thought you guys might be interested anyway!

the lot is playtested both as a café and a rental residential but i highly recommend @down-in-simsland's new lot traits mod for a better "living above a hipster coffee shop" experience!

Homeless Community

After the Vacuous Green lot houses were condemned & bulldozed, the Del Sol Valley fair housing nonprofit acquired the empty lot & repurposed it into a tiny home community for housing insecure sims. This place has pretty much everything your sims may need while they’re trying to secure more permanent housing. Everyone gets a shipping container tiny home to stay in, there’s a rec building, skill building center, garden, therapy, it’s got it all.

Long before we had rentals in The Sims 4, I made a little mobile home park. That's what I wanted to do with it - three distinct units for three families.

So now that we have rentals I had to revisit the concept. I cut it down, though - now there are only two trailers and a communal area, because I was getting some slowdown with the units. This is unfurnished, but move-in ready - bathrooms and kitchens have the basics and there's a sad little playground on the side. I left a few little easter eggs, just bits of debris and small touches. Felt more real to me that way.

Available on the gallery - no cc in this and only used Cats and Dogs (since I put it in Brindleton Bay and added the stray dogs lot trait) and For Rent, but nothing in there is essential.

Whether you are a Glimmerbrook local or a traveler between the realms, there's always a cold pint of ale and a warm, flickering fire waiting for you at The Naughty Gnome Tavern.

I bulldozed the Elixirs and Brews bar and replaced it with my own original build instead! This build is a part of my "Rebuilding Glimmerbrook" series. I hope you guys like it!

This lot is completely CC Free and fully decorated. I've labeled it as a bar lot type with the traits convivial, natural well, and gnomes (obviously, lol). I wanted it to feel very old and barely altered with time: its original medieval/cottage/old world architecture remains, the bar has very few devices or lights that need an electric power source, there are magical artifacts and old pieces of artwork scattered all around, there are functional stables outside as opposed to a parking lot, and so on.

I thought it made sense to move the bar closer to the magic realm's entrance; I imagine that it functions as a great rest point for the spellcasters traveling between the realms!
