After the Vacuous Green lot houses were condemned & bulldozed, the Del Sol Valley fair housing nonprofit acquired the empty lot & repurposed it into a tiny home community for housing insecure sims. This place has pretty much everything your sims may need while they’re trying to secure more permanent housing. Everyone gets a shipping container tiny home to stay in, there’s a rec building, skill building center, garden, therapy, it’s got it all.

Tiny Home World Tour - Oasis Springs & Desert Luxe

I didn't actually have a burning desire to build with the new kit, but I've been putting in time on this between tasks since 9 this morning. So here's an unexpected addition to my Tiny Home World Tour series. When the game updated to support stacking windows, I just knew I was going to have a clerestory field day, but this is probably only the second build where they're featured. I'm usually black/white/gray w/ an accent color, so it was interesting to work with dusty coral and mahogany and sun-dyed earth tones.

Part of my Tiny Home World Tour. Often using the smallest lot in each world. Build/Buy limited to the Base Game + the Pack associated with that world + Tiny Living.

Sims 4 Build- One Room Cabin (BGC+CC)

This is actually a room build, which means that there is no roof. However, you can place it wherever you want on any lot. It also has windows and a door, so the roofing is the only renovation needed. Besides the CC, it only uses base game items. If you have tiny living it is a tier one tiny home.

Ok @breadforhowl are you ready for the ‘one room cottage’ you requested?

I used the lot ‘Cordelia’s Secret Cottage’ in Henford on Bagley (if you have Cottage Living installed), bulldozed it and started again. It’s a Tier 1 micro-home, meaning I used only 31 tiles to build the main house. Unfortunately, this does mean that a one room micro-home has the bathroom *in* the same room, but there are privacy curtains. Everything else is just decoration! I’ve moved in Leon and Ava to take care of the cottage and the animals.
