this super depends on what is stressing me out, but for the most part - grocery shopping. I love going through the fridge to figure out what we need, making a list, going to the store, walking through the aisles, touching things. scanning my own groceries, bagging them up. unbagging them when i get home. love buying things. (probably this is because i am still primarily working from home, so leaving the house is a change of pace). Other things i enjoy to unwind: reading, knitting, coloring, writing, cooking, baking. normal destressing things.
