I’ve not been sleeping well since my mega stressful week last week... a lot went on last week! For me not sleeping makes my pain worse, as well as being a trigger for PoTS and being really bad news for my mental health. My GP was great today as over the weekend I followed my ‘insomnia plan’ and switched up my medications accordingly... it didn’t work! 🙄🤦‍♀️ So tonight I try our new plan and the Hope is it might also calm some of the muscle spasms that have become a daily occurrence while my body adjusts to the nerve damage in my arm.
