i get that for a lot of people moe embodies a lot of very nasty and tangled sociopolitics but to me they are animals that were made in a factory and i love them. a feeling of peace washes over me when i can witness an uncanny neotenous beast in an overdesigned dress roaming in its natural habitat (a constructed diorama, a dollhouse, etc). and i will swear to protect and defend the honor of these precious creatures, who deserve to be unburdened from the shackles of their symbolic interpretation and kept cradled in a contextless psychotic embrace, as it is my duty

dont get me wrong i love that shadows edgy explosion gun grrrrarara i think its awesome and i wish people would stop erasing all his flaws and sharp edges in retaliation to that meme culture surrounding him but my god. it really has fucked him over hasnt it
