The Billionaire’s Vault Fan Art
For the 2022 @crowleybigbang, I had the great honor of creating a fan art piece for @walkingaline‘s The Billionaire’s Vault. The “casefic” involving Crowley and a thief of supernatural artifacts was lush with historically-accurate details and imagery, making it irresistible to someone who appreciates narratives infused with history, culture, folklore, and a rich aesthetic.

In @walkingaline‘s excellent case/heist fic, Crowley is his usual snarky self, stylishly mingling self-interest with twinges of humanity. The thief, “Magpie”, is an emotionally-complex character with sharp edges and even sharper knives, who can more than hold her own against the King of Hell. Not just an opportunity for banter rife with sexual tension, the heist is a well-crafted story of cunning deals and danger. @walkingaline reminds us what a devilishly cunning bastard Crowley can be – in all the right ways.

At the beginning of the 2022 @crowleybigbang, @walkingaline joked that they were going to make stick figure art to promote each fanfic written for this round of the bang.
