I'm surprised at the amount of people who reblog tutorials on how to forcibly turn stuff off on their computer without knowing what said thing does. Like the Tumblr post going around now is probably fine, it's just a Windows search function, but you guys need to NEED TO fucking check if they're basically telling you delete system 32 to make your computer go faster because PEOPLE USED TO DO THAT. this is a Nothing Post but i have considered before that if radiocomputers have games on them... then its not a stretch to say that much like in the real life history of computers, theres bound to be porn games being published in elysium

if we accept that porn games are Real in elysium, we obviously have to consider the likelihood that the resident computer nerds in Disco own or play them. first, we have soona, who probably has an awareness of them, though i can't say if she really cares about them in particular (sorry). she is passionate about coding and gamedev so i still wouldn't brush it off as a possibility.

and for the sake of thoroughness let's include the mentioned but off screen developers in fortress accident: also wouldn't say no to that, though they strike me as being quite pretentious about it in either direction.

Trant, however, is the guy who went to an abandoned building because he knows that a prototype for a computer system used to be developed there (computer history nerd), and plays adventure games in his free time (Gamer). maybe he doesn't love porn games, but it just SEEMS like he would at least take note of them. he would just never talk about them like he talks about anything else, out of a sense of propriety. all this to say that to me, trant is this guy:

yes, I do like them as a couple, I think it is an interesting dynamic and that Tami is good for him honestly, even though they lived completely different lives and crash so many times because of it throughout the last seasons.

fact is Lip won't ever change and will keep making the same kind of mistakes and she will get fed up with it eventually. they'll go different ways, maybe keep a somewhat friendly relationship, and she will get a new partner and Lip will have a Sean kind of relationship with Fred: that kid is the most important thing in his whole life and he's constantly hunted by the fear of drinking again and hurting Fred.

Listen. Percolating concepts and story-structure in my mind while I play a video game counts as writing.

Staring into space halfway through doing the dishes because a descriptive phrase came to me counts as writing.

Dissociating in the shower for fifteen minutes while arcane visions of conversations play behind my eyes counts as writing.

Communing with the miscreants in my head and receiving revelations about their thoughts and feelings about the events of their lives definitely counts as writing.

Sure my document is still nothing but intimidating white screen and lonely blinking cursor.

But I’ve been writing so much these past few days!

Marcio stealthed rescuing the gnomes and tieflings all by himself. Somehow, everyone came out unscathed… except Marcio who was brought down to less than half health by the end of it. Pays off being a cleric and not realizing I can move the game to moderate until Act 3, I suppose.
