(Mr. Villain's day off just ended so mourning the loss of my favorite weekend show with a little doodle. Totally recommended this show to anyone looking for something gentle and inconsequential to watch)
This event takes place 2 years after the end of Act 3 (yeah u heard me right ima add an Act 3)
This is part 1 of 2
Enjoying this and interested in reading the rest of this rf5 fancomic? Then you can check it out on ao3 using this link here (I've got pretty much all of the backlog on there now and extras) but if you wanna keep reading here just check out my pinned post for the links.
Was thinking about my Eliza gijinka I’ve made years back and decided to revisit it!
Eliza is one of your first friends in the game, how can you not love them? Also, am I wrong or is Eliza the first gender fluid character in RF? How great would it be an AU where they are human?
Also, I like how I could not manage to make the design consistent. Just like in RF games–nailed it.
-Drafted out all of the pages I'll release for episode 2. It's way smaller than episode 1 but I want to be ready with a release by sometime next week so it is what it is.
Besides, this isn't a professional comic, so I don't really need a high page count. A lot of the other amateur comics I've been reading on webtoon have pretty small page counts per episode too, so it still looks fine I think.
-With how small the episodes are now, the brothers aren't going to be showing up again for a while so here's a doodle of them just for fun
Happy Tuesday! Here's something a little different today
So i was listening to Alice and Ares' audio clips and felt like the Ares in my head sounds just a biiittt different so i played with a couple of clips and have them here to compare
Robbie Daymond has a fairy like quality to his voice that even when he's voicing older or broodier characters didn't feel quiet like the Ares in my head
As for Evan Gulock well, ive been listening to a lot of episodes of Young Leif and the more i listen to him the more im like yeah, Ares sounds like that too lol. I took this clip from a yt vid he posted called "a town called....whatever" and as most of you probably know, the official Ares voice clip is from the game's ending cutscene
Professor Layton and the Diabolical box was one of the first games I ever played, and I thought it would be a fun pass time to return to while having afternoon tea.
So I've been playing that game again for a few sessions now and majority of the time I make it through a few puzzles, then turn the game off as I finish off my tea.
But today when I turned on the game and this puzzle showed up
Oh the flashbacks I had to my brain fizzling put as a however old I was when I last played (9 or something I think?)
I solved it before shutting the game down and immediately slamming my head onto the table but man even reading it right now I can hear dialup tones in my brain 😂
Sometimes visceral emotions just pair to the most random of events in our lives huh
