[Work in Progress...]
"Falling Starmaker" - "If only I could have been there for you."
Headcanon? Aziraphale saw the Starmaker's Fall, but didn't (couldn't) intervene.
Tumblr media
6 thousand years later, he still regrets. He should have been there for him.
Tumblr media
Sorry, this WIP can be difficult to understand for now, so here is my pic ref. I am still wondering if I will acheive this one in "Red Art" style, or if I'll try to colour it - colouring is not easy for me, I am still a beginner...
What do you think, dear Good Omens fam?
See ya!

I was watching Reel james interview with Aaron and there he pointed out that in the scene where we learn about Aaravos' prision, there's actually a giant corpse burried there. It was a hidden element and apparently important to the story, enough to be connected to Aditi being "swalloed" but not in the way we might think! I feel like we might know who that corpse belonged to, so I'd like to connect the dots and present to you all my theory.
Being straight foward, who do i think that corpse belongs to? Leola. Why? And why that matters? I'll present my case:
I think that the Startouches are Gods that created the world of Xadia, both human, dragons and elves. Aaravos and Leola were close to one another (as friends, family or lovers?), but Leola was the first one out of the two to pity the humans. Leola cared for humanity and Aaravos cared about Leola. Leola then decides to help the humans, maybe she tried to act under the radar and disguised herself as a unicorn, so the others Startouches wouldn't find out about this, as the humans were MEANT to be weak and suffer.
But soon after, they find out that Leola gave humanity magic, and decided to punish her for it, leading to her death? And because Aaravos was close to her, but not the one that defied their plans, he was spared by the others, but casted out to the world of Xadia, unable to go back to his people, and stripped away from his original status and power. Filled with bitterness, he plotted his revenge, to undo and destroy all of the other Startouches creation from inside out, by the hands of humanity, the ones that Leola pitied, the ones that the others despised, and in the process he got closer to humanity, learned their culture, their ways of doing things, he learned the love that Leola held for those creatures. She was prometheus and he was Lucifer!
If it wasn't obvious, I think the Startouch can shapeshift, I think they're actually massive beings, and both the skelleton and the statues are actually their original sizes!
Some of it is just pure headcanons because I don't have strong evidences, but here is what I do have:
Recently we learned from Aaron that the Startouch elf we see in the opening is actually named Leola!
Tumblr media
It came as a surprise because Leola was also described as a unicorn, but not just any unicorn, the very one that gifted humans with primal magic. This is information comes from Tales of Xadia Handbook:
Tumblr media
And when I read that tweet from Aaron, I immediately went to check that info on Leola, because I never actually read the handbook, and I was puzzled when I found a screenshot of that text and also the information on the wiki about unicorns, because in both wiki and the handbook is only written that "the elves" warned the unicorns, but WHICH elves? I distincly had the memory of it being the FIRST elves (aka, Startouch Elves), and then today I remembered where that info came from!! Is from book one: moon prologue!
Tumblr media
Previously I theorized that "Ripples" is not a story about how humans came to wield Dark magic, but actually a story BEFORE they even learn that. The reason for that is the choice of words used to describe the magic.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
"Precious primal flames" "undeserved power", such words used to describe what they had and what was destroyed. And then there's the implication that Aaravos' plan was to have the destruction of the Startouch empire come from the hands of the very humans they once despised so much.
The next logical thing to get from Ripples was that it described the birth of the Sea of the castout, caused by none other than Aaravos falling from the sky! The short story describes a small star falling down, changing the world, birthing a new sea.
Tumblr media
It HAD to be Aaravos right? He's a fallen star! But he wasn't the one that gifted humanity with primal magic, through primal stones. He was the one that gave them the Dark magic. Back then I thought that maybe he was the one to do it, but if Leola and Aaravos are connected, then ripples might be about Leola's passing/falling.
Cookiesaddict made a post pointing out the possible connections of Aaravos and Leola, you should read it, but to summarize the points. Once in the NYCC this question was made:
Tumblr media
Cookie suggested that this person might be Leola. During the S5 watch party I asked Devon if the Statues in the Sea of the cast out were made before or after Aaravos was impriosioned, because people were wondering why the hell would the prision have that GIGANT STATUE almost screaming: HEY, AARAVOS IS HERE!! COME GET HIM!! and this was the response!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Now, we see that statue both in the show and as a sketch, the other elf is known as "The merciful One" as disclosed by Aaron on twitter. BUT HMMMM THAT SKETCH.... LOWKEY REMINDS ME OF... THIS SKETCH....
Tumblr media
The one from Ripples!!
Personally I think in S6 Aaravos will tell Viren about Leola, and maybe through that story we'll find out why the hell did Aaravos insisted on having Viren to live until the end, and how their themes/motives are actually more similar than we thought it was. It's not about power, but about what they'll do to save/avenge their loved ones, their family. I also read a theory that the sparklepuff sacrifice was a test on Aaravos part, while I do think that with the theory of mine it might make sense, I also fail to see why would he go to such an extent to test Viren? Maybe Aaravos realizing that Viren is much more of a family driven man than he already knew he was (as he mentioned he wouldn't expect him to sacrifice Claudia or Soren) will be the thing to trigger their interactions where Aaravos tells him about Leola. As things stands now, Viren is the only logical character to be the narrative tool in which Aaravos shares his side of the story. They're the one that have the most intimacy for him to be "vulnerable", and perhaps their final departure will come from Viren trying to talk Aaravos out of his path of revenge, to share the realizations he had with his nightmares, ohhh my god, can you imagine, Aaravos finally is vulnerable, finally shares about Leola, shares his grief, to the one he thought might understand, because they're similar, but Viren is too far into his search for personal redemption, and belittlethe bitterness Aaravos held in for so long. Super ultra gay divorce is coming (in my delusions).

Shin's Belt
I really rather like that the symbol on Shin's belt is that of the alchemical symbol for chaos. Let me tell you why:
Chaos represents the concept of everything doing everything all at once; existing together, in tangent, or not at all. It represents all paths and what lies beyond what was made to believe is set in stone. The definition of chaos is not particularly the opposite of order in this circumstance, but it can be used that way.
More clearly, chaos provides an opening for new beginnings; to disrupt what is stagnant or what doesn't feel right to present alternative pathways. Chaos is needed to undo pressures, expectations, norms, etc. so that an individual can learn to be themselves; to grow and change as needed.
It's very much not the evil or negative symbol pop culture and Hollywood would have you believe. I've even seen it used to refer to Satanists, which is very much not true. Dark practitioners can and do use this symbol, but this symbol does not represent them. They don't own it nor can they control it/assume authority over it. It's not exclusive to one group either: anyone can utilize it however they see fit and like with most things, that could go in any direction. We will be focusing on the balance between the negative and positive aspects of chaos here in this write up.
That being said, on to why this symbol is important for Shin's character arc:
Firstly, Shin is devout and loyal to Baylan; her Master and depending on how you look at it, potential father figure. He's everything she's ever known and his own views, teachings, and opinions have been pressed on her since she was young. There's nothing particularly wrong with that, seeing as that's usually how parenting/teaching goes, but it isn't allowing her to see beyond that. The box is small and she finds herself unable to think outside of it due to her loyalty to him.
When Baylan begins to refuse to tell her crucial details about his plans and goals, she begins to question him and her idea of him. This is the beginning of chaos' disruption over her life and as the show progresses, this disruption continues to grow. It's a butterfly effect, if you will; the seeds of disarray have been planted and they have the potential to grow into something exponential.
She comes into contact with Sabine Wren, who has lived a very different form of life compared to her own and I believe the simple interactions between them helps to spur the questions she suddenly has about her life in general. There are things and people that can and do live outside of the box in her mind and while she's probably aware of this, she hadn't truly understood what that meant until this point. With her master's increased elusiveness and the lack of answers, plus the eye-opening revelations that witnessing bits and pieces of Sabine and Ahsoka's relationship (I.e Seatos), the seeds of distrust and further questions begin to take root and sprout. Her mind is opening to other things; the walls of the box are beginning to crumble.
By the time they're on Peridea, Baylan's motives are entirely unclear and somewhat unpredictable to her. She's confused by him and what he wants. Chaos is taking greater hold of her now; her life is changing so quickly and in directions she can't forsee like the arrows of the symbol that gesture to all directions simultaneously. The seeds begin to uncontrollably grow into trees regardless of her attempts to reconnect with him.
Then he abandons her.
Without a word on where he went, Shin's found herself alone. The walls of her box have been destroyed, the wound made worse by Ahsoka's offer to help. Chaos has upended her normalcy, her comforts, her mental and emotional stabilizers, her trust, her view of self; her life. What began as seeds have rapidly grown into a sprawling forest and now she has to deal with the wreckage.
The change is for good though. With Sabine and Ahsoka stranded with her, she has the opportunity to step into her own person. She now has the opportunity to find herself; to make her own decisions, to spend some time with other people like her. She has the ability to learn and grow free of her box and the restrictions that had been pressed on her since joining Baylan, however long ago that happened to be.
Shin gets to be her own person now, and she can do whatever she wants with that :)
Edit: I realized I forgot to mention the little dots within the wheel!
Symmetrical to the Norse story of Hati and Skoll [who were sons of Fenrir (and Fenrir is the son of trickster God Loki and Jötunn giantess Angrboða)], the wheel of chaos on Shin's belt sports two little dots which I believe represent the sun and moon [and thus the wolves that chase them; Skoll (the one who mocks) and Hati (the one who hates) respectively]. As it goes, the celestial bodies rise in the East (right quadrant on the belt) and set in the West (left quadrant on the belt). The little dots are doing just that. The dot on right I believe represents the moon, or Shin, and that the dot on the left represents Baylan. The moon is rising and the sun is setting, showing that Baylan's time in her life is ending and her own time is just beginning.
Either way, it's a very hopeful symbol in my opinion :)

Hey everyone long time no see. I’m very sorry for being gone again. I’ve been very busy and all and just didn’t know what more to post right now. Heck, I didn’t even feel like trying out the whole Rc9gn November prompt thing as I usually either aren’t in the mood for those kinds of stuff or felt like I wouldn’t be able to finish it all so yeah, I wasn’t doing that.
Thankfully, I have gotten to finish a Rc9gn drawing. And this one is, of course, First Ninja related!
Tumblr media
As you can see, it’s basically just random colored doodles or whatever. Along with slightly more shading practice which I’m not very proud of.
Now you may be wondering about the whole green marks thing here and well…it’s just something that came to mind while being stuck in my Rc9gn thoughts. I thought: “what if while fighting the sorcerer before he trapped him underground for good, First Ninja ended up getting some pretty bad dark green marks from his enemy blasting him a few times?”.
And that’s what that is about. They’re kinda similar to burn marks I guess and in that one with him standing fully, you can see that one mark near his left eye is slightly healed. Will it be apart of my headcanon? Idk but I’m thinking about it and so far, I’m kinda liking it.
I’ll try to post more soon but only when I can or are in the mood. (I have a big feeling that I have already said this before many times so if I have, I’m sorry.)

So like what if Billy didn't need to breathe. Like we know Captain Marvel doesn't need to so what if that carried over to Billy but only in space.
He could still drown but he could be launched into space and be perfectly fine. The only reason I came up with this bullshit is because it would be really funny if someone just looked out a window in the watchtower and Billy was just floating in space with like a juice box or something

How would Solor and the Hydras react to the reader, looking them in the eyes and saying, "I love you" and meaning it?
𝕷𝖔𝖛𝖊 𝖄𝖔𝖚
Tumblr media
𝕬𝖚𝖙𝖍𝖔𝖗: It’s like that one prompt of them saying “I’m holding the world in my hands.” Or something similar of that anyways. This is also set in the new plot.
𝕿𝖆𝖌𝖌𝖊𝖉: @kit-williams, @egrets-not-regrets. Figured you two needed some lil' sweetness too. I'm not just NSFW...simps.
Tumblr media
Hydra, as we all know is a sneaky lil’ sh*t. So, when you take him by the jaw and say “I love you” with the most sincere, adoring look in your eyes he’s going to be a lil’ sh*t.
Well, he wants to anyway, but he sees just how much you mean it. See how much you actually love him; despite all the things he's done. Despite what he is. His hearts give a "little" ache.
He'll pull you in closer to him. His head nuzzling the top of your head trailing down, kissing your cheeks before giving you a lasting kiss. Giving a light purr as you accept his invitation to your lips. A gauntlet settling on your hips as he deepens the kiss, leaving you craving more of his rather loving attention.
Perhaps, he should celebrate this adoring victory of his with the one who proclaims her love to him? Show her just how much their little serpent does to them.
Asclepius, is more... warry of your loving proclamation. How could you possibly love someone as such as him? How could you accept him as your suitor? How could you possibly say "I love you" to him?
He doesn't believe that he has earned such loving words from your mouth, but when your thumbs strokes his jaw, just like the first time he's met you. He reconsiders, his head nuzzling into the palm of your hand, kissing it.
He would never trade this "unrequited" love for the world. He will cherish it. He will cherish anything you give him. Whether it's your love, gift or your body. He will cherish it, just as you cherished him.
Leviathan is the classier one with you saying "I love you" to him. Don't get him wrong, he heart's ached in his chest too when you gave him your adoring look at him. That he couldn't help but give you a deep rumbling purr that shook your own bones as he picked you up, nuzzling into your neck.
He knows how much those words mean to another. To his brethren. To him. It felt so... nice to hear it from their little serpent. So heartfelt. He had to reward you for making them- him feel as much.
He'll place you on the bed, keeping up his vibrating purrs as he curls up around you, practically pulling you underneath him like a mother hen. Your stuck there until he decides that you can move and that's okay because his purrs and soft nuzzles always sent you to sleep.
Solor, would short-circuit there for moment. Did you really just say that? Did you really say "I love you" so adoringly. So pure of meaning to him? He couldn't help but stare at you for a moment after that as your hands settled on his jaw.
Oh, how he dreamed of you giving such a look to him. To say those three precious words to him. Feel your devotion to him as he did to you.
He'll pull you close, his lips kissing at your neck before he went for your lips, surprising you as he kept you in place. Giving you a rather passionate, breathless kiss of the day.
"I love you too, my little maiden." He purred, pressing his forehead against yours.

As much as I've always been pretty critical of the Lost Agent arc, and the Fullbringers as a concept, and the way their individual powers were handled... There really were a few little nuggets worth exploring that I wish there had been better plot accomodations to do so with.
Tumblr media
I love the whole animist idea, I just don't know that it fit very well into the Bleach world building. The idea of imbuing spirit and power and indeed a Heart into inanimate objects, especially in the context of Ichigo and Ginjo having lost shinigami powers in different ways, COULD have made for a really fascinating parallel with zanpakutou if it had been even lightly explored.
Tumblr media
And while the idea of the Fullbringers getting their innate powers as a consequence of hollow attacks on their mothers was wildly and needlessly arbitrary, I DO wish they'd interrogated the Hollow-like nature of those powers. We got a few back stories more or less just establishing that they were all a little toxic, but not all in ways that reflected the Hollow M.O. it didn't come as a conflict of powerful desire and overindulgence. It didn't manifest as a need to consume and destroy those close to them.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
It could have been really interesting to see more of how a human can have an innately hollow like personality or impulse problems. It could have been cool to see how a familiarity with hollows spiritually could have resulted in a natural need to manifest a mask, but the mask is the Fullbring, but the Fullbring is more like a zanpakutou and its shikai than like a hollow mask. So instead of putting the best of yourself into a sword that can look you in the eye and offer you power in exchange for self respect and understanding you put the worst of yourself into an object and it gives you power in exchange for indulging in your compulsions and fixations.
Really the best version of this that we got was Riruka, where her "love" is literally possessive and manifests that first time as her abducting the boy she's basically stalking. And basically no one else got this kind of relationship with their Fullbring
Arguably Yukio replacing his negligent parents with his videogame world sort of touches on a version of it as well, but he's given such a passive role in that dynamic that it doesn't quite reflect on him so much as on his parents. If anything it could have been interesting to see his life as not as bad as he'd convinced himself it was, but that he actively chose fantasy over reality, rather than being pushed towards it by circumstance.
Tumblr media
Alternatively it could have been cool to see how the Fullbring itself could've been hollow-like. In the way a hollow puts itself into its mask, a Fullbringer puts themselves into their objects. Is the spirit given to that special object benevolent, or even ambivalent, or is it a repository for all its user's negative thoughts and feelings? Does it grow stronger only as it serves to mask more and more of their self hatred and identity issues? Like the initial threat of the inner hollow swallowing and consuming an identity that Hirako threatens Ichigo with, could the Fullbring itself have threatened to consume its user? If you put enough of yourself into the object, and the object gains power and identity, is it possible that one day the object contains more of "you" than you do? Does it begin to want power on its own? Does it start to take more of that power, that emotional investment, that connection, that heart from its human user?
It would have been an interesting vehicle for Ichigo's arc if the Fullbring has explicitly been powered by unhealthy obsession and the substitution of a fetish totem in place of real interpersonal connections: if Ichigo's implicit flaw had been his attachment to his powers as an extension of his need to protect others. The way Riruka's flaw was in how she loved people onesidedly, literally objectifying them. The way Yukio's flaw was in how he retreated into a fake reality while neglecting the real one in a desperate need for control.

I know that in most fanfics asking about a ghost’s death is like, taboo. But I feel like it’d be the opposite- they will very casually talk about their death- just not their grave. Because you don’t disturb those, and telling someone where it is could lead to issues. However, Halfas are a tossup on reactions, because they’re still alive, they still have a human brain that processes trauma and emotions in a human way. While full ghosts have cores, they have both. And most halfas don’t want to think about the fact they’ve already died.

I find it kinda funny that we’ve only seen N sleeping upside down because what if he’s the only one who actually does that? Imagine if J and V have no idea where he goes when he goes to sleep and one morning after N cuts it close coming back from one last hunt, he tells them something like “sweet dreams, guys” then flies up to a high support beam, wraps his tail around it, swings himself upside down, and wraps himself in his wings to go to sleep while V and J are like “what the??”

Please, someone who can draw, I beg of you, make something of Shin blowing bubbles with the little wand and the bottle of bubble soap. I feel like she needs that joy in her life.
Offhandedly, I think Sabine would be the one to give her bubbles to play with. Whether or not you ship them, that seems like a very Sabine thing to do.
