When I draw locations from deltarune I do my best to represent them as they are presented to us in game, as if the images we see are literal. Then I slowly lose my mind trying to figure out how their sprites work until I eventually remember that everything is representational and the images we see don't represent the reality of the location. (Case in point, the exterior of the school can't line up with the interior. Probably because the buildings aren't to scale, but also just... the layouts are different. Where's that second story, huh? How do those windows in the back hallway work?)

So it doesn't really matter what my backgrounds look like. But THEN, I remember that I'm relying on people to be able to identify locations in the comic so they have to at least sort of look like their in-game counterpart, which loops me back around to trying to make things look right... etc.

I just got ready to serve cunt i am dressed up and got info that 2/3 of my classess were canceled. Icluding the one that was supposed to have a TEST

this Wednesday I’m gonna be alone for morning circle time (which is literaly 10 minutes) and I’m like. prepping for it LMAO

I was debating whether or not to add this to my Deltarune water post then decided at the last minute not to.

So while watching a playthrough of Deltarune chapter 1, I noticed something:

Where the wall meets the ceiling, it looks a little bit like there’s water damage to me.

Of course it could be because the room has fallen into disuse, but this WAS the location of a Dark World. And given the room’s possible connections to Gerson, shown by the old drawing by Alvin on the closet…

today at work we are playing a game where 6 people have a paper penguin hidden on them. you go around and ask people if they have a penguin, and if they do, they have to give it to you. you cannot immediately ask for the penguin from someone that just took it from you, you have to wait an hour

i got a penguin at around 1 pm when i was walking around and i ran into the art teacher. i've been in my locked classroom doing work since then. a little after 2, the art teacher used her master key to open my door and get my (her old) penguin back. but i immediately called for my coteacher to take it from her. then the chorus teacher took it from my coteacher. then i took it from the chorus teacher. then my coteacher took it from him. then a special education teacher came out of his room and took it. then i got it from him AND RAN TO MY ROOM. i have the penguin again.

i almost got it gone again when someone i trusted (a math special education teacher) knocked on my door because i assumed he needed a math thing because i sometimes help him with stuff. but no, he was trying to help a science special education teacher get the penguin. but i loudly closed my door before anyone could ask for the penguin.

so now i wait until 3:30. it is 2:50. the prize for winning isnt even a lot. it's just a gift from the school store, so probably like some chips and a soda.

and to think i wasnt even going to participate today
