while im fighting through the tears can we talk about bryce’s character development in oph book 2 ch 11??

like the famous line with his scalpel shaking already shatters my heart, but playing as him just adds a whole other level of sorrow 😭

his confidence never shakes him until mc is in danger and he struggles to keep himself calm for the first time in his career..

seeing how hard he fights to keep calm just breaks my heart but makes me adore him so much more at the same time

i hate this chapter so much pb. but i also love you for it <3

I've been really disinterested in Choices lately but I just suddenly missed my babies a month ago, so I commissioned the incredible @/artbyainna on IG and as always, she did an amazing job! Not that you could ever expect anything else from her.

The idea behind this commission was simple - Bryce comforting my Open Heart MC, Joshua, after he is wakes up from a PTSD induced nightmare in the middle of the night.
