How They React When You Proposition Them (Harlots Preference)
Lady Repton: She’d be delighted that you propositioned her on your own terms. She’d find it extremely flattering that you wanted her by choice, as she’d had her eye on you for a while. She’d agree to your proposition immediately, not wanting to wait to have her chance with you.
Lydia Quigley: Lydia would find your offer adorable. Of course, she wouldn’t give you an immediate answer, only lead you to believe you stood a chance with her. She’d play at your feelings for a while before letting you think you’d coerced her, when really, she would have let you into her bed all along.
Margaret Wells: Margaret would be both surprised and flattered. She wouldn’t have expected you to be so bold as to proposition her, but she’d certainly be intrigued by the idea of having you in her bed. She’d play a bit coy at first, make you work for it, but she’d let you seduce her in the end.
Nancy Birch: Nance would have burst out laughing, thinking you couldn’t possibly mean it. She’d think the fact that you wanted her in such a way was preposterous. When she realized you actually meant it, she’d instantly get shy. It had been so long since she’d let anyone so much as touch her. She wasn’t sure she’d be ready for something like that.

So, thanks to @selkiewife I've been thinking about Harlots and what Hogwarts houses the characters fit into. I haven't gotten around to everyone but here's what I've got so far.
I think Nancy could be a Hufflepuff. She's obviously loyal, and surprisingly nurturing, having mothered both Wells girls, and singing bawdy harlot songs to babies whenever she gets the chance. She's also very supportive in her own Nancy way, like when she urged Mags to turn up for Violet Cross' hearing, and encouraging Isabella to embrace her situation.
There's so many Slytherins, y'all. Cherry Dorrington, for starters, as she clearly is willing to do anything to better her situation. Mags is Slytherin af, and so is Charlotte because they're basically the same person with all the scheming and manipulation. They're stubborn and reckless like Gryffindor, but there's no hiding that Slythern-ness. Lydia would be in this House, too, and is arguably the reason the other two are the way they are, having set the foundation.
Lastly, I'd put Isabella in Hufflepuff. Isabella, who volunteered her home for Charlotte's wake mere moments after finding out she was keeping a secret, who sought to shake up the social structure of London for the sake of her lover, who loved her only daughter so deeply that she was willing to never have contact with her for years in order to protect her.
And that means
that a Hufflepuff
fell in love with a SLYTHERIN.
And if that's not wholesome and heartwarming, I don't know what is.

In season two, Cherry Dorrington tells Emily Lacey about her mother when she is explaining why she spied for Quigley: My ma was small. Any flotsam passing, she'd say, you cling to it. Keep yourself afloat. I chose the wrong raft. I'm sorry. I like to think that Cherry's memories of her mother is also what keeps her afloat and makes her such a great survivor.

Emily not really being pregnant...having that confirmed in the second to last episode of the season...Cherry confirmed to be going with Emily and Charles back to Lydia’s...Cherry mentioning in past dialogue that specifically her mother was also a dwarf... I don’t think the show will do it, and I’m not sure we know whether or not Cherry and Charles ever had intercourse that could result in a pregnancy, but God what a power move if the woman Lydia called “it” ends up carrying her grandchild.
