I need everyone to know that the german word for mullet (the hairstyle) isn't a word at all.
It's the equivalent of calling the mullet "Froshbalo" in english.
Why? Because Vokuhila (the German 'word') is simply "Vorne kurz hinten lang" (Front short back long)
I need everyone to know that.
And I will now start calling a mullet a Froshbalo because honestly that word is banging.

Are audio/radio dramas for children not a common thing in other countries??????
I spent 90% of my childhood listening to audio dramas of Die fünf Freunde(Famous five), Hanni & Nanni (St. Clare's), TKKG and many more while playing with Legos or drawing or whatever.
What did all of you do if radio dramas aren't as widespread???? Sit in silence?????
A N D apparently you're allowed to just....make stories up for radio dramas???
Hanni & Nanni originally only consists of 6 books by Enid Blyton and 2 by Pamela Cox.
Do you know how many audio dramas there are in Germany????
76 episodes.
There are 22 Famous five books.
There are 157 audio dramas.
Are you telling me the rest of the world did not grow up listening to these adventures???? Y'all were robbed.

Ngl in this age of 'Sephora Kids' here and 'child influencers' there, watching a couple of kids play a made up version of hot potato while waiting for the train is really healing to me.
Like the kids are gonna be okay. They can still play make believe and have little inside jokes and they're going to be fine.

I have rotten object permanence, meaning I often do not remember things that I don't interact with regularly. But as soon as I smell something my mind just goes '!!!!!' and remembers the most bizarre things sometimes. I once smelled the strawberry milkshake I often had on vacation when I was young and was hit with the strongest sense of Fernweh + nostalgia.

It's fucking MAY and I am out here dying of the heat. It's not supposed to be this hot up until August.
It's probably not very hot to a lot of you, but I am NOT build to withstand more than 30°C (86°F for you "Amis") on a regular basis. When I was in elementary school we would get Hitzefrei (heat free) when it got to 35°C because it was considered too hot to be able to concentrate.
I hate heat. A good summer to me is max 25°C (do the maths yourself USA) up to maybe 30° on the hot days in August.
Not 28°C in fucking May.

Okay first round gushing:
SLDJFJSKAKAL IT WAS SO GOOD!!!
they did the perfect mix of the 1998 and 2016 Broadway versions of Mr. Mistoffelees;;;;;
He was there!!! In all his gay glory!!! With the rainbow jacket and a completely glittering bodysuit!!!! Hhdhhdjshhjgj it was amazing.
All of the actors and musicians gave their all and they made sure you'd notice. I am beyond excited to maybe see them again if the tour comes back my way next year.
