a little reflection

I get it. Everything that happened today in the fandom, I understand. I've been on this ship too long not to understand why what happened happened. That Camren shipper account has been the nuisance of the fandom for a long time and they crossed the line. I know. It wasn't right what they did, but what Lauren did wasn't right either. Not only because of the word she has used to respond to the Camren shipper account, but because she herself has experienced harassment and everything that bothers me is the same as always.

It bothers me that every time Lauren mentions the fandom in a negative way, she empowers those "fans" to throw shit at us. EVERY SINGLE TIME. What bothers me is that we all have to fall into the same bag every time this kind of drama happens, it's exhausting, because that only happens when Lauren talks about it. And I understand it. Camren con Tortilla has been my personal nightmare since I've been in this fandom, but before today nothing had happened folks, nothing.

Nothing happened to put the antis on alert.

Nothing extra happened, except for one small detail. Lauren paid attention to a Camren shipper account before responding to what she responded to this other Camren account.

And yes, the first Camren shipper account talked about Always Love (AL) and the second account did too. What was the error of the second account? That in addition to talking about AL they also mentioned Laucy, Tyren and Camren

That was the problem, folks. It's been a while since Lauren has referred to the fandom in any way, but oh coincidentally, she's paid attention to two CS accounts positively and negatively. Why? Always Love. Smart mutuals will understand.

It's also no coincidence that Lucy just appeared on a Tik Tok livestream talking about Lauren. Just when Always Love is being promoted. That's not a coincidence, we all know that everything is connected.

This fandom has survived for years in the shadows because nothing we talk about goes viral. We're not like Larry or Kaylor and that's because we know we have to keep everything low key.

Or is it that they haven't realized that the only times the fandom has gone viral is when Lauren talks about Camren even if it's in a negative way?

She practically did the same in some way but I think that she made a mistake with the word she used to answer to that "fan". Mental health again. A word like delusional that we now use in our favor.

So... I understand. I will support AL (I have two cellphone for the streaming 🤭) and I will support the girls separately and together as always, but I'm tired. We are not Camren con Tortilla. They doesn't represent me, us. That's why I'm tired. Even when I know everything I'm tired.

I'm going to say this once and leave it here to avoid any further questions about Lauren's circus. It seems to me what it is, a public relations circus neither more nor less and as such, I ignore it. I know you guys could do the same, but I know how this shit works so I don't care if you do it or not anymore. As for Camila and the diva, it all seemed like a desperate attempt by someone who wants that disastrous couple back together. I don't think that disgusting circus is going to return but I prefer to leave it there and not comment on it anymore.

Now, for those who want to get off the Camren ship because they think Lauren's circus is real, there you go. I'm not here to convince anyone of anything, I stopped being interested a long time ago.

To those who need to get off the boat because they are fed up with circuses, no problem, folks. You will always be first. They have all the support in the world.

And those who have decided to stay, my congratulations folks! I think you guys will always be Camren's best fans. Even those like me have decided to stay despite being focused on another fandom. We will never stop being Camren shippers and I think that a relationship as beautiful as that of the girls should always be honored, no matter how much time passes.
