u know that post that's like having a f/o that's like a place? i defs feel that about x.men media especially animated iterations (and maybe the idea of the x.mansion itself). I actually got into x.men (without a lot of prior knowledge) via wolverine and the xmen in 2009 when it was airing 😳😳 I loved x.men e.volution too (you could watch it for free on youtube back in the day lol) but yeah... maybe it was my impressionable young mind but I still feel like me and the characters mutually know each other hahaha. x.men 97 defs gives me the same feeling of familarity like everyone's hereee!!! I need to try and expand my cable/me lore to be more exploratory of the source material and interactions with other chatacters I think. I had this printed out and stuck on the back of my door when I was 10 or so like. those are my friends.

Not to be dramatic but I think between getting back into Doctor Who bc of the specials and watching Dan and Phil do gamingmas with my friends a not insignificant part of my middle school induced trauma is healing

Choi Ha-neul, or just Hana for short, starts her second year of undergrad in late 2019, alongside her lifelong best friend Ryn, and recent additions from freshman year; Aurora and Reese. These four hit up the library between classes a lot and there, frequently run into an incoming freshman who seems troubled and alone... so naturally, they friendopt her and make her join in on their group escapades.

They’re just starting to get closer as a group and become true, genuine friends when the spring 2020 semester rolls around, and with it.... well. You Know.

y'know I feel like I deserve some kind of award for putting up with so many triggers (both for our PTSD and for our OCD and psychosis) while sleep deprived, essentially jetlagged (from flipping our sleep schedule in one day), experiencing a migraine so bad we can't stop shaking, experiencing sensory overload for 8+ hours a day from loud noises that are also making the migraine worse, and getting constant flashbacks for multiple days in a row
