Dating Mark Fishbach headcanon;)
mark's love language is definitely physical touch. he loves running his hands up and down your legs while you sit on his lap, watching him edit a video. he would squeeze the meat of your thighs, admiring how your soft skin kneads so easily in his hands.
he would have a short temper, especially when you game with him. if you accidentally deleted a file on his computer or messed up his editing somehow, he would lose it for a bit, but he'd try not to take it out directly on you, knowing how you react when he yells at you. if he wasn't able to contain it, he would immediately soften at the sight of you crying, sad eyes glued to the floor. he'd take you up in his arms and kiss the top of your head, swaying back and forth as he embraced you. Kiss Kiss Fall into another old hyperfixation
Anyway, I randomly wanted to redesign the main cast of Ouran in my style/ with headcanons and my own embellishments
Here's a screenshot redraw, I'll put all the redesigns below the break bc I did all the main characters & wanna talk about the choices I made. Also I made up that uniform redesign on the spot bc I when I was doing the characters I just put them in casual clothes lmao
(I might do some others later, like Renge, Kasanoda, Yasuchika, Benibara, etc.)
Going in order of my least favorite to top favorite. And dont mind that I didn't color the clothes, that's not whats important here lmao
Mori is only at the bottom because I don't like the drawing that much, I still think the design is pretty good. Though, like right when I finished coloring, I decided a bun/top-knot would look better so it's a bit disappointing there. In my head, Mori is kind of struggling to figure out who he is & what he wants to do, which is why he follows Honey around and doesn't talk much. He does genuinely like being around the other hosts though.
Also, the undercut because A) he has the reputation for being the scary one & it kinda suits that, B) uh do I even have to say it? ...its hot He does lowkey look like Sokka from Avatar tho, especially with the blue accents
(edit: I accidentally deleted Mori's file so now this is the only copy so 😭)
Honey is next because again I think the drawing itself is a little off and the design is pretty close to Basil from Omori, which i didn't notice until it was too late lmao. One of the main things I didn't like about his character in the show was obviously how childlike he was & how girls still flirted with him even though he looked and acted 6; So now he still acts a bit childish but doesn't play it up as much & definitely has a more normal voice, not a fckn child's.
Haruhi! I definitely had to keep her glasses cuz they were really cute and kinda sold the whole 'commoner' thing in a way. But other than that I mainly wanted to balance out her femininity and masculinity to make her more androgynous/nonbinary/gender-fluid since she definitely has some of that going on in the show as is. I also gave her dark circles under her eyes to kinda show that she worked really hard to get into Ouran with low status.
Next up is Tamaki of course, getting into the characters I'm most happy with the designs of. One small thing I tried to do for each of them was give them varying hair tones; so even though Honey and Tamaki are both blond, I went very platinum-blond with him. When I started drawing him, my only real thought was "he has to be a pretty boy" so I dont have much to say about my choices, but i do think I succeeded. Don't mind the modern mullet thing, I can't stop it
Kyouya is definitely one of my favorite characters as is, seeing as he has one of the more fleshed out & heart-wrenching backstories in the show. I think the only thing I really wanted to change was getting rid of the Anime Bangs, so I just gave him this kinda sleek, kinda messy pushed-back look with a blue tint. Even though it's simple, I really struggled to come up with anything, until I found a page from the author saying smth like "I don't like the idea of him wearing neat clothes" with a picture of him in like a track suit so I did kinda the same outfit
My absolute #1 favorites, Hikaru & Kauru. They're honestly the ones that started it all because Kauru has been my favorite since I first saw the halloween episode (iykyk).
I don't know why, but I wanted their hair to be fluffier/curly and more of a natural(?) ginger color. I knew I wanted Kauru's to be redder and Hikaru's a bit lighter/blonder, but only subtly. I also gave Kauru a scar on his cheek from that time in Karuizawa, but most notably, I gave them blue and pink eyes as their signature colors. Lastly, their expressions are slightly different, because no matter how much they are in sync and try to match each other perfectly, Kauru's a much gentler soul than Hikaru, so I made Hikaru's smile a bit more snarky while Kauru's is soft.

Leo AU Reference and Two Birds (Disaster Twins)????
OK, so
The AU the reference sheet is referencing has been abandoned. Because while traversing through Tumblr one day, I realized there was already an AU that existed that was pretty much exactly like what I had concocted.
And the last thing I want is to conduct accidental plagiarism. XD
It literally didn't get any further than me laying down a base pose
Alas... Perhaps I'll come up with a more unique AU someday.
As for the Two Birds, I have an animatic I'd like to eventually work on again! I HAD all of the base poses down for every frame... But then there was an issue with the save file and literally everything got deleted– 😭
So now I am just like. It's a 50/50 on whether I'll get back to it or not. The script is sitting in my notes for the time being.

Omg I hope you're not overthinking this, because your art is wonderful, and I get you on shapes being hard!! and getting someone's likeness being hard, body type included, augh. It's scary when you know people can interpret Shapes Being Hard as you having the wrong image of a character, perhaps even out of maliciousness (!). Feel free to ignore the unsolicited "advice" of the rest of this ask, even delete the ask if I'm bothering you , I hope I'm not <3 But I think even if his tummy isn't visible you should make him just more broad in general. I get your intention soo much, but he definitely isn't broader on the shoulder area than the rest of his body I think, he's just broader in general than Crowley is, from any view. If you look at the photo where they're both standing together holding hands (I googled Aziraphale full body loll 😭) you can see that he's just... broad the whole way down if that makes sense. And if you look at the part where they're eating ice cream body swapped he looks broader from a more side view too. Anyway it's fine if this doesn't help at all either haha. Just wanted to say again that I love your art <3
I had to look up that picture of them holding hands immediately LMAOOOO anyway yes you're right, mr michael sheen has quite narrow shoulders and then the lines of his body sort of just go straight down from there hahaha! in my drawing I accidentally gave him more of a triangle body shape.
I moved the seam of his trousers here (in my slightly unfinished lineart left in my files) and that alone gives an impression of general broadness already! it'll be fun drawing aziraphale again in the future, one of the reasons I love drawing is little problem-solving moments like these!
#people on this website have gotten a lot nicer towards artists in matters like this#bc of some mistakes like this i made in the past (when i was way younger) i get a bit panicky#when i was 14 i really fucked up the colouring of some darker-skinned characters and people were understandably like wtf#but while people these days come to you nicely like hey heads up the skin tone is off! or hey this character looks a bit skinny!#back then you got quite bashed overnight#though!!! it was made worse by my american friends at the time who were awake swooping to defend me#like SHE'S FINNISH SHE DOESN'T SEE A LOT OF BLACK PEOPLE IN HER LIFE!!! and i was like NOOOOOOO??? WHAT???#it was a wild conversation to read in the morning#but a good experience in that now i'm really aware of bias. and also have improved as an artist a lot hahah

I really love your game! Just wanted you to know (if that's on purpose then ignore me 😭😭) that when talking to Luciel when he comments about our clorher he says 'you' instead of 'your'

There are quite a few errors in the demo, interestingly mostly pertaining to Luciel! That's because I believe I may have accidentally deleted the file I uploaded to itch.io and had to upload an old copy again, which I am not sure is the exact same as the one I've uploaded before.
So when looking at Luciel (the passage where you observe them), I believe it wildly switches between they/them pronouns and the pronouns the reader gives. Oops!
Anyway, thank you for bringing this to my attention! ♥️

Lmao the funny thing is you sent this ask while I was organizing some files and accidentally unearthed some cringy skit my friends and I did for the masjid when we were all teenagers messing around and thinking we were funny...
