I used to watch a lot of Twitch, but I never watched any of the big names. Little guys, like 20 to 50 people at a time, playing video games in their basement, maybe they had a little setup, like a green sheet hanging up they would do an okay job using as a green screen. The bread and butter twitchers, really. The ones you got to know, the ones who knew every person in the chat. When you'd join the stream, they would greet you individually and thank you for joining them. One guy, I was watching him play super Mario maker, and in the chat I was talking to another guy about how I had been out of work because I was having these really messed up stomach issues, and the streamer (I dont remember his name anymore) paused the game and asked everyone to close their eyes and he did a prayer for me right on stream. I was crying I was so touched. There was a gf/bf pair of streamers from the Ukraine a handful of years back, started the channel to work on their English and help pass time and I was the first person to tip them, enough for them to get a professional mic, and they added a thank you to me on their main page.

From this one spot, I can take pictures of both the Doo Wop Museum Sign Garden, and the Oceanic Hotel!

I certainly posted photos of the sign garden before, but you can never have too much of a good thing! These photos were taken along Ocean Avenue, opposite of the Convention CEnter, on April 23rd, 1966. (…Or, was that 20222?)
