I work at post office in a coutry where english isn’t first language, so opportunities to practise english are sparse.

idea go brrrrrr
Just a general idea of a seperate but equal(but not really) society of humans and mythics. Human gets kidnapped by a naga to be prey but the naga has so much guilt they have to keep trying to hype themself to eat it. The human attempts to talk it out to escape death, a little "do you like movies" was all it took really to get the snake talking "i really like movies" he mumbled
The human took this chance "maybe we could go see one, i-i wont tell the cops come on"
The snake stares for a moment "i would like that... But i gotta eat you! Im hungry a-and normal food isnt cutting it anymore" he whined and attempted to grab the human's feet in his mouth, just getting a kick to the cheek. It took a moment to react, the human was afraid it'd be anger but the reptile just flopped over sobbing. It was akward seeing your captor crying over a kick so he just had to wait it out. Almost as soon as the crying quieted the snake tried again, this time holding the humans feet so he couldnt kick. Apologizing in between sobs before finally getting a good grip. Even with all the struggling the human couldnt do anything, getting squeezed down into the naga's tail. He didnt fight after being deposited into the stomach, what could he do? He was trapped. The snake on the other hand just starred at the lump, sure it felt good but.... It was a bad idea, but he was prone to those, hesitantly going to the movies.
He could only hope the small lump wasnt visable. He picked something most people would like, getting a ticket and headed inside. He'd made sure it was something that'd been out awhile so it wouldnt be busy. As soon as the lights dimmed and he knew he was alone he hacked the human up, dropping the slobbery mess on his tail so he wouldnt soil the chair. Small apologies escaping as he started to quietly cry again. The dazed human simply trying to figure out where he was, hesitating before telling his assailant "it's fine" those words set it off, the snake had to bite his arm to muffle the sobs, immediatly blaming himself. He could smell the blood, he'd hurt it, it was gonna hurt him he was gonna-
The human pat his head, he hadnt even noticed them getting close, watching as it slowly moved into a hug. Shifting slightly to hug back, going dead silent as he held the tiny figure whod been trapped inside just moments ago.
"do you like this movie?" His voice rang with fear, making the snake flinch
"no.... i thought you might?"
"....i do" he chuckled softly, holding back tears, he was trying his best to pretend he wasnt scared "it's stupid- i-i meant to watch it when it came out and now im seeing it cause not even a snake wants me"
He could hear the tiny heart beat against his, the dude was cute enough, maybe... "n-not as food, maybe something else?" Smooth, really smooth, he just felt dumb now.
The human blushed, the naga didnt even notice "like friends?" Great now he was wrecking it too, he heard the snake's heart rate jump, maybe that meant something.
He swallowed hard, he had to just spit it out, just maybe "if you want" crap, save it, save it "o-or this could be a first date?" Now you seem even more stupid-
The human nodded, pretending to consider it "y-yah... but only if you get popcorn"
The joke got a chuckle out of the snake, putting the other at ease, he didnt even remember his scrapes at this point.

Does Xornoth have any powers or is he powerless?
Follow up question, how do the power systems work in this world? Does your parents having powers increase your chance of having powers? Can it skip generations? Are there rules for it? Has this always been a thing?
(Also I’ve got an idea for Xornoth’s powers if you wanna hear it and he does indeed have powers ok bye I really like the AU it makes my brain go brrrrrr)
While Scott's colour manipulation CAN be used for hypnosis, Xornoth literally has mind control as a power.
He pretends he doesn't have a power, as otherwise people would assume he is villainous or smth. During his teens he DID abuse his powers for his own gain, but at this point he's mellowed out and only really use his powers to mess with Scott and when Xorxor 's life is at risk

Ohh you play hella games!! You’re a gamer I see (ˊᵒ̴̶̷̤ ꇴ ᵒ̴̶̷̤ˋ). Personally me, I just play mobile games. Ik boring!! That’s because I dont own any consoles to play with (ᴗ_ ᴗ。). So I just stick to their mobile version (mortal kombat, minecraft, etc). I’ve always wanted to try actual video games, but I need some saving up to do! Cause the games itself are also pricey (˚ ˃̣̣̥⌓˂̣̣̥ ). Well maybe the closest one is Sims 4! Do they consider that as a video game? Idk but I’ve been playing Sims for as long as I can remember. Now it’s like comfort game since I do like building and designing things hehehe ヾ( ˃ᴗ˂ )◞

Ah 🫧 you give me too much credit for being a gamer hahahaha, I consider myself an imposter sadly when it comes to games. Would you believe that I know a lot about the COD stories but only because I simp over Ghost and Konig and that's why ~_~ I would count mobile games as being a gamer, though most wouldn't.
And I'm with you on how expensive they are....(the otome games I bought can range on the pricey side too) but most of my other games I get I find on clearance and usually like a year or so after they released so I'm always late.
So I've tried Sims honestly and I can't really get into it? I always forget my characters exist and it's like whelp (flashback to my neopets always starving) Minecraft I have tried but again my brain was like brrrrrr bye haha.

Okay so this is a little word vomit because brrrrrrrrrrr
It’s just angy feelings that I wrote in like 30 minutes
Tw: Talking about death but nothing to graphic, swearing
Tommy sat on top of the embassy, kicking his feet, mind racing.
Wilbur was dead. He was gone.
And Phil had killed him. Phil.
He knew he should feel sad, and he did, he was sad. He just lost the nation he helped build, he fought for time and time again, and then he lost both of his brothers. Sadness was to be expected, it would have been strange for him to not feel sad.
But the sadness was eclipsed by anger.
Wilbur put him through hell, he put Tubbo, his family, the other SMP Members through hell then he just left.
He hurt everyone he said he cared about, that he would protect, people he said were family and friends. He lied and manipulated and hurt and betrayed.
Then he ran away.
He begged for Phil to kill him so he didn’t have to deal with the consequences of his own actions.
And left his little brother to pick up the slack.
Tommy didn’t hate Wilbur, even if he wanted too, he couldn’t. Wilbur had been hurt, he had fought and been betrayed and worked so hard and had everything swept away from him but even then managed to brush off the dust and stand strong- but then he fell.
He fell hard and couldn’t find the strength to stand back up.
It hurt to watch.
The dusky sky reminded Tommy of the nights he would follow Wilbur and Techno out into the woods and they would talk about anything and everything under the stars. The warm but dry air messed up his hair and ruffled his clothes, whispering of a past life. It felt familiar.
It felt like home.
He wished he could talk to them like that again.
But he couldn’t.
They all changed and it made the old memories shatter into something unfamiliar, uncomfortable, uncanny, and painful.
Fire burned his lungs and his face felt hot, he pushed a clenched fist against his mouth, fighting the urge to scream.
He wanted to talk- no - scream. He wanted to scream and scream about how it wasn’t fair. Sure Wilbur was hurt and it sucked that he was but then he turned around and hurt everyone else he said he cared about. He hurt everyone then couldn’t even own up to his mistakes.
Instead he left it to some kids, he just left it to them, destroying everything that could have carried the faintest memory of him. Just to disappear.
Some fucking President.
Some fucking Brother.
