The end of Granada's "The Empty House" when they're back on Baker Street. Holmes clinging onto the furniture. Bouncing all over the place even more than usual. Seven different weird but comfortable sitting poses in less than five minutes. He's missed his home so much.

i could kiss whoever wrote the Winkman interrogation scene. they could've made Lockwood really slick with a plan and an answer for everything and they just... didn't. he's a mess. in fact, he botches every question Winkman asks him — he gives away so much information and basically sabotages himself by betraying how terrified he is of Lucy getting hurt. i love that they wrote him as a scared kid who's way out of his depth and more than slightly self-destructive. it's so real.

Switch TRIP album took my breath away as a SwitchP & I'll never be the same, especially regarding the symbolism laced within the lyrics (and titles) of the solos & I wasn't disappointed and the instrumental tracks are truly soo good too and the missing two minutes of Chocola-Tic After School? So good. I'll post in a second. I listened to it in it's entirety less than an hour after it released, but...

"a servant of two masters" rewatch
this is, in my opinion, one of the BEST episodes of the show. could we have gotten a more serious, more nuanced episode where we explored more of the characters' feelings? definitely. there was a huge opportunity to explore how arthur would feel about merlin, who he trusted blindly, trying to kill him (i really feel like there's SO MUCH to talk about here). but the writers chose to take a comedic approach to it instead, and in consequence we ended up getting one of the funniest episodes in the whole show. they packed pretty much EVERYTHING into this ep— hot morgana? check. torturing people (namely merlin)? check. arthur going batshit crazy over merlin being lost? CHECK. a cutesy merthur reunion scene where we get their first hug? CHECK. ridiculously executed assassination attempts on arthur? check. gwen hitting merlin over the head not once but TWICE? that's something i never knew i needed to see but CHECK! morgana finally meeting "emrys" face to face and getting tossed around in the woods? check (😭). side note: i do think it was quite interesting to see morgana almost lose her mind the second she saw emrys in her home like she really turned around and said nope not today. anyway, the overall vibe and plot of the episode i thought was quite cool, and the little comedic details of merlin trying and miserably failing to murder arthur really bring it all together. (plus sexc morgana!)
