STEPS I TOOK TO GET MY HIGH MILK SUPPLY.

24OZ EVERY 3 HRS.

1. Stayed calm and relaxed.

2. Drank plenty of water & Gatorade, (to replace electrolytes).

3. Kept an on time nursing and pumping schedule did not go off schedule for nothing.

4. Had all the supplies needed, and took my pump everywhere I went.

5. Rested when baby rested.

6. Kept myself distracted

during pumping sessions, (Watched TV, read, and played with baby).

7. Kept my pump routine when I returned to work.

8. WINE- after dinner I drank 3oz of dark red wine and followed that with a bottle of water, (once a day or every other day). THIS IS JUST A PRODUCTION TRICK!!

9. First 14-16weeks, I pumped throughout the night! NO SLEEP!

10. Always wore loose fitted crop top bras, (JUSTMY SIZE GOES UP 6X).

11. Used warm showers as a way to make sure I didn't get clogged up.

12. Massaged my breast during pumping, (YouTube link in comments).

13. Ate a healthy high calorie diet, (after healthy full meals I noticed my let down was excellent).

14. Put baby to boob when possible, but did not stress if he wouldn't latch. As long as baby gets milk do not feel pressure to make sure baby latches.

15. My pump was my #1 BFF! Made sure she went with me everywhere. (Named her Lola, not important but funny).

Supplies:

Pumps auto and manual (took both everywhere)

Milk storage bags (1 pack to go)

Bottles 4

Pump/bottle cleansing wipes

Bottle cleaner

Microwave bottle steamer

Baby bottle dish soap or unscented dish soap, (organic).

Nipple shields

Lanolin cream

Ice pack for to go storage.

Small lunch cooler bag.

Bottle holder, (for cooler)

If I can think of anything else I will add along the way!

It is typically performed when a patient is dissatisfied with the appearance of their breasts after the initial surgery or when there are complications or issues with the implants.

There are several reasons why a patient may seek breast augmentation revision surgery, including:

Implant replacement: Breast implants are not meant to last forever, and they may need to be replaced over time due to rupture, leakage, or other issues.

Implant removal: Some patients may decide that they no longer want implants and may opt to have them removed.
