Have you ever been interested in Outlander? You are bound to be approached by Caittony, always making jokes and attacking the shippers. We have all been approached by her. She is a real thorn in the side of Sis Brasil, who are persecuted daily, with its publications and even some documents exposed.
This person's reason to live seems to be attacking and ridiculing the shippers.
Her real name is known by some Twitter veterans.
She doesn't bring anything to this fandom and she does not even seem interested in Cait or her (supposed) husband. For Caittony, it's all about shippers.
Well, let's say it's all about statistics, here. For every 100 good natured, polite and overall honest, normal people, you just have to have a freak, haven't you?
Stupidity and lack of common sense are international. There is no need to ostracize an entire nation/community because of a monomaniac, parochial fuckwit who just happens to be louder than many other, less vocal, trolls.
This person is not the only Derailed Policewoman of this fandom, but it's true that she is one of the nastiest, vulgar and ultimately inane I have ever seen in here. And I have seen A LOT. There is no new content created, you are absolutely right. There just seems to be a permanent, all-consuming need to reassure herself with the same, same, same words, words, words.
One thing's for sure: C's deep silence and zero interaction with her fans, ALL her fans, can only encourage all kinds of speculation. For example, some think it's Tony on that pic, some don't and this is absolutely fine. It's not like the world's destiny depended on it. I am, for once, torn and a bit clueless: this is, if anything, a very poor and very intriguing picture of McInsipid and yes, I have thoughts and questions.
But ultimately, the real questions and the real problem are elsewhere and it's been like this since 2015:
What is normal about this picture, pray tell?
And this, well... This has nothing to do with shippers, for once.

Yes I do 💕There's a lot of reasons, but the two most important are 1) They keep me writing and make me really happy and I can't not reply. I love connecting with others through my stories, and that's really my biggest draw to posting publicly, the human connection and fun conversations that spawn from engaging💕2) very few people, compared to how many actually read your fic, leave comments, which can be really disappointing and discouraging for a writer, even for me and I've been writing for years. So for the people that do take the time out to say something, I have to let them know how much I appreciate them making that effort 💖

I think it's a tie between A Night of Firsts and Flipping the Script? Maybe Eternal should be in here too? Fuck Around And Find Out-Literally ends pretty angsty too🤔 I've written a lot of stories, and it's hard to pick which one 😅

This is another hard one to pick, I have so many that end happy (though technically they all have a happy ending) ummm, another tie I think? Surprise! and Spellbound, ummm, maybe A Day In The Life of the Uzumaki Family too.

Cherry's been doing Fine in Quesadilla Island. It's very different from the DSMP that's for sure, and even more different from the time she met Cellbit (HG sure was something), but it still has that underlying sense of Danger. She's always on edge. She tries to enjoy the island, to keep her little boy Narciso safe, to relax and live the new life she's given. This is supposed to be her vacation and by God is she going to have a fucking good time.
She makes a small home underground. It's her little hidey-hole, just like she made one in the DSMP. There's tunnels that lead to many directions, though she decided the one near the French Chunk wasn't worth keeping until that place stopped being haunted (whatever's going on there, it gives her a headache and she keeps fainting when she gets closer, so no way in Hell she's going that way). The second actual house she built besides her hole was in the favela solidariedade com outros brasileiros é o mais importante claro , but she's rarely home. One day she's visiting Cellbit in his motherfucking bougie castle, another she's at Forever's mega base, after that she's hanging out at Chumelabs, Casualonas, Phil's house, hell, she's always checking up on people and offering to hang out. When an egg needs a babysitter, she's ready to help out.
She was so used to just being by herself in the DSMP besides her very few friends that this sense of community and companionship made her wary at first, but now? It's kinda become second nature. She just hopes it doesn't get exploded like her last time with other people

No problem! I’m not very familiar with Hulk but I’ll always recommend Planet Hulk and World War Hulk. Al Ewing’s run is highly praised but the artist is a racist clown (sadly from my country so I can tell in advance he’s also a nationalist scumbag), so it’s up to you either or not to try this run (Al Ewing is fine and made a post about cutting ties with the artist, so he’s fine, as always <3). As for FF, I have a rec list on Victor (which includes many stories with the FF) but I’m not really too deep into them. You can try reaching @jugtbwjwsu, tho! A great FF stan with tons of knowledge about them! Avengers for me is a territory I do not dare, too many comics oasidasodoa but good luck!

Born in 1852, in the city of Santiago de Compostela (Spain), Modesto Brocos y Gomes showed a connection with art from an early age, when he received teachings from his older brother, a sculptor who had been Pablo Picasso's teacher.
Owner of an adventurous spirit, at the age of 18 he traveled to Argentina where he worked as an illustrator and two years later arrived in Rio de Janeiro, where he continued this work. From 1872 onwards, he attended classes at the Imperial Academy of Fine Arts as a free student, having interacted there with great masters of his time, such as Vítor Meireles, Zeferino da Costa, Visconti, Rodolfo Amoedo, and Rodolfo Bernardelli, among many others.
The next destination was a return for artistic improvement in Europe, remaining on that continent until 1887. It was a very fruitful period: in Paris, between 1877 and 1879, Modesto Brocos came into contact with talents such as Seurat and Sorolla, artists who brought him the direction of some of the artistic movements of that time. He won a significant travel award that made it possible for him to study in Rome and attend other major artistic centers of the time.
Back in Rio de Janeiro, Brocos became a Brazilian citizen in 1890 and later began teaching at the National School of Fine Arts. Painter, engraver, illustrator, draftsman and master for decades, in 1915 he became full professor at ENBA.
His works are mostly genre scenes. The painting Engenho da mandioca (1892), which depicts the customs of the interior, is quite emblematic because the rural theme is recurrent in his work. Another highlight in his career is Redemption of Can, painted in 1895, also exhibited at the MNBA.
Deeply involved with art, Brocos stimulated the development of engraving in the country, he was one of the founders of the Lyceum of Arts and Crafts, establishing the engraving workshop there. In the didactic field, he left behind some classics in the history of Brazilian art, such as the publications Retórica dos Pintores and A Questão do Ensino das Belas Artes. He created decorations in the National Library and Jornal do Brasil buildings.
Several of his works participated in the Salons of Fine Arts, from 1894 to 1917. A striking feature of his work as a whole is portraying black people in a dignified way. Modesto Brocos thus inaugurated a pioneering chapter in the history of Brazilian art.
On November 28, 1936, he passed away at the age of 84.

A partir de 1872, frequenta como aluno livre as aulas da Academia Imperial de Belas Artes, tendo ali convivido com grandes mestres da sua época, como Vítor Meireles, Zeferino da Costa, Visconti, Rodolfo Amoedo, e Rodolfo Bernardelli, entre muitos outros.
O destino seguinte é um retorno para aperfeiçoamento artístico na Europa, permanecendo naquele continente até 1887. Foi um período bastante profícuo: em Paris, entre 1877 e 1879, Modesto Brocos tem contato com talentos como Seurat e Sorolla, artistas que lhe trazem os rumos de alguns dos movimentos artísticos daquele tempo. Ganhou um significativo prêmio de viagem que possibilitou estudos em Roma, frequentou outros grandes centros artísticos daquele tempo.
De volta ao Rio de Janeiro, Brocos se naturaliza brasileiro em 1890 e depois passa a lecionar na Escola Nacional de Belas Artes. Pintor, gravador, ilustrador, desenhista e mestre por décadas, no ano de 1915 ele ascende a professor catedrático da ENBA.
Seus trabalhos são em maioria cenas de gênero. O quadro Engenho da mandioca (1892), que retrata os costumes do interior, é bastante emblemático porque o tema rural é recorrente na sua obra. Outro destaque na sua carreira é Redenção de Can, pintado em 1895, também exposto no MNBA.
Profundamente envolvido com a arte, Brocos estimulou o desenvolvimento da gravura no país, foi um dos fundadores do Liceu de Artes e Oficios, lá estabelecendo a oficina de gravura. Já no campo didático deixou alguns clássicos da história da arte brasileira, como as publicações Retórica dos Pintores e A Questão do Ensino das Belas Artes. Executou decorações no prédio da Biblioteca Nacional e do Jornal do Brasil.
Diversos trabalhos seus participaram dos Salões de Belas Artes, de 1894 até 1917. Um traço marcante do conjunto de sua obra é retratar o negro de uma forma digna. Modesto Brocos inaugurou assim um capítulo precursor na história da arte brasileira.

Cálido homenaje al entrenador de Adhemar

São Paulo Futebol Clube (SPFC) recibió la Placa del Patrimonio Mundial de Atletismo, un homenaje de World Athletics al entrenador alemán Dietrich Gerner, quien entrenó al bicampeón olímpico Adhemar Ferreira da Silva y atletismo en el São Paulo Futebol Clube, de la fines de la década de 1940 en adelante World Athletics reconoce a los atletas, las actuaciones, las instituciones y las competiciones que hicieron historia en el mundo del atletismo.
En ceremonia realizada en la sede del club, en Morumbi, en la noche del viernes (28/7), el presidente de la Sul-Americana, Hélio Gesta de Melo, y el presidente de la Junta Directiva de la Confederación Brasileña de Atletismo (CBAt) , Wlamir Motta Campos, entregó la placa al vicepresidente de São Paulo Harry Massis Júnior.
La placa está vinculada a un lugar y São Paulo es el club propietario de la placa que reconoce el legado del atletismo nacional e internacional. La ubicación será enviada a World Athletics para que sea debidamente insertada en el mapa, en la página web de la entidad
Nacido en Alemania, Dietrich Ulrich Heindrich Gerner fue elegido para ser el primer "entrenador leyenda" del continente en recibir la Placa de Patrimonio Mundial de Atletismo, especialmente por ser professor e amigo do bicampeão olímpico brasileiro do salto triplo Adhemar Ferreira de Silva.
Dietrich Gerner era entrenador del São Paulo Futebol Clube en 1947, todavía en el barrio de Canindé, cuando Adhemar fue introducido al triple salto por su colega y entonces atleta Ewald Gomes da Silva, quien fue capitán del equipo del club y luego presidente de la Federación Paulista y de la Confederación Brasileña de Atletismo.
Al saltar por segunda vez en su vida, Adhemar alcanzó la marca de 12,84 m, lo que fue suficiente para convencer a Gerner de su talento. Tres días después saltó 13,50 m en una competencia local; a finales de 1947 mejoró a 14,77 my fue campeón estatal; en 1948, saltó 15,03 m para asegurarse un lugar en los Juegos Olímpicos de Londres. Gerner y el triplist estaban muy unidos. "Mi padre alemán", le gustaba decir a Adhemar. Juntos, en 1949, comenzaron a explorar y perfeccionar la técnica del salto con la ayuda de una cámara alemana para capturar imágenes en secuencia, visualizar y analizar los pasos del salto.
Adhemar fue uno de los grandes nombres de la historia del deporte brasileño - compitió en cuatro ediciones de los Juegos Olímpicos, entre Londres-1958 y Roma-1960, con la conquista de dos medallas de oro en triple salto, en Helsinki-1952 y Melbourne-1956, convirtiéndose en el primer dos veces campeón olímpico de Brasil y el único sudamericano. Adhemar también rompió el récord mundial de triple salto en cinco ocasiones y fue tres veces campeón panamericano. En 1950, el consejo de Gerner llevó a Adhemar al primero de los cinco récords mundiales de su carrera, dos de los cuales llegaron cuando ganó los Juegos Olímpicos de Helsinki de 1952. El último récord fue su marca de 16,56 m en 1955, que agregó 33 cm al récord mundial existente de Leonid Shcherbokov al ganar el segundo de tres títulos panamericanos.
Gerner también lideró a las atletas Melania Luz, que hizo historia al convertirse en la primera mujer negra en formar parte de una delegación brasileña en los Juegos Olímpicos de Londres 1948. Y la paulista Wanda dos Santos, que tiene cuatro medallas en Pans (Buenos Aires-1951, Ciudad de México-1955, Chicago-1959 y São Paulo-1963) y también fue atleta olímpica- estuvo con Adhemar en la selección brasileña en Helsinki y batió el récord sudamericano de los 80 m con vallas.
“Nos sentimos en nuestro mejor momento, con la presencia de estos atletas aquí. Nos recuerdan las dos estrellas amarillas en el uniforme de São Paulo, que simbolizan las dos medallas de oro olímpicas de Adhemar. Esta placa será parte del honor del club que está aquí en nuestro Salón. Noble", dijo Harry, refiriéndose a la presencia de la campeona olímpica Maurren Maggi, quien fuera atleta paulista, y del medallista olímpico y mundial Robson Caetano.
"Es genial ver a un club como el São Paulo, que tiene todo el respeto del mundo, recibir esta placa. Estamos haciendo historia y esta placa, en honor a Gerner y Adhemar, no podría estar en un lugar más adecuado". , dijo Wlamir Motta Campos.
"São Paulo es realmente el lugar más apropiado para la instalación permanente de la placa del Patrimonio, una forma de honrar y nunca olvidar la importancia de Adhemar Ferreira da Silva para el deporte", dijo Hélio Gesta de Melo.
A la ceremonia asistieron la hija y el nieto de Adhemar, Adyel Silva y Diego Menassi. Y los directivos Ximena Restrepo, vicepresidenta de Atletismo Mundial -que recibió como regalo una camiseta del São Paulo-, Jefferson Neves, secretario de Deportes de Mato Grosso y directivos de federaciones brasileñas.
Además de Ximena se encontraban glorias olímpicas del atletismo sudamericano, con medallas: el ecuatoriano Jefferson Pérez y los brasileños Robson Caetano da Silva y Maurren Higa Maggi.
La ciudad de São Paulo es la única en el mundo que tiene tres placas de Patrimonio Mundial del Atletismo. Uno de ellos se refiere al primer récord mundial del bicampeón olímpico Adhemar Ferreira da Silva en salto triple, en 1950, y está en el Centro Esportivo Tietê, en Bairro da Luz, donde se encuentra el Clube de Regatas Tietê, fundado en 1907, se ubicó de 16 mts. Y la otra para la Carrera Internacional São Silvestre, creada en 1925, está en la Fundación Cásper Líbero, organizadora del evento, en São Paulo.
La hermosa placa fue creada por Fernando Silva, un diseñador amazónico, luego de ganar una competencia mundial promovida por World Athletics. Su premio fue una invitación para ir a un Campeonato Mundial. Atletas como Jesse Owens, Emil Zatopek, Paavo Nurmi, Abebe Bikila y competiciones como el Maratón de Boston están en la lista de homenajeados de World Athletics.

Giuseppe Garibaldi nacque a Nizza da una famiglia di origini liguri il 4 luglio 1807, nell'attuale Quai Papacino, in un periodo in cui la contea di Nizza appartenente al regno di Sardegna, era sotto occupazione francese in seguito alla battaglia di Marengo che aveva costretto il Re sabaudo Carlo Emanuele IV a rifugiarsi a Cagliari. A Nizza fu battezzato il 19 luglio 1807 nella chiesa dei Santi Martino e Agostino, situata nel quartiere attuale della Vecchia Nizza, e registrato come Joseph Marie Garibaldi, cittadino francese. La sua famiglia si era trasferita a Nizza nel 1770; il padre Domenico Garibaldi (1766-1841), originario di Chiavari, era proprietario di una tartana chiamata Santa Reparata.[16] La madre Maria Rosa Nicoletta Raimondi (22 gennaio 1776 - 20 marzo 1852) era una figlia di pescatori originaria di Loano, nel 1807 territorio francese (sino al 1805 Repubblica Ligure), e morì a Nizza.
Giuseppe era il terzogenito di sei figli: Angelo (1804-1853), il fratello maggiore, divenne console negli Stati Uniti d'America; Michele (1810-1866) fu capitano di marina; Felice (1813-1855) fu rappresentante di una compagnia di navigazione e produttore di olio d’oliva pugliese; Maria Elisabetta (1798-1799)[19] e Teresa (1817-1820)[20] morirono in tenera età. Per diverso tempo, gli storici dettero credito a una versione, dimostratasi poi falsa, secondo la quale Garibaldi avrebbe avuto origini tedesche.[22] La famiglia divideva con alcuni parenti, i Gustavin, una casa sul mare. Dell'infanzia di Giuseppe si hanno poche notizie, per lo più agiografiche.[24][25] Risulta invece certa la notizia che a 8 anni salvò una lavandaia caduta in acqua[26] e che il soccorso a persone in procinto di annegare fu una costante, tanto che ne salvò almeno.

Nel 1814, la casa dei Garibaldi fu demolita per ampliare il porto e la famiglia traslocò. Nizza fu restituita al Regno di Sardegna per decisione del Congresso di Vienna e restò sotto il governo dei Savoia fino al 1860. I genitori avrebbero voluto avviarlo alla carriera di avvocato, medico o sacerdote, ma Giuseppe non amava gli studi, prediligendo gli esercizi fisici e la vita di mare. Egli stesso ebbe a dire che era più amico del divertimento che dello studio. Vedendosi ostacolato dal padre nella sua vocazione marinara, durante le vacanze tentò di fuggire per mare verso Genova con tre suoi compagni: Cesare Parodi, Celestino Bernord e Raffaello de Andrè. Scoperto da un sacerdote che avvisò la famiglia della fuga[30], fu fermato appena giunto alle alture di Monaco e ricondotto a casa; è forse da ricondursi a questo episodio l'inizio della sua antipatia verso il clero.
Tuttavia, si appassionò alle materie insegnategli dai suoi primi precettori, padre Giaume e il "signor Arena". Quest'ultimo, reduce delle campagne napoleoniche, gli impartì lezioni d'italiano e di storia antica (rimase affascinato soprattutto dalla Roma antica). Alla fine riuscì a persuadere il padre a lasciargli intraprendere la vita di mare e venne iscritto nel registro dei mozzi a Genova il 12 novembre 1821. Dall'iscrizione in quel registro, si rileva che l'altezza del quattordicenne Garibaldi era di 39 once e 3/4, pari a circa 170 cm, considerevole in rapporto all'età e all'altezza media dell'epoca.
Anche se la datazione del primo imbarco è incerta, risulta che il 13 gennaio 1824 si imbarcò sedicenne sulla Costanza, comandata da Angelo Pesante di Sanremo, che Garibaldi avrebbe in seguito descritto come il migliore capitano di mare. Nel suo primo viaggio, su un brigantino con bandiera russa, si spinse fino a Odessa nel mar Nero e a Taganrog nel mar d'Azov (entrambe ex colonie genovesi). Vi si recherà nuovamente nel 1833, incontrando un patriota mazziniano che lo sensibilizzerà alla causa dell'unità d'Italia. Rientrò a Nizza in luglio.
L'11 novembre, partì per un breve viaggio come mozzo di rinforzo sulla Santa Reparata, costeggiando la Francia in un equipaggio di cinque uomini. Con il padre, tra aprile e maggio del 1825, partì alla volta di Roma con tappe a Livorno, Porto Longone e Fiumicino con un carico di vino, per l'approvvigionamento dei pellegrini venuti per il Giubileo indetto da papa Leone XII. L'equipaggio era composto da 8 uomini, ed ebbe la sua prima paga.
