ALSO the problem with hospitality + customer service + other similar jobs which require prolonged physical exertion is that i'll have some nice little leftover chicken soup or veg stir fry or something in the fridge for when i finish work. only once i've gotten off a ten hour shift running around on my bastard feet the entire time except for when they let me sit down like five hours ago to eat a shitty little sandwich the only phrase my goblin brain can conjure up is Want Borger

ok here is the tomato burgers recipe i found so far it needs some work and i want to try it with actual tomatoes because i only had tinned tomatoes but here it is so far

1 tin of tomatoes 400g

like 1/3 of an egg??? idk sorry that's just how much i ended up using

some flour

salt pepper etc anything else you want to add

probably onions would be nice in it too but im lazy

chop the tomatoes up really small and then drain as much liquid from it as possible you can probably use this for something else i haven't figured that out yet but yeah make it as dry as you possibly can

add the egg and mix it in

add like a big spoonful maybe of flour

add all the other stuff

fry it kind of hot with some oil

rn i can't get it that big because i couldn't get it dry enough so when it was big it just fell apart and i ran out of tomatoes so i couldn't try any more but i can get it like a few inches across maybe and probably you can make it bigger if you make it drier and don't flatten it too much. you also can't shape it with your hands yet because it is too wet so you have to put it I the frying pan with a spoon. oh yeah by fry i mean normal not deep frying. i have no idea why anyone would want to try this but i thought it tasted sooooo nice and i wanted to type it here as well anyway so i can save it . it literqlly was so nice. i guess it is basically a regular burger with tomatoes instead of beef but idk because i haven't made a regular burger so

Top 5 takeout meals

Hmm. Off the top of my head and in no order:

Cashew Beef stir fry from the local asian takeout place. Quick, easy, close at hand so no need to pay for delivery.

Pizza. Either Hawaiian or an absurdly greasy monstrosity with like four kinds of sausage on it thats delocious (but spensive, so hawaiian is my normal goto). Also good bc theres usually leftovers for lunch the next day.

Döner, theres a place on my way home from work thats really good for takeout. Their app for ordering is garbage tho.

Crispy Chiken Tenders from a place in town that does delivery. Its tasty, comes with dip and i usually have enough for lunch the next day.

Borger. There are So Many burger places where I live. To the point where we at the office have a biannual tradition of going out to eat lunch at different burger places every day for a week. And a lot of these places are pretty dang good.

“dado borger and french fry” is better then any stupid ess see pee food they could make any ess see pee foundation food, dado better so order from dado instead as it is fast, very fast and taste good
