She's a real sweetheart, but tricky! She would be that route that on the surface looks like the easy beginner option, but then you find it's actually really hard to not get the standard friendship ending!

She would be receptive to flirting and gifts, she's a kind person and doesn't find crushes awkward, more endearing than anything. It's sweet that you would show so much interest in her! But she's got some sordid past, along with in a way being married to her job protecting the Commander.

You've gotta really show that, not only can you hold your own in battle alongside her and accept that she will always be working this dangerous job, but you'll also acknowledge and accept the bad with the good. She needs someone who won't ignore that she made a shit decision that almost cost her place here and her friends, but will accept it and know she's doing better.

There'd be such a specific path to get a romantic ending, there'll be like 2 tutorials up that everyone looks up after hours of frustration, and the two routes would only vary by like 1-2 miniscule decisions!

But if you get there, I congratulate you! And wish you the very best with your giant girlfriend 💖

i guess as an update to last nights post, i think ive come to terms with it, and im gonna work on a smaller painting thingy to kickstart my 2022 art folder again 👍it sucks but the files i REALLY needed to be safe are ok (mostly talking about my movie teir list LMFAO) and other things like refs for characters and paintings are basically safe because i posted them places, i dont have the original file for any of my paintings but the finished products are still out there!

🤥 LYING - are they good liars? do they have tells to show they're lying?

Yes and no! Yes, he has the capacity to be an amazing liar. When is absolutely crucial, life or death, saving someone else, ensuring comfort and mental wellbeing, he can lie as if he's spouting the truth. With anything remotely less serious, he can not lie his way out of a wet paper bag. If given any amount of time or space to think about the concept of lying he loses any ability to do so subtly. Rambling and excess gesturing abounds!

He's an awful liar, the worst you could have on a team. Until you really need him in a pinch.

🌙 MOON - what is your oc's greatest wish? how far are they willing to go for it?

This is a hard one for a character who's genuinely content in where he is in life right now. Hm. Honestly I think his greatest wish is for things to progress as they are, for the world to remain safe, the Pact alliance between the orders to remain and hold their joint efforts, for the Vigil to continue aiding those in need wherever possible. The dragon threat is gone, but that's no reason to dissolve anything here when they've all come so far helping others as well. He doesn't feel Almorra would want things to end just because the force for justice has changed.

And if the Pact dissolves, if the Vigil in turn has its say in ending the well...vigil it held over the world in protecting from dragons, he will do what he can to salvage the resources and coworkers. Create something similar. Perhaps he'd join the Pale Reavers or the Crystal Bloom even. He simply wishes to help others live in the world they deserve.

🍧 SHAVED ICE - do they still have any objects from their childhood? what significance does it have to them? what would their reaction be if they lost it?

He doesn't keep anything from the Grove or his time there, but not because he's unattached. Rather because he does still visit often. He doesn't need a keepsake, he'll always return. And not having one just cements for himself that he'll come back again. Like a silent sentimental promise...

From sort of mid-range years though, he still has the first armor and practice sword he'd been given in the Vigil. His first steps to where he is now! He's quite proud of it all, and he'd be very sad if he ever lost either keepsake but it wouldn't ruin him.
